    Chicken bowl with lentil soup.
    Laura P.

Love how you can customize your order (similar to Chipotle). The pomegranate chicken rice bowl was great and there are a lot of options for add-ins and sauces. All plates/bowls come with lentil soup on the side. The portion sizes are decent too!

This was really good! I had the vegan protein plate which came with rice, falafel, eggplant, chickpeas, cauliflower, pickles, a tiny bit of salad, and hummus. Everything tasted delicious, my favorite part was probably the hummus. Menu has lots of vegan options and is very clearly labeled.

Good lentil soup and fries :D I had a really great experience here! Big portions, solid quality ingredients, and it's convenient. I recommend the Chicken Shawarma Rice Bowl! Well seasoned and tender chicken. Definitely try the eggplant and cauliflower too. Sooooo good, especially with the Tzatziki, Hummus, and Garlic Spread! Staff here aren't the nicest... but I'll overlook it since they gave such genereous scoops of food. Thanks SAJJ!

This place is best described as being like Chipotle for mediterranean food. You walk down assembly line and decide which sides / proteins you want in your order. I opted for the steak shawarma in a salad bowl and my wife ordered a similar salad bowl but opted for chicken. I wasn't the biggest fan of the seasoning on the shawarma, and preferred the chicken when I took a bite of the other bowl. But it's still super great. The portions are super big and I'm sure many people could turn a single bowl into 2 meals. They also add a small lentil soup on the side which is really nice. Overall, can't complain with the price / value of this place. Great spot for some filling mediterranean.

The chicken shawarma was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the falafel was super crispy and fresh--just how it should be. Great quality, fast service, and everything tasted authentic and well-prepared. Definitely coming back!

Got a bowl with pretty much everything in it except for olives. This is like Chipotle but Mediterranean food. It was pretty good and obviously fast. Was quite filling since I finished the entire bowl. Came with lentil soup also.

Came here for dinner yesterday and really enjoyed it! Sunday evening so there was no wait, staff were nice and filled a good amount of food. I got the chicken shawarma bowl and I really liked it, love that you can pack lots of toppings and get a lot of flavor. We also got falafel bowl and the pita bread and both were good, and we also have leftovers!! The lentil soup that comes with it is also really good. The strawberry lemonade and mint lemonade were also really yummy and refreshing. Good amount of seating as well and clean space.

Came back here for second time and ordered chicken shawarma again, this time with turmeric rice and i like it much better than couscous as rice was fluffy. Also customer service was better as she was being helpful. I would come gain if I want to eat quick and healthy meal !

A chain where you can order things similar to how you would in Chipotle. This location was quite empty, so we were able to quickly order our food. Everything about the food was really fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Honestly nothing to complain about. They even give you lentil soup! It's such an easy and healthy meal that I can see myself coming back quite often.

Healthy, fresh food. Easy to customize and build your own bowl. Came here on a Tuesday evening and there was ample seating. Staff were friendly and I was able to get my food quickly.

It definitely could have used the coleslaw and pickles promised by the menu but they weren't in evidence. That was the problem with the falafel wrap, too: the menu promised hummus, cabbage & tomatoes salad, and pickled turnips, but those ingredients weren't anywhere to be seen. There was some lettuce instead, but lettuce is a poor substitute as it just becomes immediately soggy and adds no flavor. If you've ever had falafel in Israel, you will be disappointed by the falafel here, unfortunately. (Israeli falafel shops each make at least a dozen toppings from family recipes, so you put as many veggies and sauces in as you can to create a flavor party in your mouth.)

This one was disappointing enough to feel worth documenting. My boyfriend and I ended up here after attempting to go to Treehouse nearby (which had an hour wait--unsurprising given the concept). This restaurant was a short walk away, which actually worked out well given how congested the area was, and we walked in optimistic. The space itself is very large, but nearly empty for a weekday evening. It felt family-owned and casual, which I usually love--many of my favorite restaurants fall into that category. Unfortunately, the experience didn't reflect that warmth. We were given a different menu than other diners, which immediately felt odd. Service wasn't overtly rude, but it was noticeably unwelcoming--almost a "why are you here?" tone rather than hospitality. We ordered hummus and feta, both of which were surprisingly expensive for the portion and quality. We were told bread would arrive automatically with the hummus, but it didn't--despite asking multiple times. When it finally arrived, it was poorly cooked and no longer served any purpose, as we were already well into the meal. Despite the restaurant being far from busy, our mains took about 30 minutes. One dish--a kebab--was fine but very forgettable for a $30+ price point. My dish, dumplings in a yogurt-based sauce, was honestly inedible. I left it untouched and mentioned that it didn't taste good. The response was simply, "Oh, so you don't want a box?" No attempt to fix the issue or even acknowledge it. What sealed it for me was the overall condition of the place. Dirty cutlery, a generally rundown interior, and a lack of attention to cleanliness made it uncomfortable to eat there. I'm not picky about ambiance when the food and service deliver--but here, nothing quite worked together. The whole experience felt very turn-and-burn, as if the restaurant relies on proximity to a popular area rather than repeat customers. I left feeling like unless you're part of a specific in-crowd, this isn't a place that's trying very hard to win you over. Personally, I wouldn't return, and I wouldn't recommend it--especially given the pricing and the many better options nearby.

Nahita Bakery operates a humble storefront with large glass display cases showing off their delicious baked goods, fried pastries, and stewed meats and vegetables. As a first timer, it was a feast for hungry eyes! We came in on a weekday afternoon and were hankering for a snack before dinner. The staff welcomed us in and gave us a quick introduction to their offerings. My mouth was already salivating at the sight of the golden brown pastries and at the mention of olives and cheese, I was committed! We ended up getting a coupe of their items including achmas (pastry made with sweetened dough) and pogaca (pastry made with buttery dough) - one filled with olives and one with the feta cheese. We also got a borek (pastry made with phyllo dough) with ground beef and asked to be cut up so it can be shareable. The olive achma was fragrant and soft when torn into. The olives were flavorful and distributed well within the bun. The feta cheese pogaca was flavorful and was layered into bun. I think it would have tasted even better warmed but it was delicious nonetheless. The distribution of the cheese could have been better to better fill my mouth with those flavors. The borek was a star but too heavy for one person to eat. The fried dough was crispy and paired with the ground beef made for a hearty snack to go with something warm to drink. The other pastries and entrees looked good and although we didn't have the stomach space for it this time, we know we will be back when we are in the area to try something new. Perhaps we will get to try their coffee next time! Overall, Nahita Bakery does an amazing job bringing their Turkish culture through food to the South Bay. Their quality of work is shown in the food's presentation, ingredients, and flavors and the clean open dining space elevates the dining experience here whether you're in for breakfast, lunch, a snack, or dinner. But the sambusa has a better structure, holding its shape after multiple bites. the Dough is softer but still crispy. it came with beef , chilies and other vegetables. so so good. the perfect appetizer for us. it came with a spicy green sauce that seemed to be the common sauce for every dish then the stars of the show. The sizzling hot beef plate served with veggies, rice and a salad was unbelievable. add on a lemon and some more greens sauce and you're in for a treat. the rice alone was so flavorful and it tasted like there was meat drippings on top. the beef was so tender and fell apart in 1 bite. I was blown away with the dish the chicken wrap... man. I'm not sure what kind of bread, pita was used but it was fantastic. a huge wrap with lettuce, onion chicken, sauce and other veggies. It was so messy and hard to eat with your hands so we resorted to eating with a fork and knife. Unreal. Unreal. massive portions again which are a theme here. But holy smokes this was so good. The chicken has a nice char, but is also juicy and saucy. the spongy pita neutralizes the bombardment of flavor from the meat, and the veggies compliment everything with some crunch and texture. Service was great and very helpful. They were extremely friendly and a delight to talk with. We will be back 5/5
