Got the deluxe pedicure. Made an appointment an hour before. Got there and seated within 5 minutes. Wasn't rushed to pick a color. Lots of technicians. Every seat filled. Ordered a $5 glass of wine which was as expected not the best but was nice to have while relaxing. Technician I had was very careful not to hurt me during callous removal. Last time I went to westgate nails and got cut almost immediately by the cheese grater. This was a very relaxing experience and I will be back. read more

I have been coming here since it opened. I'm happy to say, I have not left this place without satisfaction every time. I usually make appointments with Julie, who does a wonderful job and is so talented. There have been times where I go in last minute and get someone else. I feel like every time I get someone that thankfully does a good job and I don't have issues. They are very detail oriented and don't half ass your nails. I get pedicures and full sets here. Made an appointment which was confirmed for 11:30 . Showed up and they stated to wait 15-20mins . I talk then I couldn't since I made the appointment specifically for the time I had availability. Notified them I had to go to a meeting and could come back. They told me to come back at 1:30 and to call them at 1:15 to assure someone would be available. I did this.... I still had to wait. My full set was ok. I got French tip and it was thicker than I like even after he thinned them multiple times. Also the shape wasn't what i requested and he couldn't figure it out . First time here I made a same day appointment for a full set and my friend for a fill- on a Saturday which I was surprised by but happy !! The tech who did my nails was awesome, very nice and executed my nails perfectly, BIG relief he didnt hurt me with filing since I have thin nails and checked I liked my nails every step of the way! The salon overall was busy but still clean and all the staff were keeping busy making sure all customers were attended and happy with their service and checked out promptly! To start I made an appointment at 5:30 PM I wasn't seated until about 6:15 PM. I sat in the chair until about 15 additional minutes I'm still unbothered I understand it's busy. The technician asked what I wanted I let her see my reference photo (witch will be added below)I had a set on already I was looking for a fill although I was missing two nails since it was overdue,she asked if I could just start fresh she wanted to take them all of and start over since the set I had on was "too thicc" totally understandable that it's gonna be a lot to file,still I didn't want to have them rip off my nails that were still very much on,I proceeded to let her know I wasnt comfortable removing them she got upset!! Lol the technician fr got upset so me I have anxiety I let her remove them lol(I suffer from ptsd) She mad them soooo thin witch as u can see in the picture was not a good decision as all the tips have broken off.but it doesn't end there then we got to the design and she was asking what finger I was showing her yet she gave me no verbal acknowledgment nor physical so I continued to say it to yk get some time of confirmation that she was good to go,instead she yelled at me!!! Lol and I was so taken back I got real quite she said "I heard u", I'm there my eyes like this 0-0 .... As I watch her put the design on the wrong finger after yelling at me,it was sad to watch someone that is clearly older than me act like that especially on the job I'd say unprofessional unfortunately I really wanted to like them. In conclusion if you have anxiety or don't like being yelled at or feeling like u have been sitting for a really long time awkwardly as multiple people walk in and out,save your time babe!! Good overall experience. Had a 2:30 appt with John but he was busy when I arrive with another client, I was early though by 25 mins. I was taken by another technician, Julie, who did a good quality job very quickly. She provided good conversation. There was a few children in salon not receiving services and they were crying loudly and disruptive which altered my experience. As this was my first time, I'm not aware of this facilities policies. I was grateful for the quick appointment and would consider coming back on a quieter day. Price was comparable to other salons, I paid $60 for the 4th of July nails in the picture. read more

Totally fine place. Just opening, so there was some work being done to the building. I had Ivy for a pedicure and she was good, no cuts, nail shape was asked and delivered (my minimum standards). The leg massage was amazing. I would have paid for an extra half hour for just for that. I didn't ask, but I'm sure they'd do it. You get a neck warmer, new to me and I enjoyed it. Nail color selection was good, and you don't have to scan a wall of colors for non gel, they bring you a color swatch card. Yes, I stood around looking for polishes on the walls before being guided to the chair. I Parking may become problematic due to busy Raising Canes and Starbucks drive thru lines in front. But there is also a cookie/soda place two doors down. The pedicure result was good, happy with Ivy, money well spent. I'd go back. read more

I've had different nail techs there as I go there once a month and they were all ok except for one male nail tech who's touch is quite heavy so it wasn't a surprise that he nicked me twice. I'm maybe willing to give this place another chance as they did an amazing job on my daughters nails when we went and our pedicures were really great. We went on my birthday and it had been a long time since I pampered myself and was excited to go. However, the person who did my nails just didn't do it for me. I asked for a specific color for my full set and without asking me she just went ahead and used black acrylic vs using black polish. I had never had this happen before but did not say anything as it was too late to do so, she already started. She also cut them too short and shaped them wrong from what I asked for. I spent 55$ on my full set now realizing that in order to get a different color at my fill appointment that isn't dark or black I now need to have this set removed and pay for a whole new one vs just getting a simple fill. I definitely wish she would have asked if I wanted the black acrylic to be used vs a polish. I would have chose the polish as I don't want black nails every time I go for a fill. So currently debating going back for a new full set and speaking my mind prior to them just starting without asking me my opinion vs going to a new salon. Least to say I'm pretty disappointed overall with how my nails were done. Our pedicures were great and the man who did my daughters nails was amazing and her nails turned out really great. UPDATE: I went to a new salon today and they did an AMAZING job. I told them what happened with the black powder and they said that it was wrong that they did that and making it impossible to get a fill without getting black always. They said they don't do that at their salon unless it's someone getting nails for one event without wanting to come back for fills. I may come back here to get pedicures when my Daughter gets her fills as she lived her nails but I will be going elsewhere for my nails from now on. read more
