Ribeye was juicy and delicious, veal ravioli with spinach was so tasty plus adding Caesars salad and mashed potato... everything was turning out great especially with the great cheesecake at the end of dining! The hosting desk was still didn't do all my requests for a bigger table of four top... other than that, food services and quality were excellent!!! I will say, the steaks here are delicious! We ordered the tomahawk and ribeye, and both were seasoned and cooked to perfection. However, aside from that, I found all the other dishes we had were underwhelming to just not good. - Crab cakes (6.5/10): not the best crab cakes I've ever had, but I did like that it was mostly big chunks of crab meat rather than filling. Lacked a depth of flavor, mostly just buttery - Stuffed mushrooms (7/10): pretty standard. Tasted more celery than crab - Veal osso buco ravioli (6/10): very pecorino-forward. You might like it if you enjoy that. But I'd day save your money getting a pasta dish elsewhere - Lobster mac & cheese (4/10): by far the worst dish we ordered. Cheese sauce was very watery, and lobster was dry and had a frozen taste. Also a bit under seasoned. Don't let the pictures fool you, it does NOT taste as good as it looks!! Lol - Tomahawk steak (9/10): outstanding. Very well seasoned with a nice crust and juicy on the inside - Ribeye steak (8/10): also very good and cooked nicely - Creamed spinach (7/10): pretty good. What you would expect from creamed spinach. - Sea bass: I didn't try it, but my mom liked it. Flakey and moist Service was great, and our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Ambiance is nice for a romantic date night or nice family dinner, and dress code is not strict. I think a more accurate overall rating would be 3.5/5. I was made fun by my order by both bartenders serving which was so unprofessional. They were loud enough for me to hear them both making fun of me. The couple next to us was seated 10 minutes after us, and ordered similarly about 10 minutes after they were seated. Their food arrived 20 minutes prior to ours. When my 8 oz Prime thick cut strip arrived, it was ordered mid-rare. It was blue, uncooked through 80% of it. It had the most sinus and fat I've ever had at a steakhouse. My first bit was 100% fat and since. Amusingly, my waiter included that piece I'd pulled from my mouth, and included it in our take home. For upscale, Morton's or Flemming's is far better. Has an event for 50 people last night. And another about a month ago. The banquets/restaurant manager, the lead waiter (Hugo) and the other two waitstaff were incredible. They're efficient, respectful, responsible... great at what they do. The food is always, fresh, delicious, and prepared as expected. In a time where good service is in the decline or hard to find, it's not an issue here. Shout out to the bartender who got me that glass of wine right before happy hour ended. Just came here to celebrate our 9year anniversary and it was disappointing. We've had excellent experiences previously and this time, it definitely lacked a lot. We forgot to take a picture but that was a big no no. We didn't eat half of the bread pudding because it cold and not good at all. He wanted to spit it out but didn't want to be rude. The lobster Mac nd cheese was good but we've had better else where. Overall steaks were a 4/5; everything else was 2/5 for sure. Maybe our memory of it was better than reality ? Service: our server was Andrew and honestly.. he was barely okay but not as attentive to us compared to everyone else around us. He never actually came over to ask us how the food was or check up on us, while he asked the couple next to us several times. They were also celebrating an anniversary and he was like "happy anniversary etc etc etc" but didn't even mention anything to us OR converse with us much minus taking our order, help the other server give us our food, ask about dessert, and then bill. Every interaction was brief and just ingenuine....Normally they would come to our table several times to ask us how our meal is going or if we needed anything.. but he never came to us so we felt service should have been better. We felt it was awkward and it made us a little uncomfortable and feeling unwelcomed which is new to us. Considering we paid over $200 for this meal... we expected it to be a better experience but it lacked. Giving it 3 stars IMO is generous only because all other experiences I've had previously were good. We were also seated towards the bar side not the main dining side too so maybe that's why we felt service was lacking or the ambiance wasn't as nice since it was louder. Overall I would give this experience 2/5 but overall Ruth Chris now downgraded from my original 5/5 to a 3/5. Will I come back? Probably not. If we are going to pay a certain amount of money for a higher quality place with good ambiance and amazing service we expect higher quality and we didn't get that here today. read more

Came last night for a birthday celebration and Ruth's Chris 100% did not disappoint! The birthday girl felt so special with her personalized menu wishing her a happy birthday and the cute confetti the host scattered on the table. The ambience is perfect for a date night or birthday celebration with the dim lighting and classy interior. I ordered the Ruth's Classic which includes an appetizer, entree, side, and dessert. For the appetizer, I opted for the lobster bisque and the entire group agreed it was the creamiest most delicious we've ever had. They do not skimp on the chunks of lobster pieces and this paired so well with their complimentary bread with whipped butter. The 6 oz filet and 3 shrimp came perfectly seasoned and I always ask for it to be cooked with extra butter. I also love how their hot plate keeps the food warm throughout the meal, but we also noticed when the steak arrived that they were all over-cooked at medium instead of medium-rare. It was still delicious and the garlic mashed potatoes paired perfectly with the steak. Dessert was set at the bread pudding with fruit, which was decent but nothing special, I wish they had options for dessert with the set menu. Overall, the food is a solid 4/5. What made the night a 5/5 is the service! Pedro and Joseph were so attentive, helpful, and truly made the night for us. They came by so many times to check up on us, refill waters, and bring extra bread for the table. Joseph also made sure the birthday girl had a beautiful birthday message on her dessert and even gave her an extra one to take home! Celebrated Father's day at Ruth Chris and had the Tomahawk Ribeye which had amazing taste. My wife had Salmon which she loved too. The sides of asparagus and mash potatoes were very good as well. I have been here a few times. Parking could be a little painful in the area. Servers are friendly. I highly recommend making a reservation, especially for special events/ days. I always order steak, and it was always served on a hot plate (be careful). This is the special thing about this restaurant: the steak will usually prepare as a little undercooked as it will continue to be "cooked" on the plate that was served. Good flavors. Meat was tender. And I mean probably 20-30 minutes apart. Then more waiting... I think our entrees took even longer to come out. One of my friends entire dinner didn't even show up until I was completely done with my meal. At least her salad came out late so she still had food lol. My filet was cooked perfect and seasoned well. The Brussels were also pretty delicious. Then again with the waiting game... I can't tell you how long it took for desserts to come out. And after dessert, the check took forever. We got the check around 10:20 and finally received our card back at close to 11pm. For $1000+ meal, I'd expect superb service. Service absolutely sucked. The servers were even complaining to each other about another server next to me, which I don't think was appropriate. The meal itself was on point, but I don't think I'd willingly come back. My cousin, sister and I went to Ruth's Chris last night and had the time of our lives. My sister Birthday is this month on the 18th. She almost passed way this passed July. I wanted to make this dining experience epic for her. The manager Jaime did just that. Him and his team went all out to make sure her birthday dinner was one she wouldn't forget. Our waiter Damian was great he was so attentive to us. He had sure we were comfortable and our all our needs were met. Jaime came by to check on us and so did a very nice gentlemen, in a gray suit.
