This company delivers appliances for Costco- my experience with them has been HORRENDOUS. They practically held my delivery hostage and I spent hours on the phone working with Costco to try and navigate delivery. It's impossible to contact anyone at the warehouse and when you do they do not try to proactively help you solve the problem they want to push it to someone else. Beyond frustrating and awful customer service-- avoid them at all cost!!!! read more

They delivered my dryer, disassembled and hauled away the old one, stacked the new one on top of the washer after installing the correct cord, and came during the delivery window, and gave me a thirty minutes heads up. I'm giving it a 2 because they did deliver on the date and the installers were nice. However, they didn't have a 4 prong for my range so they called XPO (this was on the 30th Apr) to get me on the schedule to come back and install for today (May 6). This morning at 0825, I received a phone call saying they still didn't have a 4 prong and I could go to Lowes and pick one up, have them come back for install. Why wait so long to tell me this? They already have me without a range since April 30th, I had a plumber fix "the leak" it wasn't leaking before they came, but the joint was not connected so he said he couldn't connect the dishwasher. So, since I had all that remedied, I was going to have them install the dishwasher at the same time as the range. At this point, they don't have to contact me for install but you best believe I'm going to ask for my install refund on the dishwasher and range. This is crazy. People have families and work so this is unacceptable! read more

Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS!! on February 25 I had a peloton delivery scheduled between 9am-6pm on the "delivery day" I called in the morning around 7 am to confirm that I would get a 30 minute heads up from the delivery driver because it was being delivered to a home that I had purchased and closed on but had not moved into yet they did confirm that they would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival around 10:30am I got a call from a number and I answered the phone call they told me that they were outside of my house I told them I could be there in 15 minutes the driver said OK I got to my house within 10 minutes and he was already gone I called the driver back on the phone number he called me from and he said that he could not turn around I told him I would like to speak to a manager and he told me that would call me back I never got a phone call was 3 1/2 weeks ago!! I couldn't get a hold of anyone in the company until a week ago and they keep scheduling with ridiculous delivery windows like 9am-12:30pm and then canceling the day of the delivery (one day they called at 11am to cancel?! How can you cancel when you can still deliver until 12pm?!) and i can't get a hold of ANYONE locally!! I've called and emailed every single XPO logistics number and I can only get a hold of some people outside the US who say the same thing over and over and over!! Where's my damn peloton?? At this point I'm going to write a letter to their CEO Brad Jacobs or the better business bureau. Which I'm sure thousands of people have complained because this company has horrible reviews on Yelp, google, Reddit etc. read more

So far I have been waiting on hold for a supervisor for just under 40mins. I'm a customer that needs products delivered. I was told that this would be delivered three weeks ago and so far all that I've been told is that it will be taken care of tomorrow over and over again. I'm so completely done with this company and it's standards. I understand that hiring is hard right now but that doesn't mean your level of customer service or even respect for others goes down. What I really needed is just the honest truth from them. I don't need someone else to say it's coming tomorrow. Worst of the lot, no coordination. Rude people, took 3 weeks to get the dryer installed after delivery. Keep canceling for one or other reason. Worst service. The customer service center doesn't have any clue and refuses to do anything if you tell the problem in service and surely wants their ratings to be top notch. read more

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. They rescheduled my delivery 3 times. I never received one call or email. Just a "here is your new day and time" email. I also took off work for my scheduled delivery of 11 am - 2 pm. I waited all day and they never showed up and no call. Now my delivery is scheduled after Christmas. Again no call. The gentleman that did the delivery were great the company itself is horrible they lost my first order and it took months to get my second order.
