The crowd it attracts is definitely questionable but it is what it is in Naples, either too pricey and you dress up or you go to bars like Rusty's or BBG and live your truth. Well the first time in for oysters, order two dozen and the bartender acted like it was too much of an order or she didn't want to prepare them, ordered appetizers everything was halfway decent beer was cold however the second experience was pretty bad. I love Rusty's. I go every time that I am visiting from Phoenix. It is definitely a locals joint which is cool. It is sports bar food and drink, but very good. The oysters are always fresh and huge. Oysters were fresh and creamy, served ice cold. Crab ball appetizer was awesome, the homemade fill sauce was really good. Dinner was good as well. Wife had crab cake platter and really enjoyed it. I had fish and chips and the huge portion was more than enough. Would definitely come back. One minor blip, was told appetizers were 50% off, when the bill came my crab balls were full price and I was told at that time the crab balls and nachos weren't included in the 50% off. I saw that this place was running a rib special on Facebook and I jumped on it. I sat at the bar inside and was served by several very nice bartenders who worked as a team. I enjoyed the rack of ribs very much and the drafts were cold and reasonably priced. Outside there was a guy playing music and it was quite crowded. We've been there several times and had no issues. Tonight was the night from Hell. We've been working our backsides off for 2 weeks, cleaning up after Hurricane Irma, So we decided to take a night off and have someone wait on us. We ended up in the outside bar at about 5:30 pm. There was only one server in the outdoor dining area, he was the bartender too. We ordered 2 beers which arrived in a timely fashion. Then we ordered onion rings with honey mustard dipping sauce and an order of Calamari (They have great Calamari). The onion Rings were delivered about 20 minutes later minus the dipping sauce. No side plates or place settings. The server never checked back with us. The Calamari was never received and we'd been there for an hour. The server never checked back with us. We had to yell for him to get our check so we could go somewhere else and eat. He didn't bring us the check til we asked him again for it. A few minutes later, he gave us someone Else's check. I noticed that instantly and asked him for the correct check, and requested that he remove the calamari from the bill since we never received it. He returned a couple minutes later with the corrected Tab and explained that he was fairly new there. Finally another server stopped at our table and asked how everything was. So we told her what had conspired and that we wished to talk to a manager. We waited 5 minutes and decided to leave cash for the check and just left. We won't be back. I was a Restaurant Manager for 9 years, and I recognized that they were badly understaffed for the number of customers there. read more

Sunday football was lookin for a place to watch the game with my wife and friends. Was greeted by drew who i placed my order for beer and food. Food and beer were good.Left my credit card on file for a tab. First problem!!!after the game was over my wife decided to pay with her card instead of the one i gave on file. A girl with a chicago bears jersey cashed us out. The next day my wife was charged as she should be since we paid with her card. But also they charged my credit card i had left on file and made out there own tip. So after a bill for $64 dollars but i was charged $130. I went to go see Trevor the manager to get a refund and was told he could not do anything. So on that note i wont be returning or recommending any of my friends to this place. Lived here 34 years and this was by far the worst customer service ever. Thanks trevor for nothing. You got some real thiefs working for you there great job. read more
