ACE1 PLUMBINg is on the top of my list. I called for a leaky disposer in my Rocklin residence. The owner came in 20 minutes, changed the disposer and also 2 shower heads. My wife called because of a clog in the main line. His snake couldn't break through, so He decided trying another angle through the bathroom line under the sink would work. Since he's the professional I assumed he knew what the was doing. Clearly it didn't work, as he twisted the snake back and forth it coiled its self up like a Boy Scouts knot in the main pipe under the house. He realized this when he tried pulling it out, but it wouldn't budge. I asked what to do when this happens and he responds this has never happened before & he should have known not to go through the sink. He said he would have to cut open the pipe under the house to get to the hang up & put the pipe back together. But for me to call another plumber because he doesn't have a camera and wasn't equipt to remove the clog that still remains. So, after all is said and done, he actually did cut the pipe, he did an ok job putting the piece back together. But because he was Pulling with such force when it was stuck he actually cracked the 2" pipe under the house that connects to the main. I think he should have known better as he's the professional. He clearly didn't bother to check that nothing was leaking after the repair or he would have noticed the buckets of water pouring down under the house. Or he did know and didn't bother to tell me because he didn't want to also fix that mistake. It should have been a $100 clean out for a basic clog of tree roots, but because of his inexperience he created another problem that ended up costing me $900. I had to call an actual plumber that informed me he never should of used such a small snake or gone throught the wall in the first place. I had to pay them to remove the clog, use a camera to see where his snake was stuck so he knew where to cut the pipe & then call them back out to fix the entire section because of the crack he created since I did not trust that he would do it right. I wouldn't recommend him because I don't think he has the right equipment or knowledge to be a plumber. He's nice, but nice isn't going to make my plumbing work & not leak. read more

He was very courteous and face me some very good advice. Do to the problem I had he was very carefull not to further damage what I had damaged. My shower arm broke off in my hand and wouldn't thread back together. After consulting Yelp, I decided to call this company. Jung promptly returned my call and came to evaluate the situation within the hour, finding that in fact the arm was broken in two pieces. Because of the time of day and the extent of repair (opening the wall a bit to gain access), he came again the next day to complete the job. Because of the process, I was expecting a much higher estimate for the work and I was pleasantly surprised. Great quote compared to other competition and did not charge any extras even though there were some snags due to old plumbing that took extra effort and time. Over a holiday weekend (a Friday afternoon to boot), what seemed a minor leak underneath the kitchen sink morphed into TWO separate leaks and a reroute of shoddy plumbing done by the original owners/builder. Called Jung Friday to schedule for Saturday. He answered the phone (that's a difficult task in itself these days)! Scheduled me for Saturday morning. He let me know when he was on his way (that's very helpful!). I already had a new kitchen faucet for him to install along with new 1/4 turn valves to replace. I also had some sediment coming from the water heater, clogging my existing kitchen faucet which started when I had turned off the main water to the house and back on. Jung properly cleared out any junk from my water heater before installing my new parts. He was easy to talk to and took care of everything I asked for. He quoted me $160 for this job on the phone and that's what he charged. He's an excellent plumber with experience and you can be sure he will do the job right. He also gives a 90 day warranty which I liked in case there were any leaks or other problems (but there have been no problems as of now, a week after the job). I don't like to call any plumbing companies that have lots of plumbers, because you never know what you're going to get. I prefer only hiring a plumber who is the actual master plumber like Jung. You can see that most reviews for Jung are outstanding. I think you can completely ignore the couple bad reviews. You'll be in good hands for sure. Thanks Jung. read more
