I also like (at Saladworks) that this location does NOT do touch screens so I can get multiple substitutions (create your own) in my classic Saladworks Cobb that they no longer offer. Ive order from this place a few times and I'm done.. they've messed up every order I've made.. and tonight was the last time I ever order from them.. I ordered a BLT salad with chicken... hardly any bacon, I asked for EXTRA Bacon too. I had to look for the bacon and there's just hardly any there.. and very little chicken, NO PASTA OR TOMATOES and they're usually in every salad I've ever ordered..The roll they have with the salad is hard as a rock no butter either.. I don't get it.. how are ppl who serve NOT ABLE to complete an easy order! We ordered 2 salads and they screwed them both up badly! I swear customer service is really bad anymore... I basically just got lettuce a couple pieces of chicken, maybe 20 pieces of bacon it's ridiculous. Came here for lunch while in the area. It was super busy because of lunch; lots of people coming and going with their food. Employees were great with cheery attitude. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with my combo. I got a Tomato Mozzarella Panini (1/2) which they made from the salad ingredients. The bread was toasted with grill marks but the inside items weren't melted or anything. The salad part was okay. I got the Farmers salad (1/2) and subbed apples for Brussel sprouts. First of all, the phone line doesn't even call to a real number. Second, we had an atrocious order pick up. I ordered a CYO salad and there was no chicken, feta, or pasta on it. It was strictly vegetables. I ordered two rolls and got 1. Same for my husband's salad and rolls. The size of the rolls are laughable. We ordered extra salsa ranch on the app, which apparently you don't have. We were overcharged for all of those items and can't even call back to get our money back. I think a refund of our order of $40 is the least of what should be done for wasting our time and gas there and back. I have never had such a terrible experience and have never had to do this with a food establishment before, but this is an embarrassment to the company. read more

Chains like this try to hit a niche that pleases enough people that they can make a buck. I've been to many different Saladworks locations and they really do it for me. I like my salads with lots of ingredients and I can load up here with just about anything I want. There are plenty of dressing choices. Most importantly I have never had a problem with freshness. A salad is likely going to cost you $7-$10 but it will be very large. Great place! read more

This has probably been the worst experience and bad tasting salad I've had. I really refrain from having salad in public places because I've gotten sick too many times. My husband is a big fan of Salad Works Turkey Club salad. I have tried a few different options at Salad Works and have really like some and was "meh" about others. The different seasonal options available are usually pretty tasty. This is probably the best location in the Philadelphia area. I encounter 3 locations on a weekly basis and this location has stand up service, friendly employees, and a good location. I have been going to this location when they were 1/2 block down and since the management has changed it's a better Salad Works location. What I can't understand, is that if we ordered salad for seven people, and told him that we wanted them all in one container, and they had the containers, why the manager would not even make the effort to look for the appropriate containers and instead we had the incredible waste of seven different containers, a host of assorted containers of butter and salad dressings, enough to fill Half a trashcan container full of waste material. I am giving this location 2 stars because of what happened today and how they handled the situation. If they weren't so nice - I really would have given them one. My coworker and I got salads for lunch. I was almost done, and I took a bite and there was BIG piece of plastic. It was at least an inch big and sharp!!!! This allocation of Saladworks seems to have improved hire a bit in recent weeks. The staff is friendly and the line moves a lot faster. The food is always fresh. Stopped here for lunch with my husband. I honestly had never tried a saladworks before. I ordered the combo where I got half a chicken Caesar salad and half a panini. The chicken Caesar salad was ok. The salad pieces were more iceberg than romaine, which I am not a fan of. The salad also came with egg in it which I wouldn't have chose to have in a Caesar salad, but that was my fault for not reading the description. For my panini, I had the turkey melt panini. This would have been good, but the bacon was hardly cooked at all. I ended up just pulling the bacon off of it. My husband had a regular sized chicken Caesar salad, and his thoughts were the same as mine. For one full salad, a combo, and two drinks our total came to $25!! That is more money than Panera and I think Panera is a lot better. The worst part is I felt sick not long after eating here. So, this review for this location from my experiences have been HORRIBLE lately, every time I order I call ahead to make sure I receive the extra dressing I pay for because on uber eats and now grub hub has the same issues, there is no option to be charged for an additional dressing, so I always call after I order and let them know "hey I paid for extra chicken but I actually jus wanna sub that out for an extra dressing." (Bc the salad is dry w jus one dressing.) and every time without fail, they rush me off the phone and say yea yea i got it and then always forget the dressing and my roll.. lol BUT here comes the reason for the 5 star review, there is this one guy, when he's there his customer service skills are TOP TIER. Everyone else I've dealt with, have been so rude and curt with me. I spoke with him Monday April 4, around 5 pm he was working and he is so kind each and every time and everything always comes perfectly every single time I've dealt with this person about my order. We're at Saladworks at least once a week. We're thrilled that Saladworks now posts the calories for their salads and dressing. The turkey club salad is a hit in our family as is the Caesar salad. The options for making your own are excellent, too. Our only complaint is the amount of dressing given for a salad of that size isn't enough, and it's unfair they charge extra for additional dressing. On a positive note, kudos to Demi, one of the employees, who always remembers our order (better than we do sometimes)! She's terrific! read more

I am a regular there. Get the same Salad, Tavoli. I don't know why they are constantly out of things? No white macaroni? Constantly notes the door saying we are out of this or that? Who is doing the ordering. Then you run out of wheat rolls, and it's 2:00 in the afternoon? Anyway, I love the Tivoli with pepperjack cheese in it.
