We throughly enjoyed coming to Sabrina's. Mary, the owner made you feel welcomed. My husband had the chicken Marsala which he says is one of the best he ever had. The shrimp Fra Diavolo was delicious, just the right amount of spiciness. We also saved some room for the cheesecake which was heavenly!

We ended up here by chance. Drove from Hartford to get food at LaSalle in Collinsville but they're closed for the holiday weekend. So glad we found this place!!!!!! Our waitress was wonderful, and they have a nice little patio and were having live music. I had the calamari posillipo and I think it may have been the best sauce I've ever had!!!!!! Will definitely be visiting here again!!!!

#23, the Sorrentino, at Sabrina's Restaurant in Burlington, CT.

We've eaten at Sabrina's twice now in the past month. First time, we ordered the #23 pizza, the Sorrentino (Eggplant, Ham, Chicken). Thought it was decent, good enough to come back again and try other items on the menu. So we did a takeout order from them this week. My wife had the Eggplant parmigiana, I went with a meatball grinder. My wife felt the eggplant was mushy, she only finished half of it (I brought it for lunch the next day, was underwhelmed). Meatballs in my grinder were OK, but I felt the marinara had too many onions in it. Couldn't detect the flavor of the sauce, just crunchy onions. My opinion is that Sabrina's Restaurant is a weak 3 Star rating. Don't see a reason to return for mediocre food.

    Great house salad

Sabrina's was a delicious treat in the middle of central Connecticut. All the food is homemade, and the value is amazing. (See my photos!) For $15, Lori N. got delicious eggplant parm *and* homemade pesto on penne. We could have seriously split that alone and invited more people to share. I loved my cavatelli with sausage and broccoli, which was also scrumptious and huge. Both mains also came with a house salad. The bread basket comes with a special garlic sauce, which was addictive. Big shout out to Wendi, who was entertaining and just the right amount of attentive throughout our meal. I only wish Sabrina's was closer to me! Though I suppose it's good that it's not because I would likely eat there all the time.

    Chicken Francese...yum! :)

Even though we've been living in this lovely town for a few months already, we went to Sabrina's only a couple of weeks ago for the first time: this little hidden jewel is fantastic!!! The food is delicious, the service is incredibly friendly, and the portions are huge! Mary, the owner, is a very sweet lady...one can't help but be fond of her immediately, it's like you've known her forever; and she goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect! My hubby and I can't wait to go back for more, we truly enjoyed our lunch experience there - I'm so happy that we found our new favorite restaurant in Burlington, yay!

    Regular menu item, was great

Veal Parmesan and Filet of Sole Florentine are both spectacular. Also pay attention to the red sauce that comes with the bread.

We went there on 5/26/26 for my 43rd birthday, my husband surprised me with reservations for our family of 3 as we had been wanting to try Tramonti for a few months after hearing rave reviews from our friends and family! The restaurant is very comfortable with lots of seating options including indoor tables, a seasonal outdoor eating area and covered patio. We were quickly seated by our server in the patio section and got our drinks in record time. The menu is vast with a plethora of choices that all look positively appealing to those of us who enjoy Italian fare. They also have a very wide array of "adult beverages" in their wine list/drink menu as well as a great selection on their dessert menu. We ordered the Antipasto and we all throughly enjoyed it! Then, we were gifted with a complementary order of some delicious mussels. I ordered the Veal Marsala, my husband ordered the Veal Parmigana and our son got the Shrimp Scampi. While initially I thought those who had recommended Tramonti to us were being overly "dramatic" about the portion sizes...they surely were not! Definitely plan to come hungry and leave full with LOTS of leftovers to enjoy! Our food arrived to the table very quickly, everything was cooked perfectly and you could feel the attention to detail in every single bite of your meal. Toward the end of our meal, the chef came out to introduce himself and wished me a Happy Birthday. While I know it sounds silly...it felt like you were eating dinner at a family members or friend's home. Your glass is never allowed to go empty of your drink of choice, the servers check in on you to see if you need anything and just make sure you're enjoying your meal...it's a very comfortable place to have a nice dinner! Since our dinner last night I haven't been able to stop raving about Tramonti to everyone! We already have made plans to return in a few weeks with our good friends and fellow foodies from Portugal!!! To the Staff of Tramonti: Grazie di Tutto. See you again very soon for another wonderful meal!

While the entire meal started off with a salad, of course, the next appetizer was the tagliatelle Bolognese and the pasta was definitely the main star of the dish. I could tell that the pasta was homemade as it was very light and flavorful. The Bolognese itself was well balanced and not acidic. I chose the lamb for dinner and I was very happy with the port wine reduction, and impressed with the light compliment of the sunchoke puree. The herb crust executed on the lamb was extremely flavorful and not too earthy. While I was really going back-and-forth between the Seabass and the lamb I am happy. I chose the lamb for the main course. Panna cotta for dessert and I'm happy I chose a lighter option to fishing the evening. I feel like after all of the courses I had the Panna cotta really completed the meal. It was perfectly silky. I could tell the cream was delicately infused with lemon and the blackberry couli was a nice touch to add a level of flavor to the dessert which didn't overpower the panna cotta itself. Overall, I'm really impressed. Especially since I was in attendance with a large party. All of our dishes came out in a timely manner and were well spaced to really appreciate each dish. The cocktail menu and the wine selection was also very impressive and I feel like the amount of options were well balanced, many of which would complement each dish. Our service was great! The servers were friendly, personable, and very prompt with bringing out each dish. I especially appreciated how authentic each server was. The girls we had were especially helpful in assisting us in our selections in which options to choose off the menu based on their favorites. Overall, I would highly recommend coming to this restaurant if you want, authentic, flavorful, and delicious homemade Italian dishes. I can tell the chef puts time and effort into each plate not only in building these flavors but also presentation. Coming here, would be great for dates, special events, anniversaries, and to have a nice night out with the family, friends, and someone special.

There is not a more welcoming and comfortable place I can think of. The food backs it up - which is the main point. My only suggestion for first-time diners, perhaps ask your server if the chef will consider delaying courses a bit. In our group of four, we wanted to try/share 4 different apps and a meat and cheese board. Because of their dedication to a promptly and accurately coursed meal, all four apps and the boar all arrived at the time time (by design). Makes it really uncomfortable at the table with so many plates. But if that's my only gripe - that's all you need to know. This Is A Must Go!!! My favorite restaurant around.

We did wait a bit to get someone to take our order, then Sam came to take care of us, but it was 50 minutes til we ordered. The 4 cheese pizza was ok - I did not try it, but it was tried by 3 others and rated crispy and ok. My sister in law liked her eggplant parm. There was no bread, so we were offered 4 free desserts- which was lovely. We LOVED the desserts - I don't even like tiramisu and I really liked it! Cheesecake was delicious and the lava cakes were a hit. There was a little confusion over 6 vs 9 oz pours for the wine - I was only asked once what I wanted and the price was significantly different. Like $23 for the 9 oz rose. The staff was very kind - they were not always nearby and would disappear at times, but our interactions were really nice. We were busy celebrating our nephew's graduation- so we enjoyed ourselves and were grateful for the time together. A few bumps here and there, but we had a lovely evening.
