Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

TLDR: Great installer, don't hire someone else until you get a quote from Eric…read more I needed ethernet run for 3 cameras 2 wifi APs and a couple other drops. My house has fiber, but AT&T installed the Jack in the upstairs living room, on the other side and a floor above the wiring cabinet (cat5). I decided to relocate Everything to an upstairs closet. I got 2 quotes that were within a few percent of each other. The other installer said they needed to cut drywall for 2 drops, or run one outside and the other on the wrong side of the room. They were also going to just run a line from the fiber jack to the closet, leaving the AT&T box out in the open. When Eric came to do his quote he got deep in all the attics, found that he could pull one of the drops with a duplicate coax, and the slanted ceiling on the other was decorative most of the way so he could drop in the right spot. He also offered to pull a new fiber line to the closet. It all turned out great. one camera needed a small outside hop to the right spot, but he made sure that was OK before doing it. He did a very clean install, labeled the patch panel, wired up the rack beautifully, and cleaned all the mess afterward. The only cut drywall was in the closet for wires to come out.

He was undeterred and we set up a consultation. Eric had to have really impressed me, as I let him drill through stone which is highly uncharacteristic of me. I now have rock solid WiFi both inside and outside my house ~600Mbps for an extended distance and constant speeds over Ethernet even faster than that. The first time he helped us change multiple locks after a move-in, plus he adjusted a very crooked doorknob and put in a peephole at a height accessible for a wheelchair user. (I really appreciated that he asked me for my input and had me test the height before drilling. He never once commented on or asked about my disability, just treating me with friendly respect like any other customer.) He also tried to rework a smaller lock system for us with multiple trips to the hardware store and was honest with us about why it wouldn't be possible, with suggestions for what else to try that was beyond his scope. Though I suspect that was frustrating for him, he never got angry but stayed level-headed and kind. Weeks later he came by to fix a mistake I made in buying an extra key at the Minute Key at the hardware store. Though he'd given us plenty of good quality extra keys, I was tempted by the pretty design. I had even splurged on whatever extra pricey service the Minute Key offered to buff the edges of the key so it'd be "guaranteed" to work better. And what did it do? The very first time I put it in the lock, it got so stuck it wouldn't even turn! A family member experienced in these things tried graphite on it and it wouldn't budge, but I knew John would be able to help. He came out promptly, didn't give me a lecture or anything about using the Minute Key (I was already so embarrassed) and made sure I knew he could always provide me with good quality extra keys. After he got the bad key out, he did a good job explaining why the lock was technically useable but might be damaged and at risk for getting stuck again. He knew we're on a budget, so I appreciated having an affordable option with the risks explained, but in the end I decided to have him re-install a new deadbolt. He got the job done quickly and carefully at a very reasonable price. I feel safer with new locks in place and also safer knowing John is just a text or call away if I make another mistake (though I promise I've learned my lesson)! Thanks, John!
