Sakura palm is a hidden gem. The ambience is pretty chill and the people are genuine. They have a side variety of Asian products on hand including beverages and alcohol which is pretty cool. I ordered a beef teppanyaki, a clam chowder croquet, and a tonkotsu pork ramen. The teppanyaki was full of flavor, it's seasoned with teriyaki sauce and the udon noodles were fresh. The ramen, although the quantity could be more generous, is rich and creamy. If Sakura allowed for more toppings I think the ramen could be a hit. The clam chowder croquet was really good, I definitely recommend a try for a first try. It will not disappoint. Last but not least I'm around 6ft tall and the tables are a bit low, my knees did not fit and seating was a bit uncomfortable. I literally would have just walked out but it would have been inconvenient for the people I was buying food for. I usually will not leave a bad review normally because, I know that the waiters or people behind the counter may be having a bad day. Nigiri sushi also has unusually large rice, and the tuna and salmon on top of (Like all you can eat restaurant) are less than 1/4" thick. The shrimp was the smallest shrimp size (although it wasn't fresh), though the meat was reasonably tender. Anyway, the sauce doesn't taste at all. It was the worst order I've ever had, without any flavor. So, unfortunately for me, this is the first and last. There are many sushi restaurants in this valley.
