We came here for lunch today after shopping at TJ Maxx. They are very close to each other, so we just walked over there. We have eaten at the Dish Dash restaurant in Sunnyvale many times. This was our first time eating at a Dish N Dash. It's a much faster eating experience compared to their finer dining restaurant in Sunnyvale. The food was just as delicious here as their other, sit down and be waited on, restaurant in Sunnyvale. It wasn't too busy at the time so we placed our order quickly. I ordered the beef shawarma lavash wrap and picked the falafel and hummus for my two sides. My husband ordered the lamb shawarma lavash wrap with babaghanouge and tabouli. He also ordered a date milkshake and I got a Diet Coke. They give you a device that vibrates when your order is ready. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were lots of places to sit. We picked a spot and waited.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our food was ready fast in seven minutes. I thought when the device vibrated we were supposed to pick up our food at the front counter. That wasn't the case. Our food was brought to us quickly by a nice employee, which was awesome. The food was delicious. The wraps were fully stuffed with meat. My sure of falafel was amazing. In fact, the next time I come here, I'm going to order the falafel wrap. The hummus was good as well. My husband loved his lamb shawarma lavash wrap. His babaghanouge was really flavorful and he loved his tabouli salad. Both dishes came with two pieces of their freshly made pita bread. They have an area of condiments that you can self serve as well as a self serve fountain drinks. I got us both some chipotle tahini and cilantro mint sauce for our wraps. Both were very good. The date milkshake was outstanding and a delicious sweet treat. It was better than I expected. Before we left, it got really busy in there. The line to order was out the door. Negative stars: If you are a delivery driver or expect basic customer service decency, beware of this location. I came in at 12 PM on Tuesday, July 21st to pick up an order. The food was ready and sitting on the shelf behind the counter, yet two female employees looked right at me, ignored me, and chose to serve everyone else while keeping me waiting without a word. Having worked in customer service myself, I know how easy it is to simply acknowledge someone. What I experienced here was pure hostility and a passive-aggressive power trip. When I spoke up firmly to get my order, they gave me attitude and then turned around to file a completely bogus, retaliatory "safety" complaint against my account. It is disgusting for staff to treat workers with such disrespect and then abuse their power to report false accusations just because they were held accountable for their awful service. Management seriously needs to investigate staff behavior at the pickup counter and stop enabling employees who misuse their position to harm workers' livelihoods. read more

I'm going to say something cause I saw Lady L's comment, from what I saw on TikTok or reels from insta gram Dashers and uber delivery drivers. Shame, been coming here for months great service great staff. Even the managers I remember one staff member told me. DINE IN customers come first! Deliveries are second! I also work for Jack in the Box and it's annoying when dashers or drivers shove their phones in our face when we are helping a customer it's very rude. I'm sure they weren't ignoring you. I returned for an early Sunday dinner and I understand why. You order at the station and receive a pager plate to notify your food is ready to pick up. It's a clean modern table, booth and bar table setup. I had the Lamb Kebab with hummus and veg. The Lamb was moist and delicious medium rare, didn't ask but should have.
