The manager tried his best to field the orders for those dining in versus to-go. If you go off their estimated wait time, don't hold your breath. You'll get hungry waiting. I placed the order using their app and it was 10 minutes over the promised time and that's a generous estimate. It was better to order at the counter and dine in. I'll give them another shot next time and see if things improve. I filled out their survey to let them know about the timing issue and hope it is helpful feedback.
