The hot side of the buffet is ok, just ok. The salad side is nothing-to-write-home-about. The bright spot today was watching Lawrence taking care of his diners. His professionalism shined through, and when he wasn't busy waiting on tables, he cleaned the floors in his area and tended to his tables, preparing them for his next dining customers.
