    Perfect winter drink for Phoenix!
    Mike M.

Third time they have forgotten the salsas for the breakfast burritos. Waste of my time again, everyone loves a dry burrito. Do yourself a favor and go to Angie's across the street

On my lunch break today I ordered a Caesar wrap with buffalo chicken. When I got back to work and bit into the wrap, I noticed it was the wrong order. I opened the wrap up to find that they gave me a Mediterranean wrap instead. Use to the travel time, I wasn't able to go back and have my order corrected.

Mediterranean bowl and Southwest bowl with bacon. The Southwest bowl didn't have much substance.

I work close to this location and visit it a few times a month. Almost every order has had an issue of some sort. Whether it be substituting crappy turkey sausage with bacon, or missing an item. This time I ordered two burrito bowls instead of burritos. Save some calories. Well I did as my bowl was minuscule. They got the substitution correct this time though. My wife's Mediterranean bowl looked a lot better but the majority of the bowl was spinach. The last time I had issues with the food, I channeled my inner Karen and emailed them about the 2 failed burritos. I received a $5 credit. Didn't even cover the 2 burritos. Obviously nothing is being done about their issues and there is no reason to patronize this establishment anymore.

    Searching for the Avocado

My avocado toast Caesar salad came with Zero avocado! So disappointed. We ordered 3 salads and a wrap, got one fork to share and of course my salad did not have the main thing I wanted AVOCADO!

Chicken and what appeared to be ham

Hmmm....this Salad and Go is one of my go-to for lunch when I'm at work, never had any issues with the food until today. I ordered a salad a drink and the hummus. Came back to the office and started to eat the hummus and bit into something that wasn't hummus....there was 3 pieces of chicken and I found two pieces of what looked like ham. I wouldn't mind but...I don't eat any meat, I'm vegetarian. This made me very nauseous and I didn't finish it (obviously). I'm extremely disappointed that it seemed like it was actually mixed in with the hummus. I won't ever try it again.

Greek Salad with chicken and steak

Salad and Go is a fast growing Phoenix based chain of salad drive threw restaurants. The salads are large and fresh and low cost. My only gripe is that the service at this particular location has gone down from the beginning of order till trying to leave. My husband wanted to know if the buffalo chicken was fried. The person taking the order didn't know and didn't bother to find out so we ordered something else. Then the person at the window tried to give us a drink that we didn't order. Then the person at the window didn't know what bag of salads were ours. They are lucky that we were honest and didn't take the bag with three salads. The food is still good but good luck with service at this location.

Roasted autumn salad with chicken, feta instead of parmesan
    Haneen O.

Did you know steak is back? I didn't but their recorded message let me know when I pulled into their drive-thru ($2.39 btw). I've been enjoying their seasonal salad with chicken so I got that today. It is the roasted autumn salad, which has Brussels sprouts, sweet potato, dried cranberries, candied pecans, Parmesan cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette. I like all the ingredients together but always substitute the parmesan for feta instead, the texture is a better fit. Service was quick and friendly as usual and it's an easy choice for lunch or dinner. Also, I like that I can ask for no utensils or bag and I just take my salad as is. I save on plastic and feel good about not wasting resources.

Breakfast burrito not supposed to have bacon.
    Deedee W.

I want to start by saying I usually have a really good experience here. They are fast and the quality is consistent. Today I want to comment on my very first breakfast burrito- vegan style. I was told the breakfast potatoes are vegan so I order a burrito, minus eggs, no bacon add potatoes, spinach and tofu. Lucky for me I am always wary about wrapped food so I opened it up before eating it. It was covered in bacon... rest of the order was correct but again covered in bacon. I will go back to this location and get my usual salad but beware of anything out of the norm when ordering.

Pretty sure Good salad. They don't have Italian dressing, which sucks. Also, they need misters for walk up crowd.

Second -- CASH ONLY There is a Hawaiian inspiration/theme at the The OBH mixed with mexican flavors -- basically if you like a lot of meat with your breakfast then come here. When looking at other people's plates the portions looked very large -- the prices are average -- not cheap but not over the top. I did see someone with a cinnamon roll that looked pretty delicious. My mom had been here one other time and got the cinnamon roll pancakes, which she loved (and why we are here today) -- Nothing was speaking to me on the menu so I just ordered the classic OBH pancakes. I would give them about a 5/10 on the pancake scale. Also they didn't have real maple syrup even to purchase for extra -- they say their syrup is a maple syrup blend -- it wasn't full on plastic but it wasn't real maple syrup. I also ordered a side of scrambled eggs with cheddar -- it was a little runny and overall just average. The coffee was rank -- I would give it a 2/10. Our server was very friendly as was all of the other staff -- that is why I hate to only give 3 stars because it is a great local spot. When we left (around 9am) there was quite a long wait -- so you know it is very popular

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.
