I've been to this Olive Garden a few times now and it's always been fine but today we received above and beyond excellent service from Tyler. We were seated in what I dub as this Olive gardens "kids section" you walk in and head to the right by the bar. They tend to seat all the young family's in this area every time we come. He was able to get our kids meal in immediately for our impatient 2.5 year old. He was on top of drink refills and just overall a happy/ genuine and kind server. We hope to be seated in his section again in the future. read more

I mean, it's Olive Garden you really can't go wrong. Breadsticks: phenomenal, salad: amazing, raspberry lemonade: great and we got the appetizer with the deep fried bell peppers and shrimp also so good. Additionally the dipping sauces for the breadsticks: great combo. I'm a sucker for the fettuccine Alfredo but branched out this time and had the 5 cheese ziti, also good but the fettuccini still has my heart. You really can't beat the unlimited salad, soup, and breadsticks. That's our go-to meal here. I love the salad, and yes, I could easily make this at home, but it just isn't the same. My soup choice: their minestrone; it's great. And, those breadsticks, I try to control myself, but it's unlimited, so I have a few. A word of warning: you do pay for the any sauces you order with the breadsticks. I'm a little upset with our waitress for asking it like a sauce came with the breadsticks, but I guess I should have known! This Olive Garden was a nice experience, with very kind staff. I ordered soup and salads. The breadsticks were good, but I wasn't a giant fan of either soup I tried- the gnocchi or the sausage one. I did really like the salad though! Hard to go wrong with fresh veggies and a good dressing! The building was clean and in a nice area. It was, however, a bit loud in the restaurant. You either like this restaurant and visit it whenever you have a hankering for soup, salad and breadsticks or you probably don't eat here because you want authentic Italian food from a local establishment. I had minestrone soup, salad and breadsticks twice. It was just as I expected. Flavorful and filling. I also ordered marinara dipping sauce and a glass of house red wine. The restaurant was fairly busy for 5 pm. There is a good-sized parking lot. Our waitress was very personable, attentive and efficient. A great dinner at Olive Garden tonight. Wonderful food consisting of salad and a tour of Italy for me and ministrone, seafood Alfredo and terramisu for my hubby. All were wonderful. Things like chicken parm use frozen patties that are cooked still frozen...this giving a tendency to burn the food on the edges and bottom.. Great service and great food! We went Easter Sunday yesterday. One of the few places that was open on Easter. Don't recall the server's name, but she looked Asian and young. She was very friendly and helpful. I had spaghetti and my wife had salmon. It was all very tasty and fresh. My spaghetti tasted like it was made fresh and had the perfect amount of seasonings. Poor service I have never had to walk out of a restaurant before because of lack of service. We were seated and waited for our server. We waited seven minutes and finally he came over with a tray of empty dishes, said he would be right back to take our order, we said fine, and that was the last we saw of him at our table. We watched him dash around to other tables in our area taking other drink orders waiting. Finally after another 10 minutes I had enough. Our lunch visit to Olive Garden couldn't have been more pleasant. We met another couple for a meeting and wanted a somewhat quiet place to talk and have a bite to eat; Olive Garden it is! We arrived at 1pm and were promptly seated at a private table just perfect for our lunch. Our waitress was excellent; she was friendly, efficient, and got us food and drinks quickly and never let them empty. We went with the classic soup/salad/breadstick lunch and it was delicious. Our soup selections were chicken with gnocchi and minestrone. I was not overly impressed with the chicken and gnocchi, it was too rich for my taste. However the breadsticks and salad were endless and yummy! This Olive Garden is laid out like most others and kept neat and tidy with an Italian aroma inviting your senses to enjoy something scrumptious. The prices for lunch are awesome, but it seems that their dinner prices have skyrocketed amidst inflation, so you might be able to fine something more high end for the price. The problem came when I turned around to view more of the restaurant I saw the manager having his picture taken with another employee and by another employee. They all were laughing and carrying on. Stopped by Olive Garden for a quick lunch, and it hit the spot. I got the Chicken Parmesan with a side of gnocchi soup. The chicken was crispy, the marinara had a nice tang, and the melted cheese on top was just right. The gnocchi soup was creamy and comforting--definitely the highlight for me. Service was friendly and fast, which was perfect since we were in a bit of a hurry. We ended with tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and a nice sweet finish. Went here a few days ago on a Tuesday for Never ending pasta! I must say the waiter was very nice and so was the entire staff! The manager even came by to check on us during the dinner to make sure everything's okay. Also, the chef even came and served us food as well which I don't see to often but still unique idk maybe they were short staffed but he was very nice as well. Olive Garden will always be special to us -- it's where my wife and I went on our very first date -- but this visit to this location truly stood out. From the moment we sat down, the service was attentive and thoughtful. One of the staff members even noticed that my wife's order included an ingredient she's allergic to and fixed it before it became an issue, which meant so much to us. Our kids were made to feel completely welcome, which can be rare at restaurants. Several staff members, including one who wasn't even serving our table, took the time to chat with them and make them smile. Joe, the manager, was genuinely kind and really embodied Olive Garden's motto, "When you're here, you're family." The place was very clean and well maintained, well lit and quiet enough to still be able to talk. The servers struck a great balance of checking in often enough that we never needed to ask for anything, but never making us feel rushed. SARAH, the server that we had, is the reason for the 5 stars!!! She is AMAZING! Fantastic service. Everything she did for us was above and beyond, she was around our table often even though she was clearly very busy. She was multi tasking but attending to all her tables regularly. Her energy is infectious too! She has such a great attitude, I love it. Both my boyfriend and I were so impressed. She brought a refill without us asking, refill of breadsticks without us asking, she PACKED our food in boxes which I've never had done at OG before and she brought fresh bread to go without us asking as well. She deserves all the praise! She's amazing. You can definitely tell an experienced waitress when you see one. :) it makes all the difference that she did those things and was just very friendly. We LOVE coming to OG but we don't really expect too much from the service, but she blew us away honestly. The food here is always great, I can't ever complain about that. The prices are fair and portions are big! The soup or salad is so yummy. I love the Alfredo sauce, can't help myself. The cocktails are really good also and they're very well priced! I ordered a salad and my friends told me to ask for no onion, then the waitress said she can't refill because we're sharing (which i've never been told), AND said it in a bitchy tone. We got an off vibe after this and 2 of us decided we didn't need to tip, but the 2 other tipped 20%!!!! After we left, our phone was left and our waitress... KIMBERLY bought it out to us and complained about our combined $7 tip??? Which I think it TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to a couple of TEENAGERS. She said this to teenagers, i'm sure if we were older she wouldn't have said anything. AND of course she only said it to one of us, not the whole group because we would've said something. Yes, we did go back inside and say something to her and walked in on her talking about us to the other servers and hostesses, we told her that was unacceptable and she still had a smug attitude and tried to belittle us. Best location out there! Was seated immediately and ordered right away and our food was at the table with in 5 mins This was during one of their busy times as well. Manger was amazing he noticed that my son was making a face came over got to his eye level and asked him what was wrong. My son has an expander in his mouth and it's on the top of his mouth. The spaghetti was getting stuck in it and causing issues eating. He got him a different pasta. And was having fun with getting a mountain of grated cheese. Phara is a rock star! She took care of the bar section by herself during a hectic Friday lunch rush. Even though the area was busy, you wouldn't realize it since she was so on her game. Honestly, I haven't been to an Olive Garden in over 20 years. But the lunch sets are a decent deal (yes, I AM regretting those two breadsticks at the moment!). Salads are fresh and my spaghetti was tasty (also appreciated that it wasn't a huge portion). One thing I loved about this location was how well-lit and bright it was inside.
