Chilaquiles rojos and quesadilla de flor de calabaza
    Tiffany O.

Sopa de fideo?! Tasted just like home! Chilaquiles!? Hard to come by great chilaquiles and these hit close to homemade. I tried the red ones and that guajillo salsa was pretty damn good. I also ordered quesadilla de flor de calabaza and to be honest I was a bit disappointed, as the flavor wasn't really there but still decent. Be warned the plates are huge !!!!! Ohh and the arroz con leche was delicious!! Definitely coming back!

Food was delicious very authentic taste the service is what I call great customer service portions were large husband and I shared the little of some items platter left satisfied feeling good about our next visit plus leftovers for lunch tomorrow husband was so excited to have leftovers for lunch that he left the car keys at the table I highly recommend this place and if you go check out the bathroom so you understand why I'm suggesting that sorry no pictures

Everything about this place is amazing. The food and the service are top notch. Shout out to Miguel Angel. He was very attentive and friendly and made great recommendations. Probably my favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Orange. I cannot say how much I love this place. The prices are also really really good.

Literally the best tacos ever, $2.5 per street taco and they don't skimp out on the meat. Lovely fresh cucumber, lime, and radish slices on the side. Friendly staff, especially that one guy who's there a lot in the front. Above and beyond by giving all customers, even those just waiting for pickup, sopa (tomato based soup) which tasted amazing. Casual vibes and incredible bites.

I can't believe I've lived across the street from this place for so long and never came in. Absolutely delicious food! Staff is so nice! Everything we got was cooked to order and tasted fresh. We had to come again the next day cause we wanted to try more stuff! My only complaint would be the lack of AC but small price to pay for delicious authentic Mexican food!

Browsing around the area to have a quick breakfast with the family and we came across this place. We were greeted and asked to sit anywhere we'd like. Received our menus and ordered briefly. The server Miguel took our order and brought out complimentary sopa de fideo. The place got pretty packed upon opening. Shoutout to Miguel Angel for handling all the tables with such friendly service even though he was the only one handling orders and the floor. Menudo was 10/10 Sopa 9/10 Will be back for the service and food!

Yelp find. The complimentary soup is a hit and a great starter. We opted for tacos, fajitas and a seafood cocktail in a cup. While I will say we waited close to 40mins for our meal, it was worth the wait when it did make it out. The restaurant was busy so the wait was to be expected however having more than one server could have helped ease the situation.

We came across Sabor Chilango after visiting a nearby car wash looking for a quick bite. A quick scan revealed the 4.9 rating, tempting us to give it a try. The interior is spacious, clean, and inviting with service that seemed if anything deferential and helpful. Fortunately one of the servers spoke English and helped interpret the extensive menu. The most popular dish was the Machete, a huge homemade tortilla filled with the meat or veg of your choice. I also ordered a housemade taco. Food was well prepared and tasty, though lacking heavy spicing. I even sampled their strawberries and cream which was full fat yogurt. This was the best meal that we have enjoyed for a long time a true bargain at less than $20 for two with leftovers to boot.

The ambiance is awesome! The music was just like in Ciudad de Mexico. The noise was moderate and we were able to enjoy the music and have a conversation. There were two waiters. I don't k ow what the hold up was. The food took a looooooong time, although my enfrijoladas were cold all the food was really good. The service was friendly and courteous but they need help.

Scotty took what was already a great date night and made it truly memorable. Not only was he the best server we've had since we started dining at Puesto, but I'd go so far as to say he was one of the best servers I've ever had anywhere. Scotty had a calm, understated demeanor that was part of his charm. He was genuine, attentive, extraordinarily kind, and somehow managed to keep my Diet Coke with lime full the entire evening. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and was always there at just the right moment. Best of all, he laughed at my dad jokes. While the food was outstanding, Scotty made the experience even better. His service elevated an already great meal into an exceptional evening. We will absolutely be requesting Scotty's section every time we visit Puesto Anaheim.

If you're looking for a fresh, modern take on Mexican cuisine, this is definitely a place to check…read moreout--whether it's for a date night, business dinner, or just a casual meal. The restaurant is located in the middle of Downtown Disney, with the entrance tucked off to the side. Just make sure you don't mistake it for Centrico! The service was amazing from start to finish. We were greeted by a hostess downstairs, who then had another hostess upstairs escort us to our table. Since the dining area is upstairs, you can either take the stairs or use the elevator. Our server, Alyssa, was incredibly attentive and helpful. She gave my fiancée some great recommendations and helped her make a few choices. The gentleman who brought out our food was also very informative and took the time to explain each dish as he delivered it. The food and drinks, from the appetizers all the way to dessert, were amazing. We started with drinks. My fiancée ordered the Maya-Tai, while I got the Sangria. We both enjoyed our drinks, but we ended up ordering two more glasses of the Sangria because we liked it that much! The first food item to arrive was the half-dozen oysters (not pictured because we were too impatient!). They tasted incredibly fresh, although we did encounter some shell debris in a few of them. We also shared the Pulpo Enamorado, which is grilled octopus served with tuna aioli, salsa macha, and pickled vegetables. This was one of our favorite dishes, and I highly recommend it as a shareable small plate. My fiancée ordered the Enchiladas de Pollo--shredded chicken wrapped in corn tortillas and served with salsa verde, avocado, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and queso fresco. I ordered the Lamb Barbacoa, which was slow-cooked and served with a pinto bean purée, mint jocoque, sweet pickled jalapeños, and a side of corn tortillas. Both entrees were absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, we had an amazing experience. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere all impressed us, and we definitely recommend giving this place a try. We're already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu--and, of course, getting the Sangria again. I highly recommend getting the pitcher if you're dining with a group!

Food came out at a decent time. Food Of Choice: 1) Steak Tartare ($25): Consists of NY strip tartare, charred onion & black truffle aioli, tangerine purée, chives, and 3 triangle cut brioche toast. Thought the steak Tartare was very good! What made the small plate even better was the use of the toasted brioche bread. Kinda reminded me of the bread used for a grilled cheese sandwich. :) 2) Carne Asada ($66): 12 oz new york steak with hoja santa & quesillo doblada, goat cheese fondue, oven-roasted tomatoes, shishito peppers, and fingerling potatoes. Steak was nicely seasoned and tender. Loved the fingerling potatoes. 3) Cochinita pibil ($42): The Guerrero-style pork shank literally fell off the bone and was quite flavorful. My only complaint was that it didn't coming with enough corn tortillas. It only came with 3. If you wanted more, it would be an extra cost. Paseo For Thought: I wouldn't mind coming back to try more food.

It wasn't that the tacos were "bad" it's just they were so lacking in flavor as to be non-existent. Came in for a little date night on a Saturday evening. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating, always quick to refill drinks or clear empty plates. We started off with some delicious and spicy oysters which were topped with a shrimp! We also had to try the Chori-brussels which are flash fried Brussels sprouts with chorizo, balsamic reduction, and Oaxacan cheese. For drinks we got a Santo Dia, a whiskey based cocktail with watermelon, lime, and fizz served over ice. We also ordered the Spicy margarita which had watermelon habanero, lime, and hibiscus flavors. They were both delicious and refreshing, the spicy marg had a good kick to it. For dinner we got a caesar salad, the ribeye plate, and the Urbana burger. We both loved the dressing on the caesar, it's made in house and it shows. The ribeye was cooked perfectly with a delicious herb butter on top, a really good steak sauce on the side, and thick cut fries. The ribeye wasn't the highest quality but it tasted good, the fries were perfect. My fiancé got the burger which had chorizo, melted queso Oaxaca, and an egg on top. Not gonna lie it was absolutely delish! I want to come back just for the burger. All in all we had a great time and I would definitely come back for some other menu items, especially to try more of their margs and specialty cocktails. Thanks Urbana!
