Cyclone roll, new style salmon roll, spicy tuna roll
    Emily C.

I ordered some rolls for take out, which can really be hit or miss (usually a miss!). I was skeptical of the high reviews, but this was some of the best sushi I've ever had, and definitely top 1-2 sushi I've had in CO. Everything was great but we particularly loved the lobster roll and the crispy tuna appetizer. Nothing was fishy! To make it even better, the Matsumotto team clearly labeled each of our rolls in the takeaway container and provided the sauces/toppings on the side, indicating which sauces we should put on which rolls. I've never experienced this elsewhere! We only popped in quickly to pick up our order, but the restaurant was really cute and classy -- would definitely come back and eat here!

    Smaller than my thumb. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know times are tough for businesses. I have eaten here several times. Service and quality of the food is great. I was disappointed to see the prices have gone up significantly what used to be $4-5 for an order of nigiri is now $8.50. To add insult to injury the portion sizes have been cut in half. The only time I have ever seen nigiri so small is at all you can eat buffets. I spent $60 for myself and left hungry. The staff did ask and I provided this feedback. They offered a free dessert. Seems like they are struggling.

The food was fantastic and everyone was so friendly! Reasonably priced and the drinks are definitely worth trying. This is my new favorite spot to go! 10/10

Hello fellow yelpers! I am a huge Sushi fan and eat as often as I can afford it :). One of my go to Sushi restaurants is Matsumotto Sushi. I usually get their Chirashi bowl and it has an assortment of tasty fish and a large helping of rice that I winding taking home and enjoying later. I have been here many times and the service is always on point and the sushi is always tasty and fresh. If you in the mood for good sushi and great service you should give Matsumotto and try!

Finally, a fantastic sushi restaurant close by! The fish is incredibly fresh, generously portioned, and beautifully presented. Their unique ceviche is a must-try - I've never had anything like it. Imagine perfectly crafted sushi roll on spoons and you topped it with umami-rich ceviche! The staff is amazing too: knowledgeable about the menu and very accommodating to food allergies. Be prepared for crowds, especially on weekend evenings.

Food, service, ambiance- definitely recommend! Since moving here we have been on a hunt for really good sushi. We enjoy special rolls along with simple ones and this place did not disappoint. Everything was so fresh. The Agedashi Tofu, I would come back just for this. I had the perfect coating, seasoning, and broth. The ceviche sushi, I was hesitant but so glad we ordered it! I was soooooo good! Service was five stars- kept our glasses full, checked on us often, and brought us things quickly! We will be back often!

Spicy Tuna, Mexico City, Vegas, Cyclone - all delicious

I've ordered take-out several times and I wanted to see their consistency before leaving a review. Each time it's hit the spot in quality and flavor. We've tried a variety of sushi rolls and miso soup and my favorite rolls have been the Cyclone, Mexico City, Mr Krabs, and Spicy Tuna. The miso is super tasty and you get a good portion for the price. I also love that they put the sauce on the side and label which ones pair with each roll. Prices are pretty on par with the rising costs, but I miss the days of $5 regular rolls. People are friendly and they put a lot of care into the presentation and packaging. This has quickly become our favorite local sushi take-out restaurant.

    Ceviche roll. 10/10 would recommend

As soon as you walk in you can see their hydroponics system growing the most beautiful produce. You can also purchase their handmade dressings and greens to go!! They then use all this incredibly fresh and flavorful produce to craft intricate salads, soups, and sandwiches. All salads and soups can be ordered gluten free, and there are many vegan / vegetarian options. We ordered the lotus salad, lazeena salad, and tomato bisque. I was so jealous of the zhougg sauce on the lazeena that I ordered a side of the sauce for the lotus salad, it was an incredible addition!! The soup was the perfect compliment, and we were absolutely stuffed when we left. These portions are huge! Seriously check this place out for the ultimate sustainable, clean, organic, delicious, and stunning meal.

I would highly recommend getting this entree. For dessert, I got the snickerdoodle which had a nice taste but it's not the texture I like for that type of cookie. It was quite a thick cookie. This is a breakfast and light lunch spot with counter ordering and lots of takeout. However, if you dine in you receive real, solid silverware, linen napkins, and quality porcelain cups which really elevate the experience. There's seating for about 25 inside plus space for another ten outside. A large handicap ramp takes up a lot of the outdoor space, but provides excellent access. There's a good selection of baked goods and pastries, a wide selection of coffee drinks, a cooler with an interesting variety of sodas and healthy drinks, plus cocktails, wine, and beer. There are some breakfast plates, salads, soup, and sandwiches. There were a number of discrepancies between the Web site and the current offerings. That's always disappointing and leads me to think management is not on top of operations. A number of basic items were also unavailable. My girlfriend tried the Curry Bird which is curried chicken and turkey salad with sultanas, celery, red onion, and lettuce on a house-made croissant. She loved it and ate up every bite. I did not fare so well with my Woody Wood: house-roasted turkey, bacon, smashed avocado, tomato, lettuce, swiss cheese, cranberry relish, and tarragon aioli on ciabatta. That certainly sounds delicious. It was not. I don't like sandwiches that are served on totally dry bread and that was this. Not a hint of cranberry relish or tarragon aioli, much less butter, mayo, mustard, oil or anything else. The ciabatta was delicious, but dry as the Sahara. The staff was able to provide some mayo packets and that helped a bit. The turkey was dry and tasteless. House-roasted? Maybe by Hormel or Sysco. I needed a magnifying glass to find the bacon. "Smashed Avocado" is not the same as unseasoned guacamole that has been sitting out for far too long. To top it off, an unripe tomato and some sort of cheese that was certainly not Emmental. A very basic, ordinary supermarket sandwich, despite the good bread. Not what I expected. This is not the Olive & Finch I remember. Management has really dropped the ball.

My wife and I stopped into Steuben's to have a snack (donut holes) and a couple of rounds of cocktails. We used the Dining Out Passbook for BOGO cocktails with purchase of food. Our bartender (who was perfectly friendly and helpful) said he needed his manager to get the free cocktail. To be clear, we had literally no interaction with this woman at any point. So it's not like we did something to piss her off. When she arrived at the POS station - behind the bar about six feet from where we were sitting - she proceeded to complain about the "a-holes" (edited for language) using the Passbook and what a bunch of a-holes those customers were (not knowing we were in earshot). And when the bartender - who knew who we were and that we could hear everything - said in a hushed tone "No, they were nice" she proceeded to tell him that she didn't care and that they're just a-holes. I've never been treated so shoddy in my life in a restaurant for no other reason than using a promotional discount that they voluntarily participated in. It's bad enough to attack your customers for using a discount. But doing it behind the bar where customers can hear you is beyond unacceptable. And doing it when the customers you're talking about are within earshot is the most offensive thing I've ever expereinced at a restaurant. You may go to Steuben's and have a nice meal, but just be aware that behind the bar, they're talking about what an a-hole you are.
