If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Not only is the worker super friendly, but the food is absolutely amazing! I've been trying to order something different every time I go, and so far, everything I've tried has been delicious. The mojarra was delicious, the mole was really good, and if you like something spicy, definitely try the chilaquiles. I tried them with the green sauce, and the flavor was so good! Today I ordered the mulita de cabeza, and I absolutely loved it! Great flavor, and the handmade tortilla made it even better. And before you even get your food, they bring you a delicious sopa de fideo--such a nice touch! I definitely recommend this place. It was Tuesday, July 21. We were seated at 11:33 a.m., but our order wasn't taken until 12:06 p.m. After our order was finally taken, we asked at 1:10 p.m. how much longer our food would take. We were told they hadn't even started preparing it yet and that we could cancel our order if we wanted. We found this to be extremely unprofessional, especially considering how much time we had already spent waiting. We were told they were busy, but a 1-hour and 40-minute wait is excessive. We even watched a customer place a to-go order, and her food was prioritized over ours, even though we had been seated in the restaurant long before she arrived. I was truly shocked by the level of hospitality. We were a party of 12, including 6 children. We'll probably return, but only to place a to-go order, since it seems those orders are given higher priority than guests who choose to dine in. To make matters worse, the restroom had no toilet paper and no hand soap. That was also very concerning. If there is no soap available in the restroom, how are employees washing their hands before returning to work and handling food? read more

We absolutely don't regret coming! The portions were huge, and everything was so delicious that we had to take leftovers home. What made the experience even better was the service. Miguel Angel was incredibly kind and attentive--he truly made us feel at home. He consistently checked in on my husband, our kids, and me to make sure we had everything we needed. Sopa de fideo?! Tasted just like home! Chilaquiles!? Hard to come by great chilaquiles and these hit close to homemade. I tried the red ones and that guajillo salsa was pretty damn good. We came to this place as we saw it on tik tok and were excited to try the food. The customer service was amazing! Really kind and sweet people. The food was where the restaurant lacked. Literally the best tacos ever, $2.5 per street taco and they don't skimp out on the meat. Lovely fresh cucumber, lime, and radish slices on the side. This is seriously the best Mexican food I have ever had. Everything about this place is so fantastic. From the complimentary soup to every meal ordered my family loved every single thing we ate here. We came across Sabor Chilango after visiting a nearby car wash looking for a quick bite. A quick scan revealed the 4.9 rating, tempting us to give it a try. The interior is spacious, clean, and inviting with service that seemed if anything deferential and helpful. Fortunately one of the servers spoke English and helped interpret the extensive menu. The most popular dish was the Machete, a huge homemade tortilla filled with the meat or veg of your choice. I also ordered a housemade taco. Food was well prepared and tasty, though lacking heavy spicing. I even sampled their strawberries and cream which was full fat yogurt. I came across this place and it seemed lowkey, which I love because that's usually where you get the most authentic taste! I decided to try them out and oh my goodness when I say I had some of the BEST Pozole rojo I'd ever had it would be an understatement. The food is soo good. I got the quesabirria tacos with rice and beans. First of all, its a good size taco, good birria ratio. I was only able to eat one of the three before i got full. The rice is so flavorful and good. Its honestly some of the best rice i had in a minute. Although the beans were kinda lacking in flavor tbh. Green and red salsas are both very good as well. And the service is soo good, i ordered togo and while i waited for my food, they still brought me soup to eat while i waited. And the man who took my order was so nice to me. The food is so good. We live nearby and we always pass so we thought why not while we were driving by. The machete was so bomb , crispy, flavor was amazing. Not greasy at all. I was so disgusted and got someone's attention and told him about the roach and he grabbed a napkin and killed it. I couldn't eat anymore and I grabbed my purse and told the cashier what happened she apologize and said she would tell the owner, but never once offered me a discount.
