Let me start by saying these people and are extremely unprofessional and have no real medical training to be qualified to conduct these procedures. I purchased a Groupon for the endermologie treatments and it look over a week just to get an appointment because nobody would call me back. After several attempts, I finally got an appointment, and 30 minutes before my appointment time I receive a text canceling because a "partner" could not find a baby sitter. She later explained the reason there was no phone call was because she was in a movie and she would call me back to reschedule. Another week went by and I didn't get a call, so I asked for a refund. I was advised that I needed to go back to Groupon to get a refund. So unprofessional!! They could not care less about giving a good experience to clients and are just out to make a quick buck by offering this Groupon deal. I recently purchased a series of i-Lipo treatments on Groupon at the Sacred Soul Spa. I knew of i-Lipo's effectiveness because one of my friends had recently completed a series of treatments and her results were noticeable. I called and made an appointment with Audra for my consultation and first treatment. The Sacred Soul Spa is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on the second floor. When I walked into the office, Audra was there to greet me. After I filled out the appropriate paperwork, we went into the i-Lipo treatment room. They also have other rooms for different services, such as spray tan, massage and cellulite treatment, given by various practitioners. In my consultation, Audra explained how i-Lipo works and how many treatments I would need to reach my goal. After my first visit, I booked my remaining sessions for the rest of the month. My experience was so positive,I purchased another package. This is an affordable alternative to traditional liposuction surgery.
