Friendly and attentive service. The food came out hot and was super delicious. I had the pork dumpling ramen with an egg and charsui added. Super good and a giant bowl of food.

Really enjoyed my meal. Flavorful ramen. Also tried sushi from the happy hour menu. The fish was fresh but I felt the rice was a little too soft. Cute decor. Overall a solid place to get sushi and ramen.

Probably my favorite ramen spot in SB. I love that they have both ramen & pho (the best of both worlds). I've also tried their boba tea & their chicken wings and wasn't too pleased so I usually stick to just ordering ramen.

Chashu ramen with pork belly and takoyaki

First time here based on reviews and the food was yummy! We arrived 5 minutes before happy hour ended and they let us get 2 appetizers at happy hour prices. The salmon skin roll and takoyaki was delicious and a little spicy. The chashu ramen was very flavorful and the pork belly plentiful. We sat outside and they have plenty of room inside. Casual ambience with good service and friendly staff. The bathrooms were quite dirty though but I don't know if the restaurant is responsible for cleaning them or not since they are shared with the salon next door.

Such a great place when it's chilly outside. Very quick and friendly service. The spicy crispy chicken ramen with black garlic oil was so delicious! Will definitely be going back to this place.

We were a little confused. We searched and found Saigon In and Out, but our GPS showed Sachi Ramen. It turned out that the same owner of both has recently combined them into one location. The food was phenomenal. We tried the Spicy Miso Wings, which was tasty. We then had 2 Phở, one egg noodle soup, and one udon with seafood. The lemonade with lychee was also very good. The staff, all males, were very friendly and prompt. We were impressed.

My favorite ramen spot in all of Santa Barbara!!!! HUUUGEEE menu and everything is so delusions and high quality. Reasonable pricing for everything as well, and their happy hour is fantastic. The service is always incredibly quick and polite, and it has a decent amount of room so it never feels cramped in there. Just looking at it you wouldn't think much, but the food is absolutely fantastic and the perfect spot to go when it's a rainy day. 10/10 cannot recommend it more!

FOOD: To start the soft shell crack appetizer was amazing a good fry batter not g to fluffy but a good flavor and crunch, me and my wife got the spicy tonkotsu with black garlic oil and it did not disappoint I've had a lot of ramen in la and when I say they did that they did that SERVICE: The waiter which I can assume was the mom was so nice and patient I can't give no complaint either AMBIANCE: Definitely a hole in the wall but trumps a lot of the hi fashion bougie restaurants definitely would drive here just for ramen

The ramen was good but not exceptional. I almost enjoyed the sushi more than the ramen. It did taste very fresh but again did not wow me. The service was also good but it's more of a hole in the wall type of place.

Casual spot Finally found a ramen place in town, what took us so long ?!! Will be our winter spot, can't wait to go back, loved the fried chicken black garlic ramen ! Egg is included but they also offer add ons, service very quick and plenty of tables available on a Saturday night . Easy Parking on street right outside or across in the mall

We got the Northern Thailand Curry Noodles "Khao Soi" and the Tom Yum Noodles. The Khao Soi had egg noodles and chicken in a curry base broth with coconut milk, fish sauce, pickled mustard greens, cilantro, green onions, and housemade chili oil. They also give you crispy egg noodles to put on top. I appreciated that they wrapped this separately in foil, so they didn't get soggy right away! The chicken pieces were quite large, but overall the broth was tasty! I enjoyed the Tom Yum Noodles! For these, they use flat wheat noodles with Thai chili paste, bunashimeji mushrooms, white button mushrooms, fish sauce, red jalapeño, galangal herb, makrut lime leaves, lemongrass, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro. I chose chicken for my protein. The tom yum flavor really came through! They also give a pretty big portion! Since they are located in a food hall, you can sit at any of the tables. Empty Bowl will give you a pager, so you know when to return to the counter to pick up your food.

The miso soup was pretty "meh", but the salad with its miso dressing was tasty, as was the shrimp and veggie tempura; nothing outstanding, but on point. The pork-filled gyoza were also fresh and delicious. The "Bluefin tuna 6 ways" was outstanding: each presentation highlighted different cuts of the fish and each one was delicious and a bit different, really good. My girl had some green tea mochi she liked; I tasted it and it didn't do much for me, but... Wine pours by the glass are generous and reasonable, and the service was just fine, courteous and attentive. This is a small restaurant and it can get kind of noisy and crowded, but that's also a testament to the fact people know how good this place is. If you're a local you probably know this, but if you're a visitor (like we were) be sure to check this place out if you're in Santa Barbara and craving really good Japanese food. Recommended.
