Strongly recommend any other company besides this one, my tenant ordered a bed set and it was delivered by this company. They dropped the mattress smashing a 2 foot by three foot section of wall inside the bedroom, out through the living room wall! they wont return any phone calls by the tenant or myself, I have tried three times to talk to a supervisor by calling them, they put me on hold for over an hour, never picking up! The only recourse left to me now, is through my lawyer! fair warning to all who think to use this company, DONT! read more

Please DO NOT buy any products from companies that use XPO logistics to deliver the items. It is very likely to be a nightmare for you and they are very likely to damage your products and your home. If this happens they may offer to help you, but beware it is more likely that they will not. My husband and I were dealing with Allen Osburn from this company very briefly. He asked us to send some pictures of the damage to our house and then he would never answer our calls or contact us again. Shortly there after, I received an email saying that my claim had been closed and we have not heard from them again. As a small business, scheduled deliveries of product to fulfill customer's orders is extremely important. We receive monthly deliveries using XPO of about 7000 pounds, and in the last 12 months have received maybe once on time. We have gotten to the point where we expect delivery a week after the scheduled delivery date. XPO uses the excuse that they are training new people, that they are overly busy, or that they simply don't have a reason for the mistakes. We pay extra to have shipments sent on a lift gate truck, but every delivery comes in a semi, then has to be refused, then delayed by 3-4 days waiting for a lift gate while customer service ensures delivery will be tomorrow, then the next day, and the day after. If you have an option in shipping freight do not use XPO! Customer service won't help you, dispatchers won't help you, and managers won't help you. The only redeeming quality is Dave the actual delivery driver, who unfortunately has no way of helping scheduling or with any of these issues. read more

We ordered a Tonal system and it was set up to be delivered by local XPO. They were very communicative in terms of shipping, arrival and coordinating for installation. On the day of installation the install team communicated via text and called 30 minutes prior to arrival. The team was friendly and very efficient with the installation of the product; additionally they took time to walk us through the basic functionality prior to leaving. Dealing with XPO logistics in Phoenix has been a nightmare. I ordered an LG washer and dryer combination and 2 appliance pedestals about 6 weeks ago. They were delivered to the XPO warehouse in Phoenix over a month ago. One attempt at delivery was canceled mid-trip with no explanation. The second delivery resulted in the washer and pedestals being delivered...no dryer. LG says XPO has it; the warehouse says they don't and that they never received it. I'm in the middle. These appliances were paid for. Customer service couldn't be worse; phone calls are routed to an unresponsive overseas call center. HELP!! read more

Wow, what can I say...this has been the worst delivery experience ever. The companies delivery customer service keeps automatically scheduling delivery for a day they are closed...we know they are closed because their call center (not in house) has told me that xpo is closed on Sundays...but then says it is the only day they will deliver to my area. This has been going on for 5 weeks now, and I just cannot find a phone number for xpo in Arizona to arrange delivery to my house on a say when they have drivers. My hope is XPO will see this review and contact me. AND please fix this major costumer service flaw. Why does xpo not see a giant fridge in their warehouse and not wonder why it is not going out to thw customer who paid for it already. PLEASE contact me. read more

This delivery service is the best with which we have ever experienced! We were kept informed from the time we ordered our product to the time it was delivered. We received text messages detailing shipment progress. The date of delivery was confirmed including a window of time. We were notified that we would be called approximately 30 minutes prior to the actual product drop-off, and that timely call was indeed made. Our product was delivered within 40 minutes of that call. I was supposed to receive my TV on the 2nd of December, they no called no showed. I have contacted xpo last mile and the main xpo multiple times and they are useless! They have been "searching" their dock for over a week and no one can update me or call me back. I have tried everything! I was not really happy with how hard it was to try and talk to someone at XPO, seemed about impossible and their phone service voice recognition software was horrible......I went in circles so many times I finally hung up. On the other hand their delivery guys Bobby and Jose were great, called when they were 30 minutes out, were extra careful with my concrete floors so as not to leave black rubber marks and did the install quickly and professionally. I ordered a refrigerator from Wayfair on June 26th. The delivery date was set for July 10th. On July 10th I kept referring to the email sent previously with the date and it said "out for delivery". I never received a call but since the email was saying "out for delivery" I assumed it would be arriving that day and would get a phone call within 30 mins of the delivery like the email stated. July 10th came and went and I never got my delivery. I called July 13th to see what was going on and where it was and the customer service rep told me it was out of delivery for July 10th. My response was "do you see the problem with that? It's July 13th". I was told they would reschedule the date for August 17th. I was livid. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got told that's all they could do and hung up. My husband then called to see what was going on and got a little more info. Something about they had gotten my refrigerator from Wayfair but had to wait until my payment cleared Wayfair then they would get the "green light" to be able to ship it. They got the all clear on July 3rd. They gave no reason as to why the refrigerator then wasn't loaded for delivery for July 10th. Their customer service people were no help and rude. Unfortunately we needed the refrigerator since our old one was leaking water all over. We were stuck since we couldn't return the refrigerator since Wayfair said it was XPO fault for not being delivered on time. And XPO kept saying they couldn't deliver any sooner. The delivery it's self was great. The two men that delivered it called and let me know they were on their way. Were polite and hooked everything up. If I could just give the delivery crew 5 stars I would. Unfortunately the company it's self wasn't helpful and delayed my order for 5 more weeks. read more
