Great set-up, terrible service. Outdoor bar is full with 2 patrons inside and the bartenders are just hanging inside or doing busy work inside, no care to the patrons outside at all or the last 2 hrs. In addition, got a blueberry Bella - should be Blueberry Stoli, muddled blueberry, hand squeeze lemon per the menu. The only thing actually in my drink was the Stoli and it is red?? We were very pleased with our visit to Rusty's on Immokolee road in Naples. It was a Thursday evening on a very rainy day. We sat at the inside bar and were served promptly. Happy hour specials included $1 shrimp and .75 chicken wings along with reduced prices on drinks. Happy hour was a great value. We had a dozen oysters, a dozen wings and a chicken Caesar salad. The oysters and wings were the biggest I have ever had and the chicken Caesar was great too. Overall a good visit and we will go back. read more

Great place to watch the games and enjoy great bar food. Everyone in our party left full and happy. The fish and chips are hand dipped and served hot. The crispy chicken salad was delicious and enough left for a snack later. Will check this place out again! read more

I've been to this spot a couple times. The drink prices are reasonable for naples though not super cheap. They have a nice layout with outdoor seating which is nice for season and for cooler weather, although it's not particularly scenic in any way (unlike say bokampers which faces a water fountain). The food is ok, it's mostly bar food but it's a bar so that's understandable. What really separates this place from a lot of other bars is the amount of games and things people can play there. You have pool, table shuffleboard, the hook and ring toss game, etc. My biggest criticism is that while there are plenty of televisions, I honestly don't feel like there are enough. read more

We go to Rusty's often because we enjoy the nice staff and sitting outside with friendly people. There is smoking allowed outside so please don't go out there and complain if you don't like smoke. The inside is smoke-free. Food, wings especially, are very good. Ice cold beer and drinks are reasonably priced. We always have a great time at Rusty's. read more

We are such fans of Rustys however, we were quite disappointed that they discontinued their wing happy hour special and substituted another chicken dish called wing dings. Is something going on with Rusty's? The food just did not seem to be five star like we have experienced in the past. The conch chowder was not as good as we have had in the past either. Bartender Brian added two drinks to our total that we didn't order or drink. He refused to take them off even though we were with two other people that got billed the correct three drinks. We all got new drinks at the same time, two people were charged for three drinks, two of us charged for four drinks. I was shocked that he would not fix the error and rudely told us that he knew what he was doing and doesn't make mistakes... ever. None of us will ever return, I suggest anyone reading this stays away also, unless you like be overcharged and then told that you are an idiot by a bartender that claims he has never made a mistake. read more

We have been told by several people to try Rusty's. The food was very very good the happy hour was great! Service was a little slow at times so that was a little bit frustrating but it was very crowded. Trevor the bartender did an amazing job as a great sense of humor and made us laugh. So don't get me wrong....I like Rusty's BUT........this is the 3rd time I ordered wings to go with sauce on the side and didn't get wing sauce or this time the blue cheese. There is nothing worse than getting home to find something missing after I asked if the blue cheese and sauce is in the bag. They tie the bag up so it isn't easy to check yourself. This comes after being charged for honey mustard because it technically isn't a wing sauce. I called and was told sorry there is nothing I can do about it. Well, I kept my receipt and expect free wings on my next visit. I will update this review according to the results. read more

We have been in Naples for 2 months and have been to Rusty's 5 times. We have been to all price range restaurants including Bay Side and the Turtle Club but we keep coming back to Rusty's. It's a noisy, crowded sports bar filled with repeat customers. The bartenders sub as waiters for the tables. They work as a team which results in great service. The food is excellent, especially the oysters and ribs. The nightly specials make this a very affordable restaurant. It's a great place. read more
