We decided to call Cool Experts because they came highly recommended by a friend. They sent an HVAC technician out the same day, which was already impressive. The technician took the time to thoroughly diagnose the system and showed me exactly what was happening. He explained that when the system froze, the blower overamped, and that is what actually tripped the breaker. He didn't just tell me what was wrong, he took the time to show me and educate me on what was happening with our HVAC system. He also gave us honest options. repair our 20 year old air conditioning system or consider replacing it. There was no pressure, just a straightforward explanation of our options. We've had several AC and HVAC companies work on our home over the past 20 years, and Cool Experts is the first company that has really taken the time to explain our system to us in a way that actually made sense. He then came back in the house and conveniently changed service call fee from $100 to $165. I've never been quoted a price after work was done and then had it switched. This was only because he thought I would sign up for $179 service nonsense. I'm in sales, I wish I could change my pricing anytime I wanted.
