Had a pizza. Very paper thin crust couldn't pick it up with out a fork. Skimpy toppings. Ordered a watermelon margarita was given a strawberry margarita. Got the watermelon next & sent that back as it was terrible, the strawberry wasn't much better. My companion has the turkey waffle meal & didn't like that very much either. Would I go back? Have been there 2X. The 1st time we sat at the bar but had to move because of 2 obviously drunk, LOUD barflys. I had the Italian sausage burger and my GF had the southwest chicken tortellini. They were both good, plus they have a nice beer selection. The 2nd time all we had was a drink and left. The main room was full so we were seated in the back. I said to my GF that it was nice and quiet here. As soon as I did a group of 14 were seated. Needless to say it's pretty loud when people are yelling over others in their party to talk to someone else in their party at another table. The mgr. offered to sit us alone in an empty room but we declined. The food was good. The beer was good. Avoid weekend afternoons when people are out on their bikes and meeting here. read more

First time there and although the food was decent, the service was awful! Waited 15 minutes for our drink order, then another 15+ for food order. Meals came in spurts and one person in our party made the mistake of order the haddock and it did not come until we were ALL done eating (we refused it at that point and they put it aside--guess that's their treat for later) Asked for to go boxes for pizza and they were literally thrown on our table. Upcharged for drinks without asking, and had to keep asking for water and soda refills. Waitress stood at top of the table and handed our food down the line (mind you, the table was an accessible rectangle) The final insult was when she automatically added a 20% tip (we had 4 kids and 4 adults) to the check because 'that is policy' (nothing was comped, as an fyi). We complained to the manager and told them all our complaints and refused to pay the 20%-we added our own on what we thought the service actually deserved! The only positive employee was the greeter! Not just bbq food. The menu is great for everyone (except maybe vegetarians). We ordered the nachos and had no room for our dinners. The dessert we ordered was delicious. Well "my friends", I will attempt to write a complete review. I won't get deep into the service end, the waiter seemed to want to please and got the order right, but he could work on his quickness and not smell like a cigga-butt when clearing plates. In fairness, no one ordered from the main course section or the pizza menu. The facility seems nice if you like country radio, saloon-bar-scene, and space enough for live-music and dancing. I might have given 3.5 stars till the meals actually came out. Before the food comes, we had multiple promises on incoming food and what seemed like an owner offering random but immediate apologies for late food. So one would expect hot food? Sorry, only one dish was hot while the other four obviously sat under a lamp. Hot dish was country fried chic sandwich and described by my daughter as covered in a chunky puke sauce with more uncrushed chips on the meat patty than chicken. I ordered the most pricey burger on the menu just to get a way over cooked dry meat puck with dry reheated brisket and a drop of some sauce too little to tasteID. My son's burger was also a char-puck that he refused to eat. A 2.50 upcharge for onion-rings: flimsy and clumpy that replace steak fries with the portions all wrong (reg meal got half of what a kids dinner receives). Salad late to the table, cause salads must be difficult... Buff chic rangoons were unique and not so bad. Pizza dip was unique, but quite nasty: tortilla chips served with mozzarella melted over flavorless tomato sauce that lies over a layer of plain cream cheese. Maybe some day I can be proven that this place deserves better if I ever get to try the pizza, but I can't see any reason to go back. Sad because they are right around the corner. read more

Not welcoming or accomadating at all! Called ahead of time to make a reservation because it was a Friday night, was told that it will not be needed and that they will make a plan when we arrive. Arrived 30minutes later and were told that they are unable to assist us because we are only 3 people ( I did mention this on the phone as well) and would need to wait 45min...the place was basicly empty (or looked that way)...a lot of open tables, the parking lot was not even full. Where to start? I called and asked if I could place a pick up order. Woman on the phone was rude and when I began to order, she interrupted me to ask for my name. I told her my name, spelled it out, then another long pause. Finally got to order, but the woman didn't mention the onion rings were a $2.49 upcharge. For onion rings. Parking is horrible. It's very narrow and then opens up unnecessarily to the back lot. I went into the wrong entrance so I had to go to the hostess station. Walking towards the hostess station, I was hit with the very unpleasant smell of urine. And it was very powerful. Stood at the hostess station for five minutes before a couple and an older woman walked up and asked if I was waiting. I politely told them I was waiting for pick up and stepped to the side a little. Then finally an older woman came over and asked who was first, to which the older couple said me. I told her I was just here for a pick up, told her my name and then the woman just moved her attention to the other patrons. Didn't give me any information as to where my food was, how I could get it, if it was still cooking, etc. The hostess then seated them, completely ignoring me. Then she came back, asked for my name again, then sat the other woman waiting. Again, I stood there. Then the hostess disappeared. I still waited. Finally after another probably five minutes, she returned to tell me I could pick my food up at the bar. After ten minutes of standing at the hostess station, I went to the bar. I stood there and waited some more. There were two bartenders that I made eye contact with that then turned and walked out of view. After approximately another five minutes, a younger woman walks out with my bag and comes over and tells me the total, I give her payment, then it takes her another couple minutes to run the cards. After I signed the slip and left, I came back to open my food and was appalled. We had ordered two SANDWICHES that came back as not sandwiches. We had ordered the gobbler, the brisket sandwich, and the loaded tots. And my boss got a side of cornbread instead of mashed potatoes. The brisket was dry and tasteless. Also worth mentioning, the brisket used appears to be very cheap as i had found multiple pieces of cartilage or tendon in the meat. It was thrown onto a bun with cheese and bacon, no sauce or inquiry if I wanted any. The onion rings were overdone and also tasteless. Now for the gobbler- it didn't come with gravy as it should have and the turkey had this weird black stuff in the middle. The one good thing was the stuffing waffle that was supposed to act as bread, but still tasted store made. The cornbread that we got on the side was burnt and SO dry. Also, there was hair on the bottom of it. The only good thing about this meal was the tater tots, but the cheese was clearly melted on the same piece of tin foil they packaged it with so it was very difficult to eat the tots separately. And they gave us salsa on the side. For what?! Hope a manager sees this and speaks to the rude older woman hostessing. How difficult is it to tell someone standing there for over ten minutes that they can go to the bar? Literally takes five seconds. And also hope the bartenders are spoken to for avoiding customers. Even if they weren't "avoiding" me, all they had to do was tell me someone was getting my order ready. Wanted to try somewhere new for lunch and was extremely disappointed. Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday - have not been in since it reopened. Matt could not have been nicer and more welcoming when we stepped into the former lounge area. He offered us a tour and the place is huge! Lots of tables high tops, seating and room for dancing! Wait staff seemed like they were new but definitely friendly. I travel 100% for work across the US, not a big fan of most restaurants. However, went with a buddy for lunch and the food was great. He , burger with Mac and cheese , me, chili and potato skins. Had a really good dinner the other night. Our first time, so we weren't sure what to expect. We see a lot of cars at meal time. The place looks really nice after a total make over since the last owner. The drinks were great, especially Texas Lemonade. We had a 1/2 rack of the ribs and a Panzanella solid with stake tips. Both very good and more than enough serving. I saw about 5 other items that I want to try. Service by Joseph was excellent. The owner, Bob, came over and chanted for a few, very nice guy. Went with a large group for a comedy show and was very disappointed by the service. Reservations for our group were made well in advanced so they knew we were coming and only assigned one waitress to our 26 person party. We waited an hour before we were able to put in our food order and then the food took over an hour to come out. When we tried to sympathize with the waitress because she was clearly overwhelmed by our table she was rude and dismissive. She insisted on taking everyone's orders separately and then after the show ended we had to wait another 30 minutes for our checks which majority were wrong. When paying she was again rude and told us it's difficult when she has to deal with all these people at once. I understand customer service is hard, it's not for everyone. I went in for dinner last night, I had to wait to be seated. Took forever for the server to come over and greet us or ask for drinks. Service was horrendous!!! Waited for drinks, waited for food, never came back to check on how our food was or if we wanted refills. I will not be back. Hubby and I have been multiple times trying to eat our way through the menu! Have not had one bad meal. Everything excellent. So hard to pick a favorite but notable mentions are the baked mac and cheese (sooo good), pulled pork nachos ( which we have to force ourselves NOT to order each time just so we can try something new, lol) and the buffalo chicken pizza. We've also had the shrimp and corn chowder, potato skins, buffalo tenders, crab cakes, burgers, salad, ohhh and the pizza dip, yum. Went there tonight for the first. Will go back! Service was good and so was the Pizza! Next time can't wait to try the bacon cheeseburger pizza with big Mac Sauce. Place is split up in 2 different rooms. The pizza room is quieter then the main bar room but that room looked nicer. . Some some appetizers go by and they looked Very good size. Only suggestion I would have is for a pizza place (they have other stuff too but pizza seems to be big) we thought that there should be parmesan and hot pepper flakes on each table.
