Flavor was good but not authentic. Service was delightful. Good variety of dishes to choose from

We've been wanting to to try Sabai for quite some time and wish we did t wait! The food lived up to everything we heard. We had the pork spring rolls with a mango dipping sauce that is good enough to drink. The Shrimp pad Thai and steak mixed vegetables stir fry were both outstanding. The service was fantastic and the dining room although small was very nice. We will definitely be back!!!

Made reservations for 6 of us, and they were very accommodating. The service was exceptional! Everyone was super sweet and helped the rest of the crew decide on what they wanted to eat. I got pad won Sen it's not on the menu but she told me they could absolutely do it. It's my favorite type of noddle. Food was very flavor, the space isn't very big but it's super clean and cozy. And the beer was very cold!

Grabbed the lunch Pad Thai with chicken and chicken satay. Pad Thai was flavorful with a nice balance of sweet and savory, and the chicken satay was grilled just right. Portions were generous for a lunch special, and everything came out fast--food was ready right when they said it would be, which I really appreciated. Also got a Thai iced tea, and it was creamy, and not overly sweet. Perfect way to round out the meal. They've got a few tables outside for alfresco dining, which is a nice touch. Chill vibe inside, friendly staff, and no wait during lunch. Definitely worth a stop if you're craving Thai without the fuss.

Wyndie and I decided to try SaBai tonight. It's a small but cozy restaurant, I was amazed how quiet it was for the size (nice date night atmosphere) I cannot believe how Great the service was. We had the steamed dumplings and we both got a soup. Wyndie got the hot and sour and I got wonton. (All were great by the way) We knew we wouldn't need two entries so we ordered a noodle dish with roasted duck, and they served it split on two different plates for us! If ever downtown and looking for a nice cozy atmosphere and great food, don't skip this hidden GEM!

I love Thai food and SaBai just became our favorite Thai restaurant. Not only is the food great, but the restaurant is nicely decorated and the service is excellent. Definitely recommend the dumplings as an appetizer. All the entrees are delicious.

I would love to tell everyone how good the food is, however after waiting 40 mins for dinner, I was too rushed (theatre tickets) to eat. Handing me a pork dish (I ordered chicken see yew) was kinda the icing on the cake (I don't eat pork!). Had our Waitress spent less time telling the table next to us her plans for having children when she finishes her business degree next year, maybe the order would've went in on time. It takes a special kind of bad for me to give a 1-star rating, but this was really poor service. The others in my party scarfed their food down and general consensus was that the food was basic (or as we always say...it'll make a turd). I wasn't willing to wait for my dish to be corrected (it was 7:15 and the play starts at 7:30) so I waived off. Doubt I try again...

    See yew

I wish I could give it 2.5 stars....the food was mediocre. I had a see yew with chicken and it was so salty. Like someone put salt a couple of times. I also counted 5 slices of carrots and a few pieces of broccoli. The portion was pretty small! The service was good. Honestly, I do not understand all the hype about this place. I won't be going back!

It is an outside seating with roof for those rainy days. First if you are unfamiliar with bao, its this fluffy white bread that is steamed (not baked). These bao at this location is about the size of slider. We were offered Pork Belly bao, chicken and shrimp shu mai (also comes filled with pork), a piece of crepe cake, and a soda. I also order the 2 bao combo (Spicy Korean & Char Siu pork bao) comes with Orange Chicken and rice, and pot sticker soup. The pork belly bao was delicious. The Char Siu boa was equally amazing. These two go great together. So if order the 2 bao combo, get these two. Spicy Korean Chicken was like eating a Korean fried chicken sandwich. Served with Gochujang (Korean ketchup). This was also tasty. There is 2 or 3 bao combo on the menu, but the menu does not state what comes with the combo. When I ordered the 2 bao combo it came with orange chicken and rice and a pot sticker soup (close to wonton soup). It may or may not come with a can of soda. The service was friendly and I got my order within five minutes. Bao Town does explore the different flavors from Asia. The Pork Belly is Vietnamese inspire. Char Sui is Chinese flavor. Spicy Korean Chicken is Korean inspired, and Satay is glavor of Thailand. Check out Bao Town. You won't be disappointed.

My family owns several pho…read morerestaurants around the country, so I'm very familiar with what goes into a good bowl of pho, and this was incredibly disappointing. The pho was terrible. The broth lacked the rich, aromatic depth that you expect from pho. And they seriously need to rethink their homemade meatballs. They were about the size of a dime and were white instead of resembling the traditional beef meatballs I'm accustomed to. I'm not sure what meat they use, but the taste and texture were completely off. The spring rolls were somehow even worse. They had pickled carrots, basically one piece of lettuce, and NO fresh herbs. How do you even go wrong with a Vietnamese spring roll? It was easily one of the worst spring rolls I've ever had. The service made the experience even worse. There were four of us. Three people ordered bowls of pho, and we also ordered spring rolls. Our waiter forgot to put in the spring roll order entirely. We had to ask him several times about them, and by the time we finally received them, we ended up taking them home. Between the bland pho, bizarre meatballs, terrible spring rolls, and poor service, this was easily one of the worst Vietnamese restaurant experiences I've had. Don't waste your money. There are much better places to get Vietnamese food. I would never go back and absolutely would not recommend House of Pho.
