He asked if I had shut the main water shutoff valve off, I told him I had just moved into the house and did not know where it was. He instructed me where and what to look for in my basement. I found it and shut the water. He told me he could come out that evening but if I could get through the night and wait till the next morning, I could save 50% on the labor charge since overtime rates were mandatory. They sent a tech at 8:30 the next morning and within 2 hours the piping was replaced, and he installed some insulation to prevent future freezing of the pipe section. Very professional operation. New HVAC system: Quote to Installation - seamless & smooth…read more We recently decided it was time to replace our HVAC system which was installed in October of 1996. This 26 year old system was also installed by All Temp Systems and so we opted to stick with them for our new system too. They're a local business and have always been quick to respond when an emergent need arose. I requested a quotation via their web site and received a response from the owner the same day that he would prepare a quote. A day later the quote arrived for the new system and we were pleased as it was a few thousand dollars less that we were anticipating. We also compared it to two of our neighbors who had similar systems installed by them in 2018 and 2020 and found the price difference to only be about $200.00 more. (We were pleasantly surprised to see that they were holding their prices steady and offering fair and competitive pricing in a time when everything else seems to be increasing by leaps and bounds.) We took advantage of the Mass Save heat loan program and obtained a zero % heat loan to cover the cost of the furnace which also qualified for a rebate too and scheduled the installation of the system. The 2 technicians arrived on time as scheduled and were very friendly, polite and worked diligently on disassembling and removing the old system and getting the new system installed. In quick order, the system was ready for the gas fitter to hook up the furnace and the electrician to make the electrical connections and install the new thermostat. Within 6 hours, the new system was tested, up and running and all of the work space in the basement and outdoors was cleaned up and all of the old system components taken away. From quotation to installation, the whole process was very easy. Everyone I interacted with (Mr. Zagame, the owner, and the installation technicians) at All Temp Mechanical Systems, Inc. have been very easy to work with and answered any and all questions/concerns I had. I also have to commend All Temp Systems on keeping their prices reasonable given that it seems there's a fair amount of price gouging going on everywhere. Like any business, they're entitled to turn a profit...but it's nice doing business with someone who's giving their customers a good value for the money with fair pricing. I will continue to use All Temp Systems for my future HVAC needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC company. Great company, great People and fair pricing. S. But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. Now it seems like the system might even be leaking carbon monoxide, and they refuse to come back to inspect it. Their customer service is rude and dismissive. Every job they've done has led to another issue. There are plenty of better HVAC companies out there -- I'd strongly suggest staying away from this one. The problem clearly starts with the owner and the leadership.

After weeks of sending Bolivar plumbing several emails, multiple Voicemails, calls and texts to their emergency line, we have still not gotten any response. We are deciding to pay the labor cost to have this replaced by another company. It's unfortunate that the equipment Bolivar plumbing recommended to us failed so quickly, and they seem to have intentionally ghosted us so as not to deal with the issue.
