It was a dolled up California roll. Next we ordered the Las Vegas roll and the shrimp tempura roll. The Las Vegas was fried a little too long so not the best fried salmon roll I've had. It was also thickly cut and COVERED in mayo. The shrimp tempura was delicious but barely had any eel sauce on it. Next we did the volcano roll and the Christmas roll. The volcano roll was hands down the best roll I've had. Spicy, crunchy, and full of flavor. The Christmas roll was pretty but the amount of fish eggs was a bit overpowering. We finished with clear soups which weren't very good compared to others I've had.
