Amazing customer service from beginning to end! My Jeep Wrangler needed new tires and wheels, so I stopped by to just look around. Nate and Jake were super helpful and took the time to explain certain things I had questions about. I ultimately decided to get my tires/wheels here and everything was done in a timely manner. After my tires and wheels were installed, they found I needed to replace the ball joints and needed a new steering kit. While I was there, the mechanic felt pulsation in my brake pedal. Which I to had felt. They recommended some high quality parts with competitive pricing. I waited a few months and had them order the brakes along with some braided brake lines. They handled the install with no problems. My Tundra stops amazing! I've driven by this place a bunch and when it came time to order some customization pieces for my truck I called here and got everything I needed. I of course did some research online and their prices are competitive. They are located on Arrow Highway between Grand Ave and Barranca. They have a parking lot and street parking too. They had good service - ordered everything over the phone with a deposit down. From order to pick up was a couple of days. They offer install too, but I did it myself. Jake worked with me and called a few manufacturers to make sure everything would work and be a quality build. I went with a JKS J-Konnect 3.5" lift kit with FOX Adventure Shocks, 17" Fuel wheels, 37" BFG KM3, a FOX 2.0 TS Steering Stabilizer, JKS rear track bar (lift kit comes with front track bar and rear bracket only) and a AEV Procal Snap to calibrate my new tire size and adjust tire PSI. It's impossible to overstate the quality of Saints Offroad - both in workmanship and customer service. Worked with Jake to purchase a BAKflip MPX bed cover for my new Tundra. No markup on the product (Jake even threw in a little discount which is always a good thing). Watched all my YouTube videos and read all the Reddit chats to install the thing myself. Jake offered to do it for $160. Love doing things myself, but with value deal like that, Jake saved me a weekend of troubleshooting and got me a professional installation. Looks amazing. Stopped in Saints to talk options for Jeep Wrangler JL lifts. I met with Ivan who ultimately recommended a Metalcloak kit. No pressure and gave me info on pricing and install. Did the homework and decided to go with the 2.5" MC kit. Parts arrived and I scheduled the 2-day install for about a week out. Jeremy was my Tech and the install was clean. The Jeep looked good, drove well and straight. Everything was torqued to spec and marked. Although they wanted me back in 500 miles for a recheck, I called and stopped back a week later to have the front coils adjusted after I noticed a slight bow. Jeremy talked with Metalcloak while I was there, shared pics with their Techs and they felt the bow was within normal limits. However, Saints worked on the Jeep and adjusted the upper mounts to help limit the bow while I waited. Saints pricing is fair and I found it to be about the norm. All the staff was helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. If the job is over my head, I'll certainly come back to them for future work. read more
