ROSA'S CLEANERS is a dry cleaning service that also provides laundry and starching service. They are found in a large shopping center with El Pollo Loco, Staples and soon-to-be-defunct 99 Cent Only Store. There is usually no line to get in; no line to get up to the front counter to request service... and the person manning the front is fast, friendly, efficient, and effective. I never heard "I can't seem to find your stuff"... "I can't tell if you paid already or not..." They must have a great system set up because it doesn't matter who's manning the front, they can find out where the clothes are hung, the staff in the back never mis-files the clothes, they can verify right away if the clothes have been paid for or not. The other great thing is that they do laundry and starch --- so I don't have to go somewhere else for that service. I didn't realize that it's not automatically provided in a dry cleaning service until I visited another dry cleaners. My clothes come out clean, smelling odorless, and undamaged. Parking is free in the large parking lot for the center. read more

I went to an another place who damaged my dress very badly... I went to Rosa to take care of it without a hope. I was very surprised, when, only 2 days after, my dress was ready and "saved". She gave a second life to my dress AND for the best price. When I went for the second time, I gave my jacket and a button was missing; without asking her she took care of it and didn't charged me for it. She is the best and is so nice! My wife took her wedding dress here to get dry cleaned since the bottom part got really dirty during our wedding. She reached out to this place first by telephone and she was happy with the price. When we dropped off the dress, we were told it would take about 2 weeks which we were fine with. The parking situation here is good because it's in a decent size plaza. When we came to pick up the dress, it looked cleaned and the lady helping us made sure it would be protected when leaving the store. I love Rosa! They are open 7 days a week and your items are ready whenever you need them. I go there all the time last miute for alterations and she and her staff get them done no matter how fast I need them, and if there is ever a problem, I can bring back and they fix right away. I was there recently when a gentleman came in and was very displeased with the cost of his suit. He was rude, cursed at her and stormed out of the cleaners like a toddler. My clothes were supposed to be ready Thursday. They were not. I was leaving town Friday and needed them before I left. When I asked the Owner, Rosa why my clothes were not ready, she first said that because of the heat then said due to Covid things are not normal. I said to her, "a phone call would have been nice", she replied, " I don't have time for that". Sad that the owner could not be bothered to notify her customers. First time here and I'm not impressed. I dropped off my coat and received it almost in the same condition. There are still marks all over my jacket and it doesn't smell as if it was cleaned at all.
