They provide every kind of RV service I could imagine, even exterior body/paint work. I was working directly with the manufacturer on a myriad of warrantee items, and SD RV Center was able to step right in seamlessly. They maintained excellent communications with both me and the manufacturer throughout the repair, they were able to successfully troubleshoot difficulties which arose in the process, they took great care of my coach when it was in their possession, and they did the repairs much more quickly than other places I had previously gone. They were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, skilled in their craftsmanship, absolutely fair in their pricing and proficient in their field. While they are located near Alpine (and I live near the coast), they are situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Barney reviewed the damage and gave an honest assessment recommending not to repair the trailer because the damage was too severe. Hearing his reasoning, we were in full agreement. Given that experience, when looking to add an inverter, Barney was our go to guy. We had a 2000w inverter with 400w additional solar added for a fair price. The Barney touch was that the inverter prewiring by the trailer manufacture was very poorly done. Barney contacted the trailer mfg and the inverter mfg to understand the reasons that it was set up as it was. He reviewed his solution with them and corrected the wiring to reflect standard practices. This is above and beyond what I expected. Now everything works flawlessly and we are very happy with the job.

The weekend before a family trip to Montana, one of my trailer axles failed catastrophically while I was loading up to leave. What made it even more frustrating was that another shop had recently inspected and repacked the bearings, yet the axle still smoked and failed shortly afterward. When I called Henry's, they were already slammed with work and initially didn't have room in the schedule. After hearing my situation and understanding that I had a family trip planned, Holly and the team went out of their way to fit me in. That kind of customer service is rare these days. They replaced my axles, got everything taken care of quickly, and gave me confidence that the trailer was ready for a long trip. We successfully made it all the way to Montana and back down the west coast, 4300 miles without a single issue. Holly was amazing throughout the process, and the entire team was accommodating, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. Terrible experience -- This company will scam you! We would…read morenever recommend this business. We had an extremely disappointing experience here and feel that we were misled and overcharged. The communication and handling of the situation were unacceptable, and we did not feel that the business was transparent about the difference between the "estimate" when we dropped off the trailer and the final charges ( presented at pick up). They performed additional work that was not in the estimate. We were never asked to approve nor did we approve of any additional work ( over the 2 week span the trailer was there when we were told it would take 1 week ) to the tune of over $500! Also, luckily we noticed when leaving that one of the tires on the trailer was the OLD one. We paid for 4 new tires and only had 3 put in it. So they then had to exchange the old tire we came in on with one we were charged for. Not only were they unprofessional in the communication and business transactions in general, the employees were unapologetic and actually complained that it was closing time ( that's when they told us to pick it up) , so we could just pay for it or they could put it right back in the garage and lock it up. Completely unprofessional behavior! I went back and read to FINE print where they say they will do any changes they feel necessary while doing the inspection and then you are responsible for the cost ! Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable company for any repairs !

My parents were picking up their new motorhome today. Usually, the parking lot would be full of vehicles available for sale. It was empty. So, today's visit is called an "Orientation" to point out important features of the new motorhome. CJ was the representative and was able to clearly and accurately describe all the items that were available. He was professional and knowledgeable about all the things that is helpful in enjoying a great experience camping or "RVing". Prior to orientation, the entire vehicle is checked and plugged in and A/C running for comfort. The lobby was very comfortable and have available charging cords for most phones. Restrooms are clean. Later, I wanted a set of door brackets to move everything over to a new van. Steph in customer service was very helpful figuring out and getting me the parts I needed. Almost a year after receipt, I opened the box of parts to discover two brackets were wrong. Took photo of the contents and talked to Steph fully expecting to have to pay for the correct parts due to the long delay. Instead, she went above and beyond to send out the missing parts for free. At $2000 they should be perfect. When I discovered that they didn't fit (they would not wrap around the bottom edge of van siding) I contacted Aluminess for installation help. BTW the instructions for installation are woefully inadequate. Alluminess responded in writing that I should "use a mallet" or "a hydraulic lift" to "force it into place". This does not sound "like it is made to fit" to me so I took the product to a professional van fabricator in Seattle. They wrestled with it for 8 hours eventually getting it to fit but destroying the exterior edge trim in the process. I was told to buy another piece of trim and that they would "cut it down to size" to cover the gap left above the running board. While I'm riding Aluminess I'll mention that the forward sensor mounts in our front bumper were not drilled appropriately. Ford discovered that by drilling new holes in the mount that the sensor could be installed as intended, Thanks Aluminess!!
