I would love to write a great review, but I can't get anyone to help me and my package is now delayed for two weeks. It sits in a warehouse 1 hour from my home. I called the toll free number yesterday and was given no information as to when my package would arrive, all they told me was it was not out for delivery. The delivery date was July 16th, two weeks after ordering. I was able to get the phone number for the local warehouse where my item is sitting, 623-939-3308. I called and spoke with a woman who informed me the item arrived at her warehouse too late to make the days shipment. She then told me it would sit there for another week at least. Later that evening I got a call from the Philippines (your call center) informing me my item would not be arriving till July 30th, a full month after ordering. The item is sitting an hour away from me in Phoenix and I have to wait another two weeks? Here is the best part...Now, when I call 623-939-3308, the number transfers to the call center in the Phillippines - great customer service! Please have someone from the phoenix warehouse call me to schedule delivery! I should not have to wait a month for an item. I can even figure out how to come get it if I have to. Delivery was well informed and courteous. They arrived timely and they treated my delivery with integrity.

I report this to Sam's Club ... anything but white glove delivery, spoke to the driver 30 minutes out and asked him to put the mattresses in the garage and take the wrapper off the mattresses. Asked that he removed the old mattresses when he arrived. He drove in the driveway, opened the lid of his truck through the mattresses in the garage and drove off. Never attempted to ring the doorbell or contacting. Poor service, hope I don't want to use them again. read more

The delivery went well however I need them to come back and pick up the washer and dryer to return to Samsung, I've called 7 times in the last week and not one person can help me. There's all kinds of excuses, my system is slow can you call back, my system is acting up, the department you need to talk to has left for the day, you need to call Samsung. I've called Samsung twice and they kick me back to XPO. This is truly a waste of time. XPO has the worst phone support/customer service and Samsung is right there behind them. read more

This delivery company is terrible. I still have not received my appliances. Ordered an appliance package from Costco and scheduled delivery for a Saturday between 2-6pm. So 6pm rolls around and nothing. I stay for 2 more hours justin case cuz I know thing happen and they may be running late. Nothing. No phone call even. I call Costco for the # to call for an update. Tried calling both numbers and they rang twice and automatically hung up. Of course this was after going through the automated call line selecting appropriate numbers when asked. So nothing I can do until Monday. Called Monday and was told they would be reaching out to me to reschedule. Nothing. No call again. I call Tuesday and find out that the XPO company whose # I was given only shares a name with the delivery company that actually has my stuff. Ok...great. They gave me the correct # and I call. I got a live person. Awesome right? Wrong. The CSR that I spoke to was nice, apologetic and assured me that she put me on the schedule first thing the following morning. Awesome again right? Wrong. Took the morning off because I didn't get a call the previous scheduled delivery so I wanted to make sure I was at the delivery location ( not my current residence). So 12pm rolls around and nothing. I call back and they say they never scheduled me. That their notes say they tried calling me but was disconnected. I was looking directly at their online tracker that clearly stated my delivery was "on it's way" today between 8-12pm. This CSR (KARLA) asked for the other person's name. Of course I don't remember it. So she rudely says "that doesn't do any good does it?" So I asked for a supervisor. Of course she's in a meeting (yeah right) so then I ask for the name and direct number. She gives me a name and number after rescheduling me again. I immediately call the supervisor that I was given and another CSR answered. I ask for the Sup. (Sophia) and was told that she wasn't in today and will be back tomorrow. Needless to say I got no resolution, no actual supervisor has actually called me back (this time Lorena was to call), no appliances. Terrible! Terrible company. I called Costco to see if they could assist and was told they've been getting a lot of complaints about the company. They tried calling to assist as I am going out of town so I requested morning delivery. This time XPO mgr Natasha stated they couldn't change the window of time as it is locked for the afternoon. Meanwhile my husband is in the phone talking to someone else who assures him that we are on the schedule for tomorrow morning first thing. The company is full of liars who are just trying to cover their own ass with no regard for the customer and the loss of time that was experienced. read more

The guys were very careful and got the couch in the home. They helped me get some slider feet under the couch. This couch weighed 300 lbs.

I got my washer dryer dropped off no problem. But then they told me they didn't have hook up parts. I had to schedule 4 times to get them installed. Waited all day for them to show up each time till the end of the appointment time then to be told EVERY time they didn't bring parts to hook up. 4 of my days off wasted. Like I have nothing better to do finally after 2 months today a very nice gentleman installed them for me. Asked what the problem was before and I told him my story and he said yea they don't like installing stuff. The guy today gets five stars. I'm not sure why Costco would work with this company. I ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer from Costco that were in stock and said quick delivery. 5 weeks later and several different phone calls finally got me a delivery date which according to Costco included expert installation. Two days before delivery they call to set up my delivery day, which I thought was already scheduled... I finally get confirmation that all three of my items will be delivered on Tuesday, October 11th. On the 10th I receive yet another phone call to set up delivery with the earliest date being November 1st??!?! At this point I'm over it, I ask to be connected to a supervisor. The woman quickly back pedals and says let me see what I can do. She says a supervisor will be contacting me. Several hours later she calls back to say I'm all set up for delivery of all three items the next day. Great! The delivery drivers show up on time and informs me that they are not there to install my appliances but only to deliver??? I ask them if they are joking?? I've waited 5 weeks for these appliances and now they are just being dropped off? I'm beside myself. Luckily the very kind and compassionate delivery driver, Romo, says they are ahead of schedule and will install for me. They worked hard and fast to get my appliances set up and installed and I couldn't be more thankful to them. I never received a call back from a supervisor. The lack of communication and coordination in this company is truly unbelievable!! I would never recommend this company to anyone! read more

I routinely have a variety of items coming in for my household and when it comes to the bigger things, there often seems to be an issue with the delivery. XPO Logistics did a tremendous job communicating early and often about the expected delivery date and time. Their website allowed me to adjust the date to ensure I would be home, and the delivery crew was quick, efficient, and safe! Well done! read more

Excellent service. Received emails and calls the day prior informing me of my expected arrival time. Called 30 minutes before arrival and was the first delivery of the day. Removed all packing material from my new refrigerator and took it with them. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They took their time to not do any damage to my walls, cabinets and property. Delivery was great when they finally came. First attempt they did not knock so I didn't get my order. Called to set up another delivery which the girl assured me was set up since they only deliver in my area on Mondays and Fridays. Waited and waited and no delivery. Finally called and they said no delivery was scheduled. So I had to schedule again for a third time. They did not call the day before like they said they would but at least they finally showed up. Don't complain about the service before you get your product or they will tell you they scheduled you and won't schedule you. And don't ask for a supervisor to call you to discuss your concerns because they won't call you. Customer service is not a top priority for this company! read more

Company makes you pick a delivery day 2-3 days in advance won't give a time frame until last minute and then if that time frame doesn't work they want you to pick another day in 2-3 days and start the process over of getting a time frame last minute. When asked if pickup was possible and location to determine how far it was from me they said he had to get it approved first then would give me the address. Not accommodating at all to customer. When asked to speaker with supervisor was told there isn't one right now. Not sure why anyone uses a company like this to deliver their products. read more

Mattress set delivered and old mattress taken away. Service was great, and it was just one guy doing it all and he was very professional, and nice. My only complaint is that I was given a delivery window much later than the actual arrival time (9:30-1, and my delivery was here at 8am), so I couldn't tidy up like I wanted. If you have an earlier window, it may be best for you to prepared the day before. I'd use this service again in the future. read more

XPO was extremely responsive and helpful. They were communicative and consistently updated me as to the status of my delivery in real time. The day of delivery I received a call from the driver directly letting me know he was 30 minutes out. I purchased threshold delivery for a king size mattress without taking into consideration that I'd have to move the giant thing inside alone, luckily the driver and his men took pity on me and lugged the giant box up my steps and right inside for me instead of leaving it on the porch! I ordered something from Costco, and after ordering found out it was going to take four weeks for my item to be delivered because they only deliver to Sedona once a month. The drivers arrived at the scheduled time and were very courteous and professional and did a great job. read more
