My husband bought his used motorcycle here a few months ago and we unfortunately got scammed. This dealership says they give a full warranty and the first five motorcycle services for free. WELL THAT IS A COMPLETELY LIE! My husband has taken his bike here multiple times for services and had to PAY every time. And today, he tried to see if they could try to figure out the current issue that he's having with his bike (hoping it wasn't costly), they wanted nearly $200 just to CHECK it. Ended up finding a different shop that can check his bike for way cheaper. Also just found out this company buys their used motorcycles from auctions and jacks up the prices for them. So now we're stuck with a used bike that costs way more than it should.

So, I bought the wrong ones a few days ago. I was not sure how to get the key out of my two fobs. David removed the old ones for me & replaced them, plus he gave me a refund since they were out of the other brand. So my car muffler was a problem for the last few months, but I ignored it, of course like any…read moreperson would because it was only a little rattle well then come to find out my catalytic converter in my car was going bad and my car sounded awful and I go to clients homes for a living so I didn't want to show up sounding like an aftermarket race car I called another company first but then I looked up the reviews I had mixed feelings on going there, so I decided otherwise and I'm glad I made that decision because I felt that I was treated with way more respect more professionalism, and also cracked a few jokes and made me smile in a stressful situation. not only that, but I felt like I did save quite a few bucks, from what I originally thought I was going to have to pay out to replace my whole exhaust system. The parts are still on order so I haven't gotten the installation of the exhaust system but so far the best quality customer service I could've asked for plus he has a Frenchy as a shopp dog, and it was adorable and I'm very dog friendly, so it made me smile and to know that he really cares for his pup means that he really cares about the quality of his workmanship I believe in my opinion I look forward to my new exhaust soon.
