My husband had gone to Kenn cleaners for years. I won't be going back. I left a 60's hippy-style blouse for a costume party that had ties with fancy ostrich feathers at the ends When I picked it up there was no mention of about the feathers being missing and they were nowhere to be found. Did someone like them & took them? They offered to replace them but they attached some plain brown-ish cheap ones instead. They are over priced and the quality did not measure up to what I was told made them the best in town (Northridge). Very disappointing. read more

I dropped off 7 items of clothing at Kenn's. Usually when I come, I'm told that the coupon will be applied. This time that wasn't said and I didn't think a lot about it. I got to pick up my cleaning and my bill was $90. With my coupon, I would have saved $8. Kenn's prices are outrageous. $25 for a dress. $4.75 for laundered shirts. $18 for a men's suit coat. I understand inflation is affecting us all but this is ridiculous. I won't be back and I urge you to get an accurate price description BEFORE you leave your clothes. read more

Would put a zero if I could, I went in with a shirt and asked if they could remove a stain and was told no problem we can. Went to pick up my item when promised and was told sorry we didn't get our delivery. Came back 2 days latter and the stain was still there as before. Was told that I needed to pay anyways because they couldn't do what I was told. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very bad business ethics. read more

Very nice people. They are very accommodating and pick up your dry cleaning from home. This is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. My whites came back discolored. I gave them an expensive white top, white skirt, and a men's button up white shirt. They were all brand new - worn one time. They did not come back white white. They came back looking old and dingy. We have been using this location for years and lately they are damaging my shirts with a little note that says they could not get the stains out but they ruined my shirt so why the notice. Clearly this last pick up they destroyed three of my shirts by burning the material and i am sick of it. You cant ruin someones garment and simply not take responsibility.... These were brand new shirts so no excuse will fly, clearly the shirts were damaged by you. I would think twice about this company, they simply think that they can damage your goods and put a note saying they tried to get a spot or stain out. This is not the first time they have ruined my shirts but we have given them the benefit of doubt but after this last one where the shirts were new i am done. I highly do not recommend this establishment unless you can afford to have your shirts destroyed. Sorry for the bad review but enough is enough thank you read more

Extremely dissatisfied with LACK OF COMMUNCATION! I put no rush on my items and said whenever they are ready I will pick them up. I was given a day and time that my items would be ready for pick-up - when I arrived, my items were not ready! Any communication with me about a change in day/time would have been appreciated! But it was non-existent! There was no communication to me that they could not keep to their agreement which shows a lack of professionalism! A simple phone call to say my items would be ready at another day/time would have given me a different, more positive, professional experience! The only place I take my clothes to get dry cleaned and altered. I've been coming here for years and I'm super satisfied! All my clothes come back like new and nicely pressed. I have a dress that I wear to work and the material picks up a lot of lint, the gal at the register said they would do their best to get them off without damaging the delicate material and they did! I also took some of my business shirts and skirts to get alerted and I felt like I had a new wardrobe, my pencil skirts fit perfect in all the right places. I also had a delicate blouse made of cheap material but it was so beautiful, it had pearls and beads around the neck and unfortunately the sides of the blouse kept unraveling, I took thinking it couldn't be fixed and to my surprise it was as if I just bought it! I love this place. It's hard to get excited about dry cleaners, but these guys are just fantastic. They have smart programs to offer. You can buy a garment bag that has your customer ID on it, and then put all your clothes in the bag - drop off takes about 10 seconds. Just tell them when you want to pick it up. When I need rush cleaning, they're super accommodating. I don't like all the plastic on each article of clothing, so I use their garment bag, which cuts down on the crazy amounts of waste from all those plastic bags. But mostly, their staff is really, really great. The morning staff is always helpful and cheerful. I went in yesterday afternoon with my two small children, and they're always happy to help me juggle a baby and the dry cleaning. Yesterday when I went to pick up with both kids in tow, one of the staff members brought out all my dry cleaning and loaded it into my car for me. They're thoughtful, dependable, really good at what they do. I don't think I'll ever again write a review of a dry cleaner, but Kenn's on White Oak is totally worth it. read more
