I've needed to find a local dry cleaner so I came here strictly out of convenience. However, I am so glad I did because I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an employee who took my clothes (a small sample size of everything I needed to get cleaned) and was incredibly cheerful and helpful the entire time despite it being early in the morning. They also mentioned that they have a discount if you prepay. It's an even better discount if you pay by cash instead of card. I'll definitely be bringing cash next time for better savings. They mentioned that it would be able 4-5 days to get everything cleaned and sure enough, the afternoon on day 4 I got an automated text message from them that things were ready. I did appreciate the text, however, I am also worried that there could be moments when a text could get lost in the shuffle either due to my busy schedule or that I just see the text and forget. I wish that they had also done a follow up call. Then again, I picked my order up on the morning of day 5 so, maybe, if I hadn't done that they would have given me a follow up call. When I came to pick up my clothes, once again, I was greeted with another friendly employee who quickly found my clothes & handed them over. I got home and confirmed that everything was cleaned great and my order was complete. I will definitely return with the giant bag of dry cleaning we have at our house. I can definitely see myself becoming a loyal frequent customer here. read more

Came here because my regular cleaners on Louise and Saticoy closed and i need a place to sew my bras. I brought one of my bras here to get the wire.Sewn, back in never had a problem.Bringing them back, they always resewed it back in.I also brought my jacket here to have a zipper replaced.No problem with that. One of the wires popped out of the bra, so I brought it back before I can even say anything, right out of the kid's mouth.The mail?Oh, well, we have a thirty day thing, so i'm just gonna do this as a courtesy.I never asked for free service.We automatically assume so okay?Fine, that's fine.I never asked for it.He just said it before I even mentioned anything.I just asked for reinforcement. Brought it back today 11/11, same bra because the wire came out on a different area that they previously sewn, now mind you, my previously place, I used to go.Would always restore it no problems, no questions asked, after dropping it off today at this new place, this one.Here I get a call.They say they can't do the job because of the fabric.You can reinforce ditching, you can just stitch stitch stitch.I'm sorry.You can, so they'll leave this long email or voicemail about the fabric.Blah blah blah, just tell me if you can't do it or you can't do it, that's all I want to know. Sorry called them back after I was done with my phone call again.Long story on his end.So I interrupted him.Can you do it or not?No okay, pick it up later.I'll pick it up later. I just picked it up and i'm gonna find another place.That will do it.Their suggestion is to buy a new bra.Like, I have a lot of money in my pockets.My bras are not cheap people, my bras cost $160 and it's not because I chose them like this.It's because I have large breasts. I would love to pay for cheapers, not possible. I had to go to the specialty boutiques. So solution go buy new bra, no not a solution. Solution reinforce your stitching, okay, reinforce your stitching. Even if the fabric is so-called worn like you say it's okay. I'll find a new cleaner and a new seam. Stress So this one didn't work out. I gave it a fair run. And this is a fair review, so I'm gonna copy my review because we all know Yelp. Yelp likes to remove reviews because the owners of the establishment don't like negative reviews. 2 stars because yeah, I brought a jacket. The jacket's still held up okay. Just tell me if you can do the job or not.Don't give me a long spill about this.This and this and tell me to buy a new bra.That's not your job.Your job is to do the job if you can't do it tell me. So i'm in the market for our new cleaners, as well as a new seamstress. read more

They are consistent in their work, are engaged and have a personal relationship with their members, and have always been committed to provide great service. Jay, the main guy behind the store, is awesome and is always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Their parking is shared with other businesses, but I have never experienced difficulties parking there. At the beginning I was so happy to find such a friendly staff and pretty good quality of cleaning. Always ready before due date. THEN I took in two shirts to be pressed (they were clean). I wanted to try them for shirts. I also took a sweater and a jacket. What a shock when I picked up the order and it was $47.80. I expressed shock but other patrons were waiting so I paid and left. When I looked at the bill I saw $17.95 to iron a cotton tunic which they called a dress, $6.95 for blouse $16.95 for the jacket which they called a coat. The only normal charge was $5.95 for the cardigan sweater which they hung on a wire hanger so the shoulders were stretched out. I'm pretty sure they washed the jacked because it has shrunk considerably and it has been cleaned several times in the past. I waited to see if I cooled down before writing this review. I'm still angry. It is sad and disappointing. Anyone have a good and honest cleaners in the area. read more

We've been using this location for years with the previous owners & the newer owners are simply fantastic. Whether dry cleaning a suit jacket or even getting some sewing/hemming done. They did a repair on my favorite denim shirt that was close to getting tossed & was able to do a restoration that is just excellent. Nice courteous people, do their work on a timely basis. OH YEA...... the curb in front is marked in red & is a FIRE LANE. several years ago I parked their to just run in for a quick pickup & got a $60. ticket, so do everyone a favor & park in a spot, even if you're driving a Tesla, BMW or Rolls. I've brought different items to them to be cleaned and altered and I've never had a bad experience. Their turn around time for alterations is very fast and quality was not sacrificed. The last time I picked up my clothes they were all wrinkled. I brought it to their attention and they gave me all types of excuses as to why and they said they could keep the pieces to fix it. However, I couldn't, as I needed the pieces the next day. They were happy to charge me full price for mediocre service. I won't be returning for future dry cleaning. read more

Have a very personal and important occasion, but I can't afford to get a whole new suit. This cleaners and alterations is local but never been inside. All I have to say, it was a great choice to go to them. I had them alter the sleeves on my suit coat, pant length, and see a button back on to a vest. My parent even had them alter a bra. I'm rating Fabric Care Cleaner under the new ownership. The owner Jay and his wife are great! He takes the time to get to know you, your name and your personal needs. Very old school approach. I took a pair of jeans to have them hemmed. He gave me a choice to have the hem new or the original hem like when I purchased. I didn't know that was an option, so I went with it. They came out amazing! A few weeks later I brought in an old Adidas track jacket that needed a new zipper (so I thought due to broken pull), but Jay's seamstress was able to fix the zipper pull, saved me money, and the jacket looks brand new. Also, brought in an old, dirty LMU all wool letterman jacket. Jay took extra care of the jacket and it came out looking very clean and ready for use. When you enter this store, be ready to be greeted in a warm manner by Jay and his family, and know that you and your clothing will be treated well. Give this place a try! read more

I happen to be in the area for something else and went in because of a coat that had been ripped at the seam from arm all the way down. I thought it would have taken Jesus himself to come down and perform a miracle for how badly it was ripped. I walked in and was treated so nice and in a few days I returned expecting the worst and got my jacket back brand new with a price that was way more than amazing. for dry cleaning: i've gotten a lot of work done here, and while it's a bit more pricey than other places i've tried, it's worth it to not have your clothes damaged! sometimes they remember me by face/name - and they always make a point of greeting me whenever i come and go. for alterations: i've bought 3 items for alterations, and all 3 items were repaired incorrectly. the alterations weren't cheap, either. i really hate to put in a bad word b/c i appreciate this place, but i will be looking for another shop to get my alterations done... overall, a really solid place though read more

The staff is very nice and welcoming. Pricey place I paid 60$ to get 2 coats dry cleaned. One coat had dog hairs so I guess they charge more for that. I also got my gown for graduation ironed for 7.50$. I have been to other dry cleaners that charge less for the same quality. But the customer service is better here. read more
