I love salad and go. I have been to 5 different locations many times. It never ceases to amaze me how fast the orders come out! Even on a very busy day with a line of cars, I never wait at the window for more than a minute before getting my food. And if there's no line, somehow in the time between ordering and driving 20 feet forward to the window, they have my food ready by the time I get up there! They are crazy efficient, and healthy, and cheap. No wonder it's my go to! I can see why this location is rated more poorly than others though and unfortunately this is the one I live near now. It's still fast service and great food, but I've noticed that most workers just aren't as friendly compared with other locations. Then today, I drove there and realized I forgot my wallet. Instead of driving al the way home and back with my toddler in a hot car, I ordered on the app in my car in the parking lot. Nothing big, just a salad and a kids meal and a lemonade. I then went through the drive through to pick it up because their sign says you can pick up in the drive through, and it's 100+ outside. The app told me my order would be ready in 10 mins, but I figured it wouldn't be a problem since literally ever time I have ever been to any salad and go, they make my order on the fly in like 45 seconds. But when I got up to the window the woman handed my food to me and passive aggressively said "just so you're aware, you're 10 minutes early, so it would be helpful if you came on the time it says next time". This makes no sense to me...it's not like I had a huge order and it's not like I was holding up the line. As always they had my food ready quickly. I have worked in food service as a manager and have had customers come much earlier for MUCH larger meals and I never would have told them anything like that. I don't usually give good reviews on yelp, so I figured I should give a review for a place that I'm not disappointed with! Salad and Go is awesome. Everything on their menu is delicious, most of their food is very affordable (although the smoothies are a bit overpriced), and I love that they have gluten free and dairy free options, along with seasonal items. The workers are always extremely fast and friendly, with your order being ready pretty much as soon you pull up to the window. Also, one time I ordered a smoothie and a salad and noticed that I didn't bring my debit card with me. I was able to find enough dollars in my purse to buy the salad but didn't quite have enough for the smoothie. The nice young man at the window said that the smoothie was on them that day. Working on an ambulance that is NOT allowed to go through ANY drive through. Ordered a salad online and walked up to the drive thru window... because that is OUR ONLY OPTION RIGHT NOW!!! The employees FREAKED OUT and kept referring to a sign in the window and refused to open the window or even ask why I walked up. Even through a closed window. And the salad was already paid for!!!! Today was my first time coming to this location. I ordered online. I got a southwest burrito with bacon instead of sausage. The burrito seemed a lot smaller than the other locations, lots of extra tortilla and one half was all bacon and peppers and the other half was egg. It also didn't come with salsa but they added a packet of ranch.... I recommend the Chandler location over this one. But they staff were very friendly so that gave them 3 stars read more

I've just had my first breakfast burrito here. I figured they had rocking salads, why not. I've come to realize when a salad place sells burritos, maybe it's best to just stick to salads. I didn't finish mine and my wife didn't finish hers. In fact, we tossed them shortly after first bites. The salsa allowed me to eat a few bites. I ordered a salad with no egg and asked for the dressing to be tossed in. I got the salad without the dressing tossed in, thought no biggie, I can do it myself. I start mixing the dressing in and see they put the entire egg in there, despite telling them to exclude it. I didn't really have time to drive back to the location, so I decided to pick the egg out and eat it. Well, three bites in I discover a long black hair in my salad. Disgusted, I can't eat the rest of it, so after running my errands I return to the location to ask for a refund. The girl working there seems to think it's funny and laughs about it the whole time she's issuing the refund. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager.
