I am very happy with Safe Pro services. I found this company from Yelp and I can confirm they are a very professional company and deserve five stars all around. We are new to Texas and didn't know much about all the insects and ants problems, specially the Fire Ants. Tyler, their technician who came to our house was very nice, thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what we need to do to prevent insects coming inside the house and how their treatment work to control. He answered all our questions and wanted to make sure we do not worry over the Fire Ants which is our biggest concern. These people are so responsive, so trustworthy, and they stand behind their words. The quarterly service is outside the home. I was skeptical at first, but after years with Safe Pro, it clearly works as well as indoor spraying, but without the exposure and without the scheduling. We had squirrels invade about five years ago. They did a lot of damage, including electrical. Safe Pro spent many hours correcting the problems, closing entries, installing flashing in the eves, and getting rid of the animals. Recently, we were infested again, but this time raccoons! We had another company come out, who lied to us and quoted thousands to get rid of the animals and close the entries, that they claimed were in the eaves. We called Safe Pro, who explained that this is all covered under warranty. The raccoons were getting in under the house. They closed the entries, got rid of the animals, had three men out for hours over several days. I wish I could give them more than five stars. read more

Let's be honest. North Texas is prime insect territory and we get all the pests, from ants, roaches, termites, slugs, yellow jackets, wasps, mosquitoes--the full gamut. Safe Pro has been treating our fixer-upper for the past 2.5 years. We've disturbed a lot of territory from all of the work we are doing in and around our house. Everyone we've dealt with from the folks in the office to the techs has been professional, friendly and thorough. Ron has personally treated our house for the last couple of years and has seen all of the activity. Ron is especially knowledgeable and patient--he spends the time necessary to explain the situation, how he would treat it, and answers our questions and concerns. He even gives us tips to self-treat until they're able to come out and use the industrial grade stuff. They're as responsive as possible, especially when Spring and Summer roll around and everything comes out of hibernation at the same time. We've used them for a rat exclusion and quarterly service. For bugs, yes. For wildlife, no. Their maintenance and prevention for bugs has been great. I see dead ones all over the outside of the house and there have been minimal sightings inside, so I know it's working. I can't say the same for their rodent control. It had been months and we were still finding droppings and new gnawing. The Safe Pro technicians (yes, we had more than one come out over that time period) said that the activity was old because their exclusion techniques were still in place. So not only were we being called liars, but it was clear that they weren't going to be stepping up to do anything. Obviously time for a second opinion. The new company found multiple locations around the house that hadn't been "secured". While I didn't enjoy paying almost $1,000 for someone else to come in and perform a service I was supposed to have already been receiving from Safe Pro, it's worth it to know that the rodents might *finally* be gone. read more
