It's almost like you're at a picnic. The people here are friendly. It feels family owned and operated. And the most important part is that the barbecue here is tasty. People have their favorites, but I think this is good Texas barbecue. Also, the beauty of having more Texas style barbecue places in the area is that you get a good feeling of how much a brisket usually costs. And the cost here feels pretty reasonable. I do see one location in Inglewood when paying my respects to the family at the Inglewood cemetery but each time isn't the best time to check it out. Recently I've had this killer craving to make my comeback. Checking out the different locations I now notice that Rallys is not close to me at all. I made the effort to go on a little adventure to get me a Big Buford! Reading the Yelp! reviews, I felt a lot of people talking about how orders are incorrect or the rudeness of the employees. I can't base my future experience on other people's, gotta make my own. I came to this location as it happened to be the closest. (25.1 miles) I do remember that this establishment is mainly a drive thru but walk ups is still available. But walking up felt odd. They had two windows to walk up to and when we chose one, they told us to go to the other one. lol I ordered my food, it came out pretty quick and guess what? It did not disappoint. After all charges, the total was nearly $50, but this looked like an amazing, good-quality pizza. The online system was run by Fox Ordering Company, but I received a text alert from DoorDash. After waiting for more than an hour, and after two delivery drivers, the driver canceled my order. I called DoorDash first, but they could not tell me why it was canceled. I called Andy's, and the staff did not speak English, but she was able to communicate that she could not help me. I called DoorDash back, and their customer service person called the restaurant for me, but had the same results. I was able to get a Spanish-speaking friend to call Andy's back for me (because I never received my $50 pizza and was charged). In that conversation, we were told to call back in the afternoon, which we did. The other staff exclaimed that there was no order for me, and there was nothing for them to refund. I then called Fox Ordering and spoke to their customer service rep, who listened well, got the order number from me, and said that this problem would have to be solved by another staff member from Fox Ordering. It has been a week, and I have not heard back from anyone. Never got the pizza. Was charged $50.00. Be very careful ordering online from Andy's Pizzeria.
