Between us we really didn't have much knowledge of Manhattan beach, but after today I can say I know more thanks to our very knowledgeable tour guide. Aside from her great knowledge of the history of Manhattan beach, she has excellent taste in food. We went to 6 different food places and one wine tasting stop. The food was delicious, home made from local owners. We walked to all our food destinations, but to be honest it's actually more hands on and personal this way. Everything was close by and easy to get too. Personal food favorites from our food tour was everything lol. But for me one stood out the most and that was from the Rock 'N' Fish restaurant ( Coconut crusted Mahi sliders with a mango slaw, avocado, and sweet chilli aoli) best appetizer hands down. It was all paired with The old Navy Grog beverage, which to be honest is a must try since it's been made and continues to be made since 1958. Definitely a must try for anyone that enjoys food and being outdoors! P.s. Lauren went above and beyond for us. We had gone out to celebrate with my family. We were celebrating the fact that my wife and I are expecting our first child together and that it's going to be a girl. Lauren went out of her way to get our group cookies :)

She shared some history and tips about MB I never would have known on my own. My bf and I were able to bring our dog, which was a huge plus. The town is dog friendly to begin with, so 6 out of the 7 places we stopped at we could bring our fur baby. Each stop, we ate something unique. By stop 4 I was stuffed, but the food was too good I couldn't stop eating. There was a wine tasting which was a great addition. I would definitely do this again and bring colleagues, friends or out-of-towners!

I went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory a few months ago, and my girlfriend and I had a blast. The food was great, the servers were nice, and there was no Dancing with the Stars Reception making a bunch of noise behind us LOL. I definitely recommend this place. The fact that establishment actually responded to my complaint and made a very nice gesture to rectify the situation shows a class act company who cares. We will definitely be coming back! Rebecca was responsive from the get-go and she and Bianca were amazing hosts on the bus. With my group coming from different parts of my life, they did a great job with ice breakers and getting everyone chatting with each other. It helped set the stage for everyone to work together on our community service, which was supporting EnrichLA with some gardening at a middle school. So I'm very happy that Rebecca and her team, Lindsay and Andrew, were able to put together this amazing event. Rebecca really understands how to bring everything together, from the initial planning stages to the introduction/start of the event + during the event and bringing it all together at the end. They're all very professional and have a lot of experience in this. Even the team-building activities/games were fun (not too geared towards extroverts, introverts will enjoy it as well). There was a miscommunication with one of the locations we were supposed to stop by at, but Rebecca was very professional and had an alternative option already planned (which turned out to be an even better stop). Everything still went smoothly and we got back to the office early. I can't imagine how much more perfect the day could have gone. I highly recommend all businesses take advantage of Do Good Bus. It puts so much ease on the planner because you don't need to personally reach out to organizations about hosting an event. I would most definitely choose them again to host a future event!

We were in town for a RUSH concert at the Kia Forum. We initially thought we would Uber from the…read morehotel, but then saw a shuttle service posted at the hotel front desk. It was a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to the Forum. The bus was there ahead of time and letting everybody get on as they checked our tickets. The bus was clean and the driver was polite and helpful. As we got underway, the driver started telling jokes and playing RUSH music to get us ready for the concert. He told us multiple times where we would be picked up after the concert, and he was there and ready as we left the concert. The really bonus is we didn't have to wait for an Uber, not to mention you had to walk forever to get to a place where an Uber can pick up up after the concert. The drive back was just as fun, jokes, music and a great experience overall.

We absolutely plan to hire them again and I'm so grateful for everything that everyone did. Julio kept a really good eye out for all our guests. He made sure everyone was on and no one left behind. He was incredibly kind to everyone he was incredibly professional. Liliana was so pleasant and nice and warm. She was over the top professional. This is a mixed bag…read more... My first music concert at Intuit Dome after been here for 33 Clippers home games. The sound system and wireless mic had issues when it was Lionel Richie's performance. They fixed it after a period of using wired mic. The Earth Wind and Fire concert was fine...very high.... I only watched about half of Lionel Richie's performance. Because I was tired, and wanted to beat the tariff rush. I also went to look for Dan, the usher supervisor and Tiffany, one of the ushers. Did not find anyone. Went home. Got a T shirt for $5. Tip: the shirt has date on it. It is unsoldable after the day of the concert. They can still make money at $5, simply not much, but that is better than nothing. Now the parking...the cheapest parking is at Hollywood Park Casino at about $35. All the other parking is about $50.00 and up. I pay $62 for a parking space on Century Blvd. To my surprise it was a strip mall parking lot. A company rented one of the unit and then started to charge for parking for events at Intuit Dome. They do not own the property. There was not even an attendant. I guess they did not sold enough passes to justify hiring an attendant. At the site there is a QR code, which charges $50.00 for six hours of parking. The only worry is if they tow our car, so it is better to pay the $50.00. Towing and getting the car back can cost $300.00 and up. I had my rental car towed in Boston. It ended costing me $300.00. It SUCKS. Conclusion: everything was ok except the parking which costed me a lot of stress. Other than that the concert was enjoyable. The night average out to be a three stars experience. Ray out.

I paid for overpriced chicken tenders, fries, and a drink, and we were forced to use their pay-by-camera system. The system incorrectly charged me for two extra boxes of chicken tenders. I didn't realize it until I checked the app and noticed I had been overcharged. I spent 30 minutes at customer service, only to be told they would review the camera footage. I didn't receive a refund until two weeks later. I don't recommend this place. You're better off watching comfortably from home and ordering takeout. Happy watching.

I popped into These Hands Maker's Collective this afternoon after having driven by it countless…read moretimes but also because I was trying to find a needlepoint kit that I thought they might carry (turns out they don't). Not sure why unwind.studio lists them as a Stockist but alas, it was great to finally have a reason to check this place out. It is a maker's collective so there are various forms of art available for purchase. But, also, they have a variety of classes that I am definitely going to explore their schedule because I am interested in the Dubai Chocolate Bar class and candle making, among others. Definitely a neat space and you can get some inspiration by checking out the crafts available for sale.
