Everyone there made the experience low-stress (obvious object of the whole experience) but if you're brand new to this like we were, don't be nervous - they'll make it all make sense. The experience of floating is difficult to describe - you cannot submmerge and your whole body just stays on top of the water, while you have complete darkness or just the "stars" above you or you can have light... it's great and I'd do it again. read more

I had such an incredible experience here at Saha. This was my first sensory deprivation experience and I'm glad I found Saha. I booked an appointment the night before on their website, which was super easy. I really appreciated their website as it had all the information I needed. I arrived 15 minutes early (as requested in the confirmation email) and was greeted so warmly by the front desk staff. They knew who I was and offered tea as soon as I walked in. The lobby is so cute with all the plants & the moss wall! There was open seating also, but I went straight into the spa area. I reserved room 1 & was so pleased with the set up. They really think of everything. The staff member gave me a complete rundown of the entire process & I started my hour long experience. It was helpful to have the buttons for the lights as well as the help button inside the pod itself so you didn't have to leave at all once you got in. The water was perfectly tempered along with the room. I eventually worked up the courage to try the full experience by turning off all the lights & wow! I never experienced anything like it. The space really allows you to block out all external stimuli & really just be present. It was amazing. After my hour was up, I was able to take a full shower (they provided shampoo, conditioner, & body wash, but I brought my own). It was so refreshing being able to wash my hair after soaking in salt water. Outside my room was a vanity with complimentary combs & hair ties. Their bathroom has a blowdryer as well so another plus! I reentered the lobby where the staff asked about my experience & offered more tea/water. The vibes were perfect. Overall, my experience at Saha was a 10/10. We did a couple's float and it was amazing! We were checked in quickly and took us back to show us around and explain the process. Both employees were kind and made us feel comfortable throughout our time at Saha. The lobby is welcoming and the area just beyond the lobby is very calming, and I appreciated the complimentary hair ties, reusable combs, hair dryer, etc. Our float was in Room 1 so one of the larger tubs and it was very clean and the tank seemed to be in great condition. They had everything you need from qtips, to earplugs, makeup wipes, and I'm very thankful their whole process has been thoroughly thought out so you don't have to do any preparation before arriving! My partner and I found it very easy to relax with the music and turning off the lights. We had no trouble finding a free parking spot in front of Saha but I recommend giving yourself some time to just in case. My husband and I did the couples float and it was a unique experience. I thought enjoyed it while he was trying to get comfortable most of the time. You enter and they brief you on what the experience will be. You take off shoes and put on sandals they provide. Then you shower before entering the salt tub. I love that they provide head support options and ear plugs so no salt water goes in your ears (make sure to put them in BEFORE the first shower so your ears and hands are dry). My husband had sciatic issues and felt like he should have don't a chiropractic appointment first to be able to fully enjoy himself. We had the option of a fully dark room or lit of different color options. We went with some light for our first time. My worry was that I would not hear the music turn on to signal us to get out and take the final shower but I was able to hear it. The salt water fully supports your body and although it takes a little getting used to, it was a very nice experience that I would be glad to do again. read more

This is what was included: -complimentary tea in the lobby -robe -Sandals -water ear plugs (these were great as when you floating your ear get wet) -travel size vasoline (that was for if there were any cuts on you put it on prior to going in because the salt can burn it) -the shower was right next to the bath (you rinse before & after soap is provided) -you choose the color light you want your tub to be which I think is great!! It was nice I think the amount of time was perfect. The tub will alert you to when your done & you get 15 mins after to wash before heading back to front desk to return robe & sandals. Not my first time floating but first time here and they have a great schedule process, very accommodating and especially if you want to drop in that day or a day or two before your float date. Started with the infrared sauna which felt not as hot as the digital temp gauge showed at 150 F, and 30 minutes was perfect and felt great after like all the toxins had been flushed out. Robes, soft towels and water provided with flip flops and they give you a good overview of the process before you start. I did think the potential charge for towels getting dirty with "bio fluids "needed some wall posted explanation, as one can't help but sweat in there but maybe they meant "other bodily fluids". The place was very clean, chill and staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful. The lobby with plant wall and stone has a great earthy vibe, nice quality teas and zen garden and watercolor near the comfy couch was all good. Then the big dip was next into the float chamber room for 60 minutes of epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) bath that is magical as you float literally on the top of the water with only some submersion and use a head halo floating pillow so you can relax completely and they provide water spray bottles inside the tub in case you do get some salty water in your eyes and an emergency button, as well as lighting options. I enjoyed the star constellation ceiling and spread out like DaVincis man and wiggled playfully on the smooth water that feels like lotion on your skin, then laid still and meditated and just let go of mind and body. You can feel your joints getting unloaded and you feel wonderfully light but supported by an invisible force! My body felt better after for sure and my mind was so relaxed , I never felt rushed in the whole experience, it was all about the calm and being chill. If you've never done it, DO IT! Although this was not my first time at Saha, it's been a very long time since my last visit. I left my float session feeling lighter and very relaxed. The spa is exceptionally clean and my interactions with Saha staff has always been very welcoming and friendly and today was no exception. I love how all you have to do is show up and float. They provide everything that one would need for a relaxing experience from start to finish such as ear plugs, towels, body wash, hair shampoo and conditioner. They even have swim caps available to use. 60 minutes of restful, quiet, weightless bliss was just what my body needed to bid farewell to 2024! To make a first experience more enjoyable, here are a few things to consider... 1. Ear plugs. My ears don't like regular ear plugs so I struggled a lot with the standard rubber plugs. They offer wax earplugs instead, which would have fit better and would have kept me from having to readjust them often. 2. Music choice. I chose constant music for my first float and realized the music wasn't the best option for my personal meditation practice. Next time, I'll choose music for only the first 10 minutes. The float spa experience was amazing! At first I was intimidated with what to do to get ready, how to get in, and the control buttons. Everything ended up being super easy, I was just overthinking it! I floated for a few minutes with the lights on, then I had the 'stars' on overhead, then I graduated to total darkness. Beautiful facility with wonderful customer service. The front desk folks were very helpful in explaining how the facility works, and where everything is. My first float was in room 3, with the rectangular tank. I loved it! The room is generous, the tank was spotless, and all the amenities are provided. The star-dotted ceiling of the tank was very cool and looked like an infinity mirror. My second float was in room 1, in the very large round tank. You could definitely couples float here if you wanted. The tank seemed a tad more worn, and the starlight didn't have the infinity look, but the joy of such a large space to float was heavenly. Both tanks are designed such that the space doesn't get overly humid, nor does it drip on you from the top of the tank. The option of no lights, starlight only or starlight with colored lights, and music or no music allows you to tailor your experience. I came in, honestly, in pain from a pinched nerve. Two visits in that wonderful salt water just did so much good for me. The round tank is deeper than the other, so I was grateful for the solid grab bar to get in and out of the tub (I have short legs). All in all, I can't wait to go again. I only wish they had their own parking, but so far I've had very good luck finding 2 hour parking nearby on the street. For reference, I've floated in various spaces for over 25 years, so I know a good float when I have one. This place does it right. read more

The only reason I give 3 stars is because the water was not warm enough for me and I had goose bumps the entire float. It was not cold but luke warm at best. I asked for the heat to be turned up but I never felt any difference. Other than that I enjoyed the float and will return again but next time I'll let them know ahead of time I like my water very warm like bath water. Pros: easy check in, very kind receptionist, location easy to find, clean facilities, nice arrangement of teas offered for free, the hot shower being in the same room as your float is a plus, make up wipes, ear plugs, body wash, shampoo and conditioner was all provided which was great.
