Hands down the best pho I've had in this area. I ordered the pho from Sakurago (fresh hibachi & pho), and it completely exceeded my expectations. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly balanced -- you can tell it's made with care, not rushed. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the noodles to the herbs, and the portion was generous. I usually drive all the way to Alexandria, Virginia just to get truly good pho, so finding pho this good locally was a wonderful surprise. This is authentic, comforting, and absolutely worth coming back for. I also want to give a special shout-out to Dania, who helped me during my visit. She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Great food and great service -- Sakurago truly delivers.

Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with Shrimp tempura (4pcs)

Just say yes and order the food. I'm in the area visiting for a few days and we ordered dinner last evening as there were additional guests . We all ordered from here & Everyone enjoyed their bowls. We all ordered something different and they was just delicious. You should Definitely get that jalapeño sauce - Yum. I ordered a combo of the spicy chicken teriyaki with shrimp, tempura, and noodles. I should mention that I ended up eating a lot of of my daughter's bowl accidentally and she had a similar bowl with grilled shrimp instead of tempura, and her bowl was also quite yummy. in terms of service. I would say it was exceptional. The bowls are substantial - what you will see in my photo are leftovers. Because we had takeout, I can't tell you about the ambience. But I can say that the orders were accurate and that the food was fresh & delicious. if SakuraGo is your neighborhood, check them out.

    Shrimp Pick 2 bowl

Hey friends! Y'all know that I'm going to find us the cheap, GOOD eats. This is definitely going into the affordable collection. For $15 I was very satisfied. Sakura Go is the same concept as Chipotle but hibachi style. I always get the Pick 2 combo. And since I'm a Picky Pescatarian I get the same 4 toppings lol. I also can't recommend a sauce because I hate sauce :). But they have extensive topping options from veggies, cheeses, and dressings. You can choose fried rice or noodles as your base and they offer various proteins. The shrimp is sooooo delicious. It's seasoned perfectly and juicy! Minus one point for the rice, it was not fresh on my last visit. There are plenty of tables to dine-in at. If you're introverted like me, this is the perfect place to dine-in at, there's never more than one person dining in. It's located inside of a shopping center so there's free, ample parking. Employees are always friendly :). I recommend you check out Sakura Go for quick, tasty, affordable food! Bye for now friends! With love, The Picky Pescatarian.

The place is clean. There is enough food for two meals, it was a lot. It was standard nothing amazing, but in a crunch I'd have it again.

Some of our favorite menu items include the sukiyaki shabu shabu, lobster roll, wagyu foie spoons, A5 Japanese Wagyu sandwich, Wagyu fried rice, toro sashimi and the matcha crepe cheesecake. What we really enjoyed about this place was the quality and speed of service. You could see the marbling in the buttery toro and fatty A5. We had an extra side tray to put all of our empty dishes. Highly recommend keeping an eye out on the tablet timer so you can constantly reorder once the queue clears. I'll definitely be back to try some of their à la carte menu items. The premium menu was plenty, but we did see diners order from the other menu.

First off, if you miss the parking lot, it was a bit confusing so we ended up making a circle before finding the additional parking lot further before the restaurant, but we did end up parking in the lot next to the restaurant. Getting in and out of that space was not easy with that annoying red light right at the corner. When we walked in, we were greeted right away. Asked if we had reservations which we didn't but they did take a bit of time to seat us. Upon sitting down, we walked by the mini buffet of appetizers and desserts, along with the cooler of drinks. (The cooler was not cold, but held room temperature drinks, I had to ask for cups of ice which took a while) We sat and contemplated if we wanted to splurge on the higher package which we ended up doing any way because our neighbors who were also on a date and was there for the first time was testing the higher package also, so we went all out! There is a limit to how much you order and there is a 10 minute wait in-between each order and how many items you can order. Our server was very helpful and had walked us through the process. The cheesy lobster was so small, we ate it in one bite, and it's only one per table. The wagyu sandwiches were great, but lacked flavor. The creamy udon...was all cream. The best dish on the premium menu were the spoons of wagyu and toro, and the steamed clams in whatever broth. Shabu-Shabu with wagyu was okay. Broth flavor was decent, nothing overly memorable. I did like that it was all you can eat sushi and they had all you can eat Uni which is a plus, but you can tell the quality was not as great as expected. We didn't even bother with the rolls, since it would have limited us from the others, but then I wonder if we would have been better ordering the gazillion sushi roll options. They did great presentation-wise, but would I spend the money on the top package option? No. it was definitely a novelty dinner, something you try one time and say you've tried but maybe my expectations were high because of how I was sold on IG and TikTok. Even my boyfriend was upset with how I talked up the place. To top off the evening, I asked for matcha crepe cake and they brought me match cheesecake. I hate cheesecake. We did enjoy the hot sake! The place was busy and don't get me wrong, it's not horrible but I think I'm more upset for the price I paid for the quality I received. If the service wasn't decent, I would have given it less stars but maybe I came on a bad night and the Chefs were just not loving their cooking. Would I drive the hour and half to go back? Definitely not. I do hope they improve their quality and items. Just my experience here...

I'd heard about this style of dish before and had been wanting to try it, so of course I had to! I stopped in on a Monday in the middle of the afternoon, and there were already about 4-5 tables occupied, which I took as a good sign! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and seated promptly. I ordered the Chicken Curry Abura Soba, and this was definitely a hit in my book! It smelled and looked so good that I dug right in as soon as it hit the table (so please excuse the picture lol). The curry flavor was rich and full, the noodles were perfectly chewy, and the chicken was crispy on the outside while still moist on the inside. At first, I only mixed everything together slightly and thought it was delicious. But once I REALLY mixed everything and got all of that sauce from the bottom incorporated throughout the noodles? Completely different flavor experience. So good! I also ordered the pork dumplings as an appetizer. I order pork dumplings pretty often when I go out, and whatever version of them Kanjiken is doing, I really enjoyed it. The texture was giving homemade...I don't know if they actually are, but that's what it gave! Either way, they were good. To drink, I had a bottle of white peach black tea, which was crisp, refreshing, and paired really well with the meal. Overall, I highly recommend Kajiken. In fact, I'm writing this review a few days later and seriously considering heading back there for dinner tonight.
