We came here to celebrate my friends birthday. There were 11 of us (so be mindful we were a "larger" party". We called ahead and made a reservation so it should be no surprise to the staff that we'd be coming in. NOTE we were advised with a large party we'd be split between two We arrived at 11:45 and were seated fairly promptly. Out of the 11 about 7 ordered the bottomless mimosas. My partner was on number 5 and we STILL hadn't been asked for our food order. We finally got to order our food.... Then ended up waiting 40-60 minutes for it. When it came out all the food was cold... YES ALL OF IT! This includes fries, burgers, eggs, pancakes... yes all of it. Also one of our party ordered a rare steak, which came out well done. Our server took it back and 10 minutes later came back with a new steak (after everyone was done eating their cold food). We ordered dessert which took another 15 minutes to arrive (a warmed cookie and ice cream). Overall we were there till about 3:50 PM. ALMOST 4 HOURS! And while I enjoyed my parties company, the food was mediocre and the service which could of saved this review fell short. Our server failed to Communicate if there was kitchen error/delay, the process took extremely too long, and there wasn't enough done to redeem the experience. Been meaning to write this review since Christmas 2018. Even though it was a holiday, I definitely had an enjoyable experience at Saddle Ranch. First time here at this restaurant and definitely coming back. On Christmas Day when the malls and shops were closed; the movie theater and Saddle Ranch remained open. They had a small crew working, but we were appreciative of the staff working on this holiday. We also got a basket full of biscuits and cornbread. I'm not a huge fan of cornbread due to it tasting very grainy, but these tasted amazing. I only eat cornbread from Saddle Ranch now. Wait time was about 30 minutes due to having a limited staff, but very well worth it. Food was delicious and large quantity. Parking was plentiful on Christmas Day, but I can't really say for the rest of year. If you're shopping at this outdoor mall stop in for lunch, dinner, or even brunch. read more

The rib eye and potato where delicious, tender, tasty and served hot! The Mai Tai was was everything and More! But the paz de resistance was the warm M&M cookie with Ice Cream. Our waitress was amazing so kind, very fast and super nice to the kids. We went here because it was the day before we left SoCal and we had no more Disneyland reservations. We were craving steak/prime rib. We went early (5pm) and were seated immediately. The place is very big. Two bars. One large ovalish indoor bar and the other one is half outside and half inside. The menu has the usual suspects. We got the prime rib with baked potatoes and vegetables. The vegetables were perfectly al dente. The baked potato was HUGE. The prime rib was really really good. Excellent crust. Very tender. We were very pleased. Cocktails were fine. Nothing special. Service was excellent. We would return. A warm day and that 1/2 inside 1/2 outside bar would be the perfect day drinking spot. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Out of three came here for lunch on a Saturday around 11am. Establishment barely had anyone in it so service was pretty good at first. We got our drink order in and it came pretty quick. After about 5-6 minutes our waitress returned to take our food order. After that we never saw her again. That order took nearly 30 minutes for it to be brought to our table and it was wrong, no special requests were made either. While waiting our drink glasses were empty. Took 15 minutes for anyone to check if we needed another. The atmosphere was dead, servers weren't tentative and the manager made a scene in public towards another customer. To top that off, men's restroom urinal wasn't clean according to my husband, and the women's restroom didn't have toilet paper. Now I know why we stopped coming here for several years. read more

Waiting for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment as servers walk back and forth is not acceptable. You could have easily said to us "Hey we close at 9PM and we stop seating people at 8PM." This is my first and possibly only review I will add, I usually don't do this at all but the service was horrible. My business partners and I had set a reservation after the convention and I spoke to the person at front about my reservation when they said they would check me in. Half an hour later I don't see anyone in the front anymore and when she eventually appears she said I was apparently already sat. At this point we were so close to leaving but due to the weather we decided to wait it out and get a table. The girl at the front looked so unamused, bored, didn't even want to be there I spoke to multiple other customers who agreed. I get working costumer service is difficult but definitely don't have someone like that working the front if you want to start your guests on the wrong foot. The only thing I would give a 5 star review on would be on the goodness for our server I think her name was Kathy. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and helped us pick the best appetizers. Now this review is of the restaurant cause they seemed that they didn't have it under control which is absurd for a high profile restaurant in a MALL on a rainy day but oh well. Don't think i'll come back next time on a trip but thank you kathy if you ever see this you made our dinner tonight better!!! The food was decent and my colleagues agreed on the ribeye and the baked potato that it was one of the best in the states. But If you read this far be sure to double check on your reservation early and definitely more than once if that same worker is there. read more

We had lunch with a small group of friends there, and although our server was quite good and friendly, the good left a lot to be desired. My fiancée and I split a rack of ribs, with garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were good, but the ribs were not very tasty, and extremely dry and over cooked. We also ordered a side of the jalapeño Mac and cheese. It was a 4 out of 5. My friend got the beef brisket, and his was also over cooked. He didn't even bother taking home his left overs. Came here for their bottomless brunch on Saturday. Biggest complaint is that when we were ready to order our last round the waiter was nowhere to be found. By the time he showed up it was past 3 so we couldn't get anymore drinks. You definitely get refills quicker if you sit at the bar. The food was decent enough, but sort of on the expensive side for what you get. I paid $17 + tax and tip for basic eggs with sausage and tots. Today we wanted something lunchy but failed to find many options and settled for splitting the wagon wheel appetizer plate. There were fries onion rings a couple ribs some chicken fingers and 3 small burger sliders. Everything was pretty meh. The ribs were tender but not impressive. The burgers were really plain. The service was slow and not too helpful. The appetizers were kind of weird. It seems to me the main point of the food here is to soak up the alcohol. Ambiance wise, this was a fun place. We got a giant drink with a cotton candy rim, there's a mechanical bull (which we didn't try). The service was decent despite having a large group. But other than the cotton candy, the food and drinks were just OK. The salmon was a little overdone, the cotton candy drink was less strong than expected and reminded us all of college jungle juice, the appetizer portions were a little small.
