I didn't want an "or similar", so I came into this location, which is right around the corner from where I live. They've treated me very well in the past. I met Rehan, and explained the situation. He said he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to get me a Tesla, because it was a long weekend. (MLK day...) However, he did say, he would make some phone calls, and see what he could do for me. I called him back in a few hours. Not only was he able to get me a Tesla model 3, he made arrangements that I could pick it up here instead of going out to the airport, and for the exact same price that I was quoted online. I came out on Saturday to pick up the vehicle, I did the paperwork, he wasn't there that day, but the people who were there were very friendly, very helpful, they explained the vehicle to me, and I'm off on a fantastic trip. I love this car! As I mentioned before, I've always been treated great at this location, but this time Rehan and his crew went way above and beyond. That being said, I actually have been to this location many different times with many different reservations being made a few times only an hour or two in advance, yet always always have they worked with me and gotten me driving out in a nice clean working car. The staff are always a pleasure (though I rarely encounter the same person twice for some reason) and the cars usually have a reasonable amount of miles. Any problems and they jump to a resolution. It's like I want to punish myself. They are always short staffed, you have to wait forever to check in then they won't let you pay at the counter. You have to then stand in line and wait for someone to bring you a random car. They then are going to try to upsell you on a bunch of products you do not need.
