I ordered this for some sushi delivery while at work in Lexington and I was very surprised by the amount of food for the price. First off the rolls of sushi are massive and filling. I can normally put away two full rolls no problem, but these were the Godzillas of sushi rolls and my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Not complaining about that at all! Definitely worth the money. I was surprised they delivered to Nicholasville road area given their location, but it certainly made me happy. I'm rating this one a 3 for literally 1 reason because it made a huge deal. I ordered through grub hub the hand rolls with salmon, tuna, and crab. I wanted the hand rolls thought not the basic sushi roll. Hand rolls are like the cone shaped sushi roll. I've never had it before and I was dying to try one so we ordered the 3 different hand rolls and when they were delivered they were the basic sushi rolls. The sushi itself was very good and very very tender. This has nothing to do with the taste of the food because it was very well made. I've had the rolls before though with the salmon and tuna and crab and the hand roll would've been a better experience in my opinion. Will definitely try this again in the future and maybe order at the restaurant instead of online and hopefully it won't get lost in translation! read more

In would not recommend this place. We had Miso soup and it had a strong chemical smell. Reminded us of Clorox. The fried rice was very dry chicken with no Vegetables at all. My wife and I decided to eat here for lunch one day after I had previously picked up some orders for DoorDash and saw the $4.99 specials. For that price, we each got an entree (General Tso's chicken and sesame chicken) that came with rice, carrots (odd, but good!), and an egg roll. No drinks were included, but you can get a Dasani bottled water for 50 cents. The food was delicious, regardless of the price. It was certainly a step above buffet-style Chinese food, mainly because the chicken was more tender and had plenty of sauce on it. I was surprised by the big bottle of Yum Yum sauce that they give you with the order, as well as free to-go sides of it. My wife also decided to order a couple sushi rolls because she wanted to compare it to some more expensive places. She said the Philadephia roll was average and the shrimp tempura was great. All in all, this is really affordable Chinese food for on the go. I like the option of a drive-thru, and the employees were friendly to us for the duration of our visit. This place exceeded my expectations 30 seconds after I walked in the door. This business is set up so you order at the register and they bring your food to your seat. The cashier noticed my wife and I looking around trying to figure out what to do and asked if this was our first time. She came over and handed us the menus and told us what to do. She was very friendly and helpful. We ordered our food. I ordered the Japanese Seaweed Salad along with a Rainbow Roll, Kobe Beef Roll, and a spicy tuna roll. The prices are so low that I thought it would not be fresh or they would very small rolls. I was completely wrong on both. The rice was cooked perfectly and fish was fresh. The rolls were big enough that I took home half of my order because I was so full. The Kobe beef roll was amazing. This is the first time I had tried beef in sushi because to me it does not sound like it would be good. Because of the affordable price I rolled the dice and hit the jackpot. I have driven by this place a couple of times and was thinking I wonder if it's any good,but didn't stop. Had some friends mention how good it was and how you get a lot of food for a great price. So I decided I would give it a shot. Got the filet hibachi and you have choice of salad or egg roll. Went with the egg roll but never got it, it was missing. But honestly no big deal cause I had a ton of great quality food in front of me. I had leftovers for lunch the next day. I recommend giving this place a shot if you like hibachi. I still love their food - but have had two upsetting experiences. Called in an order 15 minutes in advance, and had to wait 20 minutes to get it once I arrived. They gave me a free drink which was nice, but I got home and there was no yum yum sauce which is my favorite part. I ordered another time and they forgot the yum yum sauce as well. We live in SoLex so we had a 20 minute drive to save some money on delivery fees and to have a chance to see where it was coming from., since we just moved here and this was our first time ordering. Seeing as that was the whole reason I got Japanese, I called to allow them to make good on this, but that we wanted to eat first so that our food we already had was still warm. I'm guessing it's high review is price based. 1/2 price before the dinner hour, which really puts the price point at what it should be even during the Dinner hour. It has a drive through.
