Had great apps, the soup dumplings were the star of the show. Beef short rib ramen was okay, I preferred the curry ramen

Terrible ramen. As well as soup dumplings. For a "small" price of $50 for 2 people you can experience this too.

I flew into College Station for a meeting and needed something quick, so I figured AYCE sushi at…read moreSushi Masa would be an easy in-and-out lunch. That part didn't quite go as planned. The place was packed for a Wednesday lunch, which is usually a good sign. Luckily, they've got bar seating, so I didn't have to wait long. The vibe is nice--modern, a little loud, but still easy enough to hold a conversation. Definitely feels like a spot that works well for small groups, though they could probably handle bigger ones with a reservation. My server was actually great--super attentive and doing their best. The issue was clearly coming from the kitchen. Orders got messed up twice, and it was taking 15+ minutes just to get a single roll. By the time everything got corrected, I had already been there for over an hour and had to ask for the check and head out. Food-wise, it's pretty standard AYCE sushi. The lunch menu is a lot more limited compared to dinner, so if you're going for variety (especially sashimi), dinner is probably the better move. Pricing is about what you'd expect, and the refillable soda is a nice bonus. Overall, not a bad spot, but not ideal if you're in a rush. If the kitchen can keep up with the volume, this place would be a lot more enjoyable.

I've been here in the BCS area for 4yrs now and we don't really have a lot of Vietnamese restaurant selection here unless you venture out to Houston or other major cities. We just noticed this place driving by so we gave it a try. We ordered the Special Pho, Banh Mi w/ Pork, Grilled Chicken Rice Plate, Spicy Beef Noodle (Bún Bò Hué), Singapore Noodles, Shrimp Summer Roll, Cheese Puffs (Rangoon), and Gyoza. Everything tasted ok. The veggies and vermicelli noodles within the shrimp summer roll was falling out every time I was dipping it into the peanut sauce which didn't naturally come with fish sauce. The pho and spicy beef noodle broth wasn't clear like it should and anyone that knows authentic Vietnamese dishes, knows the broth is everything. The broth was still good, but you can taste the big difference and the portions were lacking. I was expecting a traditional combination pho which had tripe and tendon and a plate with tons of veggies, but instead, got what looked like veggie scraps or leftovers and soup that had little pieces of meats and garnishes . The Cheese Puffs were basically Rangoons, but unusually sweet. The Singapore noodles and chicken rice plate were ok. It was a bit bland so we relied on the fish sauce and shoyu. The banh mi was decent, but there were more bread and pickled veggies than there were meat. The buns seem like it was toasted a while ago so it looked nice and crunchy, but it was actually soft. Overall, pretty disappointing experience especially because I was in the mood for some delicious pho. It was pretty damn cheap considering the amount of food we ordered. We actually accidentally ordered too much banh mi because we misunderstood our waitress and the lunch specials. The staff is super friendly and fast. Located next door to Razoos in this borderline dead business area. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. I was bummed that I didn't enjoy my meal. We were starving so we still smashed everything lol, just wasn't what we expected.
