The employee at the register was friendly, but the person who handed us our order completely ruined our experience. When our number was called, we went to the pickup counter and were looking at the drinks to figure out which was which. The employee asked for our receipt, so I placed it on the counter right in front of her, next to our drinks. Instead of simply picking up the paper and placing it in the basket herself, she rudely and purposefully ordered me to throw it in the basket, even though it was not on my side. She also mumbled so quickly and dismissively when explaining the drinks and walked away that we actually had to ask again just to figure out which was which. From start to finish, her attitude was incredibly cold, rude, and unprofessional. She made our entire group feel unwelcome and upset. While we decided to let it go in the moment because she is immature but this was completely unacceptable customer service. This used to be the only location I regularly visited near my house, but because of her behavior, I will not be returning. I rarely leave reviews but am writing this so management is aware of how their customers are being treated.
