cant speak for the food but customer service needs work. I accidentally placed my order for their location instead of the right one. I called literally not even 2 minutes after the online order made and told him to cancel it and he claims "they already made the food and cant cancel it" lol you're telling me you whipped together a full meal in 2 minutes? I 100% understand it was my mistake and i truly wouldnt expect a refund if I didnt call literally in 2 minutes, but that was a decision clearly based in greed and desire for a free check for food they didn't need to actually make. I wouldve respected it wayyy more if they just simply said no but to lie like that is crazy. And even if they HAD made the food, they told me to contact chownow for a refund but chownow said payment goes directly to them, which im sure they know, so why send me on a wild goose chase when chownow has nothing to do with the money in order to refund me? We were hungry for some "late night food" after a show. Just wanted a snack. We ordered two meals -- thinking we would have leftovers -- and ate EVERY bite! We had the jumbo shrimp and the Italian beef sandwich, both with fries. This place by far exceeded our expectations in terms of food quality! Also, my partner and I agreed that the quality of our service was the BEST we have had in a LONG time... maybe even ever! Brandon C was attentive, professional, and friendly. Walked here for lunch because I was excited about their buy1get1 specials. Upon arrival they said it's only for online orders. Understanding that I was not clear and tight on a lunch schedule, they were able to accommodate me in person instead of having me to order online. Was here for an evening first date on a Monday 2 weeks earlier and I've been craving the lamb chops I had the first visit. Somebody know what they're doing up in that kitchen. One thing, the parking is limited. There's a sign for 15min parking with hazard lights. Also, you may have to park around the block but do not let that deter you from visiting. I would suggest go with someone so they can drive while food is being prepped or call ahead and order your food. You will not regret it. Next time I visit I will get crab legs or lamb chops. The catfish fillets were juicy, well seasoned, and crispy. My personal star of the show. Great Mac as well. The lamb chops are flavorful and super tender. Added jerk sauce to them and please be warned, the jerk is VERY spicy. Good, but definitely brings the heat. I'll def be back to try some other dishes. read more

My daughter and I visited this place for the first time. The fish tasted like Swai, advertised as Catfish. After calling the restaurant, the staff initially said my daughter could return for something else. However, when she went back, the chef refused the return, claiming she couldn't do so just because she didn't like it.
