I say this as a long-time Salad and Go customer. I have been a huge fan of S&G since moving to AZ back in 2018, but so much has changed since then, especially since the business changed hands from its original owner. Salad and Go always had the highest quality ingredients with the lowest possible prices. That's long gone, imho. This morning, here at the Queen Creek store was the most recent example of this. I ordered 3 breakfast burritos, which only keep going up in price, only to find that the fillings tasted like day-old eggs, bacon, and meat. We ate the food but not with much enjoyment. The tortillas were fresh, and the iced coffees were fine. The staff were friendly, service was fast, orders accurate, but I don't see myself returning for a while. I only wish there was one of those Prime Grill places this close to home, here in QC. Too much for too little. Sorry, Salad. I have to go. read more

Unfortunately this is the location that's closest to me, but time after time I find something in my salad. The past couple salads I have purchased have had bugs in them, which tells me the lettuce is not being thoroughly washed. I decided to try them again and along with a bug being in my salad, I found a black hair. Awfully disappointing since I have wasted my money food I can't eat. read more

I had to try this place!! I saw an ad on the gram, so I added this to my list of places to try. I was not disappointed at all! I picked up a quick lunch at the drive thru, and opted for the Caprese Salad Combo with the Blueberry Basil Lemonade. I like options, and you have that here, with a choice of protein for your salad. I chose grilled chicken, and it was perfect. Seasoned well and not over or undercooked. It made the salad very filling. The portion size was enough for 2 meals! I'm a sucker for blueberry, anything so that lemonade was just calling my name. It was very tasty and the perfect drink on a hot summer day in the valley! Service was excellent, and the prices are extremely affordable. I had to do a double take to make sure they got my order right. They sure did! If you're looking for a healthier option and don't have a lot of time, I highly suggest Salad and Go! Your wallet and stomach will thank you! I'll be back to try more things on their menu. read more

stay away from this place! placed an online pickup order for a cobb salad and removed blue cheese crumbles and replaced blue cheese dressing (i am allergic) with balsamic vinaigrette. when i picked it up, it had blue cheese crumbles but the dressing was correct. this means they read the order ticket. so they either don't care or left the blue cheese crumbles in on purpose. i thought, ok maybe the person is new? i placed the same order again 5 days later and they made the same mistake again! never going back. read more

We went two nights in a row and two nights in a row they messed up the order. Last night they forgot the pita chips that is supposed to come with the pita chips and hummus and tonight we ordered a snack pack with chicken black beans and avocado and instead of Avocado they put chopped peppers. The person at the window was not understanding what we were saying and we said it so many different ways. Charged us for two extra ranches when we just wanted one and dropped our change on the ground. Also don't think they should have an employee who is working the drive thru window who has hickies all over their neck---Really unprofessional. Came in this morning for a coffee. They offer dairy free milk,so that makes me happy!! I ordered a breakfast burrito also, and was really looking forward to it, because they are constantly advertised, and people seem to enjoy them. I ordered the egg, bacon, cheese.....but hold the cheese please. I get to the window- guy says my order- I reply, yes but no cheese on burrito. He says oh, looks at receipt, turns around, grabs other burrito. Took one bite,open it up, and Low and behold...... no bacon on burrito,but theres cheese. What's not to love about Salad and Go? The people are great at the retail locations. That's where they take care of their customers or guests as they refer to them. The food is fresh and organic wherever possible. I recently learned they have their own food factories in AZ and TX, and they currently operate in 56 different locations. They control the bagging and processing and even the transportation of their food. Their mission is to provide healthy food at an affordable price, and it's high quality. They are expanding like crazy in the next few years across the country. On my most recent visit, I asked if they had any merchandise. I really wanted a shirt because I had an upcoming interview with them for an IT manager position. They gave me sunglasses, gift card holders, and whistles! How awesome is that? The good: Salads are relatively inexpensive and made very quickly. The bad: They have recently reduced the amount of salad you receive considerably. Once you remove the non-desirable, yellowish lettuce, it's much less salad than expected. The ugly: This place went "woke" during the BLM riots and COVID timeframe. Great alternative to the big chain fast food joints! Aside from everything being fresh, service is lightning fast and the prices are the lowest anywhere, including McDonalds. I always do a custom order and (I order a burrito bowl instead of a burrito) and the order is ready before I even pay. I really like the organic cold brew coffee. It's naturally sweet to begin with, I don't even add sugar to it, just cream or oat milk. Tip: If you order a burrito bowl, it only comes with one salsa. Pay the extra $.50 cents and get a second salsa...this salsa is also really good as its not chunky, very smooth and blended. I wish they offered egg whites, but hopefully they will read this and consider it in the future. My only complaint with this location is the drive thru queue. There are two small lines to go into, but everyone seems to gravitate to one side or the other, causing one one to be full while the other is empty, thus someone essentially cuts the line, causing shouting and honking match. I would recommend that stuff puts up a cone on one of the lines to avoid this. read more

First of all: if you've never been to Salad and Go, stop reading this and go right now. Their salads are so fresh and amazing. It doesn't even matter which location you go to--just go. I've been to several of their locations in the valley, and have never gotten consistent service. Food was always great, but many times it wasn't exactly what I ordered. However, this location is, hands down, the best location in the entire valley. They NEVER mess up my order and always get it right. This location is seriously my favorite. The employees are so attentive and I'm always in and out of there so quickly. I could eat here for every single meal. Wish it was a bit closer, but I'll drive past other locations for this one! read more
