I came to Karen for their bridal package, and halfway through that, I ended up buying a second round. I can't sing her praises enough. For the record: I drank 2 liters a water a day, worked out 3x a week, and got 2 ultrasonic cavitations a week for 3 months. I am obsessed with my results and loved my experience. I lost 6 inches off my waist, ultrasonic cavitations are amazing for chronic pain, I noticeably have more energy lately, and honestly, Karen is just beyond delightful! She accommodated any issue or request I had, and I never once had any pain or side effects (other than the rare minor headache when I didn't drink enough water that day). I have no doubt I will be coming back for more moving forward. Anyone complaining about Groupon nonsense or commitment requirements is wild. That's on them for approaching this the wrong way. Just because it's non-invasive does not mean it is any less of a process than getting liposuction or plastic surgery. You are letting someone alter your body using intense machinery. Dont be dumb! Do your research! The trade-off is that this is painless, but it still requires you to put in the work to see results. It's an investment of time and money, but it is worth it. I initially went in for lymphatic drainage after an elective procedure, Dr. Nasim persuaded me to purchase a package of M Sculpt Neo sessions to assist me in getting back to workouts. Despite my reluctance due to the high cost, she agreed to a deal and she would separated payment in two one to be given up front and the other as we moved along with treatment. However, after approving an initial $2,500 payment, I was charged the full $5,000 on my credit card.   After less than half the sessions, I developed panniculitis, a painful swelling of fatty tissue under the skin which is rare but not totally uncommon. After seeing multiple physicians and undergoing diagnostic testing my physicians recommended stopping the treatment immediately.  Despite this, Posh Body Wellness refused to refund the $2,800 that I was owed for services not completed, claiming it was a final sale even after Nasim agreed that they couldn't provide the service due to the medical conditions caused by their equipment.    This experience was not only financially unacceptable, but more importantly it was physically disfiguring and now I need to get surgically removed which will cause me more downtime and more out of pocket cost.  I'm sharing the facts of my story in hopes that others do not have the same experience that left me in this position.  This was the most unprofessional and uncaring experience I have had throughout my years in healthcare while helping hundreds of patients seek excellent care.

Still, the policy itself spoke volumes. Their website and advertisements say "walk-ins welcome" and "FREE consultation," yet they refused to cancel my appointment within minutes of booking. To me, that's misleading and not a good look for a company built on beauty and trust.
