Kofta kebab and labanese pizza
Diane M.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Saaya was such a vibe! It made me feel like I was on vacation as soon as I stepped in to their outdoor seatings in the front.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My girl and I came on a Sunday night around 8pm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were a good amount of ppl there but they also had a quite a few tables avaible.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was a little slow, we didn't get greeted for a long time that I had to ask the host for our server, hence the 4 stars. We ordered sliced chicken Makakeesh (Lebanese pizza) and kofta kebab. They were both very delicious, but the pizza was kind of small, it's a size of a personal pizza (about 6 inches). The Kofta kebab was a good portion though. For cocktails, we ordered a fire dancer and zingaro. Both too sweet to our liking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, Saaya has a great social atmosphere with good food![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Chicken Shawarma

First off if you're coming on a Saturday make a reservation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Because we didn't have one we ended up sitting at the bar, which was fine as there were seats available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service at the bar was pretty good. It wasn't too busy and we were able to get our food and drinks pretty quickly. Spicy feta 7/10: nice level of spice and good flavor. The portion size was good, I would've preferred it with soft pita bread slices versus the crackers. And also more feta. I was missing the feta aside from the small amount of crumbles on top. Felt more like a sauce than what I was expecting. Chicken shawarma 8/10: enjoyed the flavor of this and it was a good portion size. I would've liked more of the pickled veggies but other than that, this was a good dish. The flavor from the chicken really came through - it was well seasoned. Drink (can't remember the name) 5/10: I didn't really care for this drink. The presentation was decent but I wasn't sure what flavors I was expecting or experiencing. I personally wouldn't get this again.

Grilled Lamb

Absolutely loved Saaya from the warm greeting by the security at the Gate to the Greeter inside and then the service. These employees really demonstrated true hospitality. I wasn't very hungry so I went directly for my main course. Had the lamb with yellow rice and a side order of sumac fries. Lamb was well seasoned and succulent, the rice was perfectly fluffy and paired well with the lamb, and the sauces - oh the sauces - delicious. The sumac fries were amazingly seasoned and crisp to perfection. I still think about them. The service was top notch. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Dallas.

Hookah - gum mint

I'm truly shocked it's taken me this long to write a review for Saaya. I absolutely love this place. I've been here for cocktails, dinner, and karaoke, and each time has been amazing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is the place you bring out of town guests that don't mind hookah in the air.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One stop shop for food and fun. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Saaya is absolutely beautiful - Indoor and outdoor, the decor is everything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I first came here for a bar crawl I curated for a small group of girls. I made Saaya the last spot on the crawl. I rented the igloo with the karaoke, and we had a time. We had technical difficulties with one of the mics at first, but they were so sweet, they gave us an extra hour. Great customer service. The food, the hookah, it was all good. Now the cocktails, AMAZING. Don't sleep on the mocktails. These are real cocktails with amazing ingredients, I get the mocktails and add alcohol My favorite cocktails - Midnight in Mykonos, Ambassador, and Sunset in Marrakech. Mocktail - Greek Gardens, and add a shot! The hookah is so smooth, and lasts for some time. I always get gum mint. Food wise, I always get the platters and share with the table! You can't go wrong with any of the platters. If you haven't been, check this place out!

Visited Saaya in Dallas for my wife's birthday and had a great experience. We booked our table online, which I highly recommend because the place was crowded even on a Thursday night. We arrived around 11 PM, and there's a paid parking lot right next to the restaurant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe was lively, loud music, crowded, and full of energy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was fantastic! We tried: * Chicken Bowl ($18) - super yummy * Spiced Chicken Manoushe ($17) a pizza style dish - very tasty * Chicken Shawarma ($16) - delicious * Just Another Bint (mocktail) - Lychee, coconut cream, pineapple, lemon, mint, lemon-lime soda... honestly the best mocktail I've had in a long time Service was good, and they also have outdoor seating. Overall, a fun spot with great food and drinks. Would definitely come back (Added a few snaps from my visit.)

Food: Mediterranean. It's good, just not a place I'd go if I was super hungry. This is more of a birthday party, celebration type spot. Drinks are pricey, about $15-$18 per drink for cocktails or wine. Hookah is fairly priced but you're mostly paying for the vibes Ambiance: Tropical, Miami, Middle Eastern influenced decor, dim lit spaces Service: I always get a super nice server but I've been at previous times where it's hard to get anyone's attention as they're so busy on weekends. They were able to accommodate our table of 15 although, the stools were a bit shaky. I don't think large parties/tables should be in the center of the room as everyone kept brushing past us to get to the bar. Again, I'd only go for a nice night out, not a regular spot for me due to their prices. Cute for pics though, just keep in mind it's very dark inside so flash photograph might be awkward (also explains the horrible picture quality of the chicken swarma)

Really cute place! We didn't order food but we did have mocktails, and they were pretty good. Our server in particular was great! She was attentive and really friendly. Some of the other staff not so much. They also have domes that can be rented for private gatherings and the pricing was reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this place and would go back myself.

This place is definitely at least 4 STARS... I wasn't that much excited about menu and the lamb sliders didn't look that great. The bread swallowed up the meat. The popcorn chicken was filling. I don't eat shrimp/shellfish but my friends got some dishes and thought they were ok. Service was nice. Loved their outfits! I am in love with the ambiance and the location. Right near the metro, that I never see run lol. But there is places nearby to go to next. This place has karaoke and hookah, a great night out for sure!

Dip Trio! Spicy feta, tzatziki and hummus...loved the hummus!

The ambiance here is great! Definitely an exotic vibe. Thank you to Joanna at the hostess stand for seating me right away, even with all of the hectic mess from another party trying to be seated. Super sweet! Arianna was great, took care of us throughout the night. Everything we ate was delicious - the Sumac fries are always great for the table, I'd get the Lebanese Caesar again and again and the shrimp kebabs will be my go to every time I come here. So freaking good. Everything!

Saaya has a beautiful vibe to it. Once you walk into the space, you immediately get a feel of the experience they want to deliver. The hosts and staff were all pleasant with welcoming smiles. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting for your pleasure, with accommodating heating for the cooler nights. Their menu offering is nice. I ordered the Sumac Fries and the Shrimp Kabab; The sumac fries were one of the best seasoned fries I've ever tasted. And I'm not a ketchup girl at all, but their spicy ketchup was one of a kind. It added an elevated experience to an already tasty fries. The shrimp kabab was delicious. Although seasoned well, the basmati rice was just okay. One thing that I especially loved was that our waiter was attentive and came around like clockwork. This place is a legit hookah lounge also so there's that.

Saaya Ultimate Feast

I love the ambience at Saaya but parking is only valet in the area so most of our group took a ride share. Note that weekends do get pretty busy and reservations are recommended. Seating is only for 2 hrs and they keep to this when they're busy. We did the ultimate feast, which provided us with plenty of food variety, which were all delicious. Their happy hour deals are pretty amazing as well. Later in the night they'll also have belly dancers. The ambience of the restaurant is very nice both inside and outside. The hookah flavors are a great addition with your meal if you enjoy it! Can't wait to come back!

Saaya has a beautiful atmosphere! I went on a Thursday and there were belly dancers and a fire show. We sat on the patio which had the space heaters so that was nice during the night time! The food was amazing! The fries which sound so simple but they were really good! The basmati rice was delicious! The waitress was just okay. I would recommend this place to anyone in Dallas or those visiting!

I have been to Saaya a bunch of times and i truly say it's a fantastic experience from start to finish every single time! Staff: The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations, especially when we were torn between a few dishes. The hostess greeted us with a smile, and even the manager checked in to make sure everything was going well--small gestures that really elevated the experience. Ambience: Saaya has a modern, upscale vibe with just the right touch of elegance. The lighting was soft and inviting, and the music added a laid-back, contemporary feel without being too loud. The decor struck a balance between chic and cozy, making it a great spot for a date night or small group dinner. Food: The food was the highlight. Every dish we tried was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked--tender with a flavorful spice crust--and the mezze platter was generous and varied. I also loved their craft cocktails, especially the fig-infused Old Fashioned. If you're into bold flavors with a Mediterranean twist, this place hits the mark. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the dessert menu felt a bit limited, but that's just a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent! Highly recommend checking out Saaya if you're in the area!

The hotel property is like four legs under the table - a great location, a great hotel experience, a great restaurant experience, and a entertainment experience (The Mansion Bar). At least one leg has been kicked out, one is suffering. The Mansion Bar used to have a great recipe for success - proven by how busy and regular the customers were and loyal (or was), and the top tier talent that was routine for 10+ years. Me and my friends have a relationship with the long time staff as customers as well as the excellent music talent. The cause? Not precisely sure but I think it's new ownership, at the very least a new Food & Bev manager. I also know the staff is very upset about these changes and the relationships with the repeat music talent is now a mess. I wouldn't be surprise if the staff start leaving. I'm hoping whomever is making these decisions can revert back to what was working. Dallas has a lot of great venues that will fill this void.

The service was excellent, and our server gave us some great recommendations throughout the evening. We tried the I Dream of Kiwi, Only Fans, and the Soft Serve Margarita. The first two were refreshing, fruity, and packed with flavor, while the Soft Serve Margarita was a fun twist on a classic. For food, we had the Caesar salad, beef cheek tacos, and the Apothecary Burger with the truffle fries upgrade. The Caesar was a little too heavy on the dressing for my taste, making it quite fishy, so I'd recommend asking for the dressing on the side or going light on it. The burger with truffle fries was easily a 9/10, and the beef cheek tacos were just as good--tender, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. One of the best parts is the happy hour offered every day until 6:30 PM, with all "Over the Counter" cocktails for $12 and 50% off food. When we walked in, the hostesses greeted us and seated us at the table we had reserved in the Leopard Room. Initially, we were placed at a small half table along the wall. We asked if it was possible to move, and they happily accommodated us. That particular table felt a bit awkward for conversation since you can barely face the person across from you. It might work better for someone sitting alone and people watching rather than having a full conversation. Service throughout the night was great. The staff checked in regularly without being intrusive and made sure we always had what we needed. For drinks, I would say they were just okay. They were not bad, but they also were not particularly memorable. Given the speakeasy concept, I expected a bit more creativity in both flavor and presentation. We ordered the Melting Clock Elixir, Persistence of Berries, Cotton Candy Cloud, and the Surrealist 75. As the night went on, the space became much more crowded and louder once the DJ started playing. If you are hoping to have a relaxed conversation and catch up with friends, this might not be the best spot later in the evening.
