All I will say about it is thank goodness they removed the lobster bisque from the menu. And word of advice about most restaurants, you don't want to be one of the last tables before closing. No one wants to be there! Ok, back to January 2026! We had 8:15 reservations. We stopped by to see if we could be seated earlier and they said they had nothing available. Ummmmm, there was like 20-30 tables open! They just didn't have the servers. So we waited and got Kyle, who again was awesome. Because of something wrong with my throat, I could only order soft food. So I ordered the Veal Osso Buco Ravioli and Au Gratin potatoes. The ravioli was a table win for all of us! Best bite of the night. The potatoes were not a winner. Au gratin potatoes are supposed to be in a flavorful cheesy cream sauce. We got a bowl of diced white potatoes with melted cheese on top. No seasoning. No sauce. I was looking for soft food, not flavorless! It was not a good look for a steak house. Speaking of steak, JD did enjoy his steak both visits, so they've got that very important part going for them. Food=Great as always. Service=Great as always. Problems= hostess was so rude! We had a reservation we had made months ago and had to wait behind a gate for the 4 PM opening. We were the first to be seated, but she tried to put us in a long banquet next to other diners. We asked for a quieter table and had to wait 20 minutes to be reseated. We asked for a booth but were told we would have to wait for management approval which could be another 20 minute wait, even though all booths were empty as was 99% of the restaurant. After dinner, we didn't want to keep their table occupied so asked if we could finish our cocktails in the bar. It was 6:30 by this time and we had been there 2 1/2 hours and spent over $300.00. The bar waitress told us we were not allowed in the bar, that we would have to finish our cocktails outside where it was raining. She said people were waiting for the bar tables, most of which were empty. There was no line waiting for bar tables. We left, but it left a bitter taste in our mouth for the way we were treated. My family and I came to celebrate my cousin's birthday. I had been ranting and raving about the stuffed chicken for days. In doing so, 4 out of my 6 person party ordered it. I ordered mine with extra stuffing and was super excited. We ordered bottles of wine, we had a great time while waiting for our food etc. The food starts to come out and I get my chicken. It's flat. There's no stuffing in it, at all. The other three are fine. I ordered first, my chicken should've come out first, at best. The manager took it off the bill and let me order on them but I wanted the chicken. The next day - my bill updated about $200 stating "after tip". We left a huge tip in cash and on my receipt, I wrote "CASH". Right now, I'm fighting with Ruth's Chris about my charge. Overall, this experience was horrible. Not sure if I'll eat here again. A great celebration dinner at Ruth's Chris. We started with the small seafood tower which had crab meat, split legs, and delicious jumbo shrimp. The first was a four star - ok service, steak perfect, but the lobster bisque disappointed as the lobster was mushy. Passed on that for night two. Our second dining experience was truly exceptional. Jasmine, our professional server and menu guide, was wonderful. She made this experience a 5+ for our birthday celebration. The filet Oscar was out of this world. We were greeted so kindly by the hosts and our servers were both excellent. The food was all cooked perfectly from Filet to seafood to sides. The Chopped salad is my favorite and I highly recommend to anyone who has never had it. The sweet potato casserole is always divine. This time, I tried the fish and shrimp. Can I give a million stars for customer service!!? Visited from out of town and dined here over the weekend. My brother made reservations online for 6 even though we had 7. For some reason we weren't able to reserve for more online. We arrived about 10:10PM and let them know we had a extra person. We were told it wasn't a problem and waited about 10 mins for our table. This location had a very upscale intimate atmosphere. Once seated our server Rob took our drinks and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted. I wasn't very hungry so I ordered a side of brussel sprouts and crab cake. My husband ordered the steak and lobster meal, that included the appetizer and dessert. Shortly after, Rob came back to apologize, he informed me they'd ran out of crab cake. I'd been craving it for a couple of weeks, so I pretty disappointed. But was ok with just eating brussel sprouts. When our food came, they brought me 1 sizzling crab cake!! (I think they normally come in 2). My Cesar salad was covered in an ridiculous amount of shaved Parmigiano to.cover the stale lettuce underneath. My lamb chops were cooked to the correct temp but were so tough! There was no gravy or chutney for them and they were out of mint jelly. At that point tale thr lamb off the menu until you can serve it correctly. While staying at Harrahs I noticed they had a Ruth's Chris on property. Always in the mood for a delicious steak, I immediately made a reservation. We were warmly greeted and seated immediately at our reservation time. Honestly I think we were even a few minutes early and it was no problem. Our server was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I ordered a Manhattan cocktail straight up and it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. It was expertly crafted and perfectly balanced, very impressed. For dinner I ordered a Ribeye, with au gratin potatoes, and a wedge salad. The salad was very good and packed with tasty ingredients and a topped with a tasty blue cheese dressing. The au gratin potatoes were a hit as usual. Who can say no to all that cheesy goodness? The Ribeye was expertly cooked medium rare and seasoned to perfection. Each bite was tender, flavorful, just what you expect out of Ruth's Chris. 10/10 experience! My girlfriend has life threatening allergies and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate her and make us feel safe with her eating out and having a nice romantic dinner together. The chef, Gordy, came out after the bartender Becka went and relayed how serious the allergies were. Becka did an amazing job at communicating the whole way through and making sure everything was safe. When the food came out, the food runner, DJ, made sure that my food that she could not have was on a separate run out and tray than the food that was brought to my gf. Marty was also behind the bar and helping out behind the bar keeping it clean. The manager, Emily, was wonderful and immediately came over to check how we were. Gordy came back out after the meal to see if everything was to our liking and if we needed anything else. Can't wait to come back and dine here again, perhaps even tomorrow night! Typical Ruth Chris! Excellent service and delicious food. Always worth the price. I frequent this location about four times a year while I am in town for business. The service is always stellar here. Especially the bartenders and waitresses behind the bar. I enjoy sitting at their large bar with comfy seats while watching tv. The steaks are always to die for. I also enjoy their shrimp! Tonight I decided on a soup and salad. The lobster bisque was the perfect temperature. I was able to eat it right away as I was starving. The bartender brought over bread and it was super hot (loved this touch). After finishing my soup, my plate was cleared right away and my harvest salad was brought over. I haven't had this yet but I am certainly glad I tried it! I loved the mix of pecans, goat cheese and bacon. The salad dressing was light yet flavorful. This location is inside of Harrah's Cherokee casino. There is free self parking and valet parking (which apparently is also free if you dine at Ruth Chris).
