Genuinely good food. They make it from scratch, do does take some time for the food to come out. It's worth the wait.

Some enjoys using the WiFi too. The Restrooms are close by and are very clean. Prices are expensive but, your able to walk away w some bargains wo the hassle of scanning a card or using your phone number. Also, if you see something for 2 for 5.00 you don't have two buy two. You can buy just one. Employees are down to earth and ask if you need help. If they don't they will tell you, not to hold you accountable for it. Lol.They also hire people with Special Needs. I noticed two Autistic Males helping return the carts. One guy had a very pleasant voice and knew the answer to my question. You have to go to the service desk for Cash back. I would definitely recommend Market Street. You will love grabbing a bite then getting your groceries.

I know it's the holidays but this seems like a normal Sunday to them. Starting from getting my basket outside to get it in the store and seeing a barbecue restaurant in the store. A car wash on the property with a gas station on the property. This is an all-in-one grocery store food chain. I see it's very popular here in Texas and this is my first time truly experiencing the H-E-B moment. Really some of the highlights is they have a lot of people checking you out. It's actually real people, they have baggers that bag your grocery up. They will help escort you to your vehicle. This is old school customer service type grocery store and the prices are just the same as anywhere else if not a better deal. I definitely understand why my sister, friends and family have all talked so good about this store and I am proud to see them in the DFW area growing tremendously. Please keep up the good work. In these days of A.I. and everything artificial. It's excellent to see a store doing this type of service in the community.

With the prices increasing, I've started to spread my wings and look at other places for my weekly shopping. I visit Walmart, Aldi, and now H-E-B. Like gas, many of us are now shopping where we can find the best deals, even if that means splitting up our shopping lists. I don't know if with this store, you can pay for a membership that will waive delivery fees; if so, I may do that when the store in Euless opens. Since COVID, I've been glued to delivery. Some stores I will visit (Aldi, Central Market, H-E-B, etc.), but I'm mostly a delivery gal. I took a chance and ordered strawberries, and it was a chance worth making. They are delicious and were chosen well. Placing my order online was very easy, and even with my delivery being done in the evening, they still had everything in stock. If I may add, I did get one of their famous iced croissants, and it was worth the hype. I love H-E-B!

Unfortunately, my dog had a small accident inside the store, which I did not notice right away. I completely understand that it needed to be cleaned up, and I took care of it immediately when I was informed. My concern is not about being asked to clean it, but about the way I was treated. A female employee who appeared to be supervising the customer service area behind the registers called me over in a loud, rude, and demanding tone, making me feel embarrassed and disrespected. Afterward, she and another employee laughed, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, after I cleaned up the mess, the employee told me to make sure I threw it away somewhere else and not in the store's trash can. I found this unnecessary and unprofessional. Accidents happen, and I take responsibility for my pet. However, I hope management will encourage employees to treat customers with more kindness, professionalism, and respect. As a long-time customer, I was very disappointed by this experience.

Kroger is easily accessible in a large shopping parking lot with ample parking for every guest, and they do a real good job in returning the carts right back into the store, preventing dings and dents to your beloved vehicle. I usually come here to pick out a couple of stuff I would need for the week but end up leaving with a whole shopping cart. The deals they have are second to none, and sometimes you just can't pass up a great offer. I would first say to download the Kroger app and become a rewards member to get the best bang for your buck! For every dollar you spend, you will get 1 point, and once you reach 100 points, that is 10 cents off a gallon of gas on one of the many gas locations that support Krogers reward program. Second, you can add digital coupons offered only to exclusive Kroger reward members for amazing deals and offers. They have everything you need here to get through the week. The bakery is always baking fresh bread and cookies, and they even have freshly baked pretzels. The deli department has a wonderful display of deli meats and prepackaged meals for every working person whose time is precious. They have a great beer and wine selection, where they carry local craft beer and will even let you build your 6 pack. This Kroger has an extensive selection for pet food, and the prices are unbeatable compared to the local businesses nearby. They also sell kitchen appliances ranging from instant pots, cookware, and kitchen utensils. They sell clothes and also have a Kids small toy aisle as well. The ambiance and environment they set almost feel as if you were in a superstore! This is my go-to store when shopping for everyday essentials. The employees are always nice and friendly and are eager to help and provide assistance when needed. I understand that sometimes the lines might be long, and the cashiers are short-handed, but I honestly believe that's the way the world is moving now with the self check out machines. Overall, it's a good store to pick up your everyday essentials in life and go on with your day.

I noticed the issue immediately after checkout, reviewed my receipt before leaving the parking lot, and returned to the store within 2-3 minutes. Instead of acknowledging a possible mistake, staff insisted the price was correct and stated they do not honor returns, even when addressed immediately. I pointed out that the item had no price tag on it, nor was there any pricing on the shelf, and that it appeared to be priced nearly 4× higher than normal. The response was dismissive and not apologetic. Within less than 10 minutes at my next store stop, I found the exact same item priced at $3.99, confirming my concern. Which is unfortunate, because the store initially appeared nice and clean. However, once trust is lost, it's hard to come back. Based on how this was handled, I will not be returning and do not recommend this store.

There were a lot of pumpkins that were shriveled or moldy and should've been thrown away last week. When I got to the self checkout register, the pumpkins didn't ring up as expected. This was about 5 minutes before the store closed and instead of the attendant apologizing and offering to adjust the price (the adjustment would've been about $1 or less), she proceeds to tell me that I picked up the wrong pumpkins and offered to walk me to where the pumpkins that were being sold for the price I mentioned, which didn't even seem to be in the same area. The price was clearly posted and the shipping container included dozens of the same pumpkins I selected, but were apparently put in the wrong place. Extremely poor customer service, especially for a grocer that seems to sell the same items that other grocers sell for 2, 3 or even 4 dollars. Last week, I picked up some donut holes and they were stale. It seems like with Tom Thumb's inflated prices and many people struggling to afford groceries, the items in the store aren't selling through as fast as they used to. I'll definitely consider shopping elsewhere whenever possible to avoid experiences like the one I had tonight.
