I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members, and because of her rude behavior, I will not be returning.

I have been going to Ryan Cleaners for years, even before the change in management. What stuck around was the quality of service they have to their customers. I came in recently with a jacket that was made of sheepskin. I forgot to ask their names, but a gentleman promptly assisted me with finding the service option that fit my jacket's needs; it definitely needed a good clean, as it is a used item from a seller that didn't offer a clue as to how the conditions it was kept in were. It was scheduled for a leather jacket clean about two weeks from that day; I agreed and paid in full. A few days later I received a call from the cleaner. He explained the situation; he looked into the jacket and explained that it needed a deeper and more thorough clean, which will come with an extended wait time and increased price. I agreed and waited for the day. I appreciated his honesty and phone call. The day came to pick it up, and the jacket looked better than ever. The same gentleman that helped me in the beginning was helping me now. He explained what was done to the jacket, the process of how they did it, and even provided me with a bit of history about the jacket, which I didn't even know about! As I mentioned before I have been going to this dry cleaner location for the longest time, but this moment really had me impressed. As you can already tell, I will be a regular customer here for all my dry cleaning needs. read more

I've been coming here as long as I can remember. They are always friendly and, more importantly, always reliable. If I have a special problem, like a bad food stain (which occurs with me all the time) or a missing button, they strive to fix. They have never been late. I recommend these cleaners. read more

I support small family owned operations as much as possible, especially during these troubling times. Having said that, this establishment does not deserve any more of it. My first encounter was about two weeks ago. Promised a certain day for pick-up for getting my pants altered and they weren't ready. No apologies, just the explanation of "corona!" Over and over. Anyways I was charged $13 for that alteration. The reason I remember that is they have a $15 minimum on credit cards. I don't carry cash as much bc of the times. Fast forward two weeks later, I asked my wife to drop off two more pairs of pants. Same style/color and length. Nothing changed except for how much they are charging now. Price increased by $2. I know not much, but when I inquired. The attendant said in all honesty it's always been that price. The way they treat their customers ,been loyal for over 4 years, they will not get anymore of my business. They could have gotten it right by just apologizing. I don't mind paying for a service, but when you get dis-respected by a snot nose kid, it leaves a bad taste. Now I sound like the old grumpy man. read more

My husband has been coming here for quite sometime to have his clothes dry cleaned! Sam, the owner, is such a great and friendly guy! Whenever I come to pick up my husbands clothes he always makes it a point to make a conversation and ask me how my husband and kids are. He is usually the one in the front desk mending the cashier! If he isnt there, his sister I believe is the one you will see. She is not as chatty as Sam but it's cause she is probably not familiar with me! Overall we get my husbands clothes dry cleaned every week and they do a fantastic job on getting it done! They always give us a 3 day time frame which I personally dont mind cause it's not like we rush to get the clothes back in time! We've never had a problem with Sam and he does an awesome job in making sure my husbands clothes are clean and pressed. If I were to do it at home by myself, I don't think I have the patience to steam and iron dress shirts and pants! It's just to much work especially since my husband is so picky when it comes to his clothes! read more

SO DISAPPOINTED. So I brought 4 perfectly blackest black shirts, that I've only worn once, in fact, and they came out looking like I've been washing them in a regular washing machine for 10 years. Here is a comparison attached to the post: the top two are ones I brought to this dry cleaner, but they've turned grayer than the shirt at the bottom that I only wash regularly in a washing machine. I moved to the area about 3 months ago and this place is very close to my house. We went there and the owner was really nice and very helpful. I wanted to sew a tread of pom poms to my daughter's room curtains and he did it perfectly. His prices are reasonable too. read more

I took a nice, less than a year old, Lauren linen shirt to this cleaners and it came back looking like an extremely old faded shirt and it had holes under one arm. Took it back and the woman said well it's an old shirt, and my reply was yes it does look like an old shirt now but DID NOT when I brought it in to be cleaned. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go back to this place again.... When I first moved to the valley about 3 years ago I visited this cleaner because it was near my house and I thought it was a good idea to keep my dollars in my community. Bad idea. My first visit I took approx. 5 items normal stuff tops, dresses and a pair of pants with the belt. Well when I picked them up I noticed that they do no not view the actual items but instead just count the number of hangers and send you on your way. Well I was living in both California and in Arizona at the time so I dropped my clothes off in California and left for the airport back to Arizona. When I arrived back in the valley about 2 weeks later and went to wear the pants I noticed the belt was missing. I went back and asked about it but to my surprise the owner was not there but an employee was who accused me of lying about having a belt which was insulting and he refused to help me saying it was too long and I admitted that was my fault telling him I live in Arizona and it was an oversight. He told me I needed to speak with his father (the owner) I came back a few days later and go into a heated discussion with him and at the end of the conversation he offered me $25 which I choose to take as credit. Well I happened to be in the shopping center a few days later when the owner saw me and stopped me to tell me HE HAD FOUND MY BELT??? OK he apologized for what his son had said and I thought everything was golden until the 2nd time when an item again was missing the exact same thing happened, they found my item a few days later and apologized. Now the big one, I dropped off a beautiful WOOL suit which had a metal belt which was attached to the top (it could not be removed) when I went to pick it up they had broken the buckle of the belt and told me it was broken when I brought it in??? WHAT...... I am 100% sure it was not because I had worn it to work and came home and went directly to the cleaners not to mention when I took it off I buckled it close as I had always done in the past. To add insult to injury when I went back to pick up my clothes again the owner was not there but one of the employees was there and had the AUDACITY to tell me where I could buy another buckle for my top and they would put it on for me????? The top was not cleaned because of the broken buckle but they did clean the pants and charged me for the entire suit. Of course I did not pay, but this place is for sure SHADY!!!! read more
